[0016] In the description of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the term "including" and similar terms should be understood as open inclusion, that is, "including but not limited to". The term "based on" should be understood as "based at least in part on". The term "one embodiment" or "the embodiment" should be understood as "at least one embodiment". The term "some embodiments" should be understood as "at least some embodiments". Other explicit and implicit definitions may be included below. The terms "first", "second", etc. may refer to different or the same objects. Other explicit and implicit definitions may be included below.
[0017] The embodiments of the present disclosure may involve user data, data acquisition and / or use, etc. These aspects shall comply with the corresponding laws, regulations and relevant provisions. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, all data collection, acquisition, processing, processing, forwarding, use, etc. are carried out on the premise that the user is aware of and confirms them. Accordingly, when implementing the various embodiments of the present disclosure, the types, scope of use, and usage scenarios of the data or information that may be involved should be informed to the user and the user's authorization should be obtained in an appropriate manner in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. The specific notification and / or authorization method may vary according to the actual situation and application scenario, and the scope of the present disclosure is not limited in this respect.
[0018] If this specification and the solutions in the examples involve the processing of personal information, such processing will be done only with a legitimate basis (such as with the consent of the subject of personal information or as necessary for the performance of a contract) and only within the prescribed or agreed scope. A user's refusal to process personal information other than that required for basic functions will not affect the user's use of basic functions.
[0019] As briefly mentioned above, public charging stations may be installed in parking lots, requiring vehicles to interact with both the charging system and the parking system during charging. Some parking systems typically provide parking benefits for vehicles using charging services. However, in some cases, due to network latency or other factors, users of charging services may not be able to successfully enjoy these parking benefits, thus affecting their charging experience.
[0020] Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a charging management solution. According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, the charging management system can obtain charging information associated with a target vehicle, indicating the target vehicle's charging process at a target charging facility. Furthermore, the charging management system can obtain parking information for the target vehicle from a parking system associated with the target charging facility, indicating the target vehicle's parking process at the parking lot associated with the target charging facility. Furthermore, the charging management system can obtain payment information from a client associated with the target vehicle, indicating the payment of parking fees corresponding to the parking process.
[0021] Furthermore, the charging management system may determine, based on the payment information, whether the payment information satisfies the compensation constraint. Furthermore, in response to determining that the payment information satisfies the compensation constraint, the charging management system may provide parking compensation corresponding to the parking process based on compensation configuration information associated with the parking system.
[0022] In this way, embodiments of the present disclosure enable the charging management system to communicate information across multiple parties during the charging process, ensuring that vehicles using charging services receive corresponding parking benefits. If a charging vehicle does not receive the corresponding parking benefit upon payment, the charging management system can automatically determine whether the corresponding compensation constraints are met based on the payment information and provide parking compensation in a timely manner.
[0023] Based on this approach, the embodiments of the present disclosure can ensure that charging service vehicles obtain corresponding rights and interests in a timely manner, thereby improving the user's charging experience and reducing the cost of the user's subsequent application for parking compensation.
[0024] Example Charge Management System
[0025] Figure 1 1 shows a schematic diagram of an example environment 100 in which embodiments of the present disclosure can be implemented. Figure 1 As shown, the environment 100 may include a charging management system 110, a parking system 120, and a user client 140. Figure 1 and Figure 2 An example process 200 for charge management is described below.
[0026] like Figure 1 As shown, as an example, such a parking system 120 may be associated with a parking place 130 where a charging facility 132 is deployed. For example, a vehicle 142 may travel to the parking place 130 and may use the charging facility 132 to obtain charging services.
[0027] For example, when the vehicle 142 obtains charging services, the user client 140 associated with the vehicle 142 can communicate with the charging management system 110 to complete multiple operations such as starting charging and paying charging fees.
[0028] like Figure 2 As shown, after the vehicle 142 completes charging, at 205 , the charging information acquisition module 112 of the charging management system 110 may acquire charging information of the vehicle 142 . The charging information may correspond to the charging process of the vehicle 142 at the charging facility 132 .
[0029] As another example, when the vehicle 142 finishes charging and leaves the parking place 130 , the user may pay the corresponding parking fee to the parking system 120 offline or online.
[0030] Accordingly, at 210 , the parking information acquisition module 112 of the charging management system 110 may acquire parking information of the vehicle 142 . The parking information may correspond to the parking process of the vehicle 142 at the parking place 130 .
[0031] As mentioned above, when paying for parking, parking system 120 may provide the user with corresponding parking benefits. In some embodiments, such parking benefits may be configured by the management of parking system 120. For example, such parking benefits may include, but are not limited to, parking fee reductions, such as "charging your vehicle for the first X hours free."
