The method comprises the following steps: generating a detection buffer standard by performing safety buffer planning; acquiring the current equipment state of the industrial detection equipment; when the current equipment state is a working state, comparing the industrial detection data; when the industrial detection data exceed the detection buffer standard, direct management and uploading are carried out; when the industrial detection data exceed the detection safety standard, performing exception management uploading; and when the industrial detection data does not exceed the detection buffer standard, carrying out data record temporary storage and centralized management uploading. According to the technical scheme, safety buffer planning can be carried out, detection buffer standards can be generated, direct management uploading, abnormal management uploading or centralized management uploading can be carried out in different equipment states, data channel congestion can be avoided, the delay and loss possibility of important data can be reduced, and therefore the stability, reliability and safety of the production process can be ensured.