[0032] In some embodiments, the user may, for example, initiate a complaint regarding parking fees to the charging management system 110 through the user client 120 . Figure 3A and Figure 3B Example interfaces 300A and 300B according to some embodiments of the present disclosure are shown. Interfaces 300A and 300B may be provided by user client 120.
[0033] like Figure 3A As shown, when the user completes charging and leaves the parking lot, if the user does not enjoy the corresponding parking benefits, the user can, for example, file a complaint through the interface 300A provided by the user client 120.
[0034] As shown in the figure, the user client 120 can obtain a picture associated with the vehicle 142 through the control 305 to represent the vehicle identification (eg, license plate) of the vehicle 142 .
[0035] Additionally, the user client 120 can also obtain a picture corresponding to the payment information through the control 310. For example, the user can upload a picture such as Figure 3B Picture 330 shown.
[0036] Such a picture 330 may correspond to, for example, payment information 355 about parking fees. As an example, such a picture 330 may include, but is not limited to, a screenshot of an electronic payment interface, a photo of a paper payment voucher, and the like.
[0037] like Figure 3B As shown, such payment information 355 may include, for example, the amount (e.g., XX.XX) that the user paid for parking fees. In some examples, the payment information 355 may also include payment status information 335 to indicate whether the payment was successful.
[0038] In some examples, payment information 355 may also include corresponding time information 340 to indicate the time when the payment was completed. In some examples, payment information 335 may also indicate paid product information 345. In some scenarios, if payment information 335 corresponds to parking fees, such product information 345 may, for example, represent a "parking payment" scenario and may, for example, indicate the corresponding vehicle identification.
[0039] In some other examples, the product information 345 may further indicate the merchant information 350 corresponding to the payment information 350 to indicate the party to whom the parking fee is paid.
[0040] Continue to refer Figure 3A The user client 120 may also receive a desired compensation amount through the control 315. For example, the user may input the amount that should be reduced from the parking fee into the control 315.
[0041] In some examples, the user client 120 may also obtain compensation receiving information through the control 320 to indicate the recipient of the parking compensation.
[0042] In some embodiments, after completing the input of the above information, the user can submit a complaint about the parking fee by clicking button 325. Figure 2 As shown, at 215 , the user client 120 may send a complaint message to the payment information acquisition module 116 of the charging management system 110 . Such complaint message may include information such as vehicle identification, payment information, and compensation receipt information acquired based on the interface 300A.
[0043] Alternatively, the user client 120 may also send the corresponding payment information to the payment information acquisition module 116, independent of the user uploading the information. For example, after completing the parking fee payment, the user client 120 may also automatically send the corresponding payment information to the payment information acquisition module 116. Alternatively, the user client 120 may also send the payment information upon the user triggering a one-click complaint.
[0044] Continue to refer Figure 2 At 220 , the parking compensation providing module 118 may determine whether the payment information satisfies the compensation constraints based on the payment information.
[0045] In some embodiments, when the user client 140 sends the payment information by uploading an image, the parking compensation providing module 118 may determine whether the payment information satisfies the compensation constraint based on text recognition of the image.
[0046] For example, the parking compensation providing module 118 may extract a corresponding portion of the payment information 355 based on OCR of the image 330 , and further determine whether the payment information 355 satisfies the compensation constraint.
[0047] In some embodiments, the parking compensation providing module 118 may determine the time information 340 indicated by the payment information 355. Additionally, the parking compensation providing module 118 may also determine second time information of the charging process based on the charging information of the vehicle 140. For example, the second time information may indicate the time when the charging of the vehicle 140 is completed.
[0048] Furthermore, the parking compensation providing module 118 may determine whether the payment information satisfies the compensation constraint based on a comparison of the first time information and the second time information. For example, if the payment time indicated by the time information 340 is earlier than the charging completion time, the parking compensation providing module 118 may determine that the payment information does not satisfy the compensation constraint.
[0049] In some embodiments, as mentioned above, the parking compensation providing module 118 may receive application information from a client, the application information indicating a desired compensation amount. Furthermore, the parking compensation providing module 118 may determine whether the payment information satisfies the compensation constraints based on a comparison of the desired parking compensation with the payment amount indicated by the payment information.
[0050] For example, if the desired compensation amount entered by the user via control 315 is higher than the payment amount indicated in the payment information 355 , the parking compensation providing module 118 may determine that the payment information does not satisfy the compensation constraints.
[0051] In some embodiments, the parking compensation providing module 118 may also determine a merchant corresponding to the payment information 355. Further, the parking compensation providing module 118 may determine whether the payment information satisfies the compensation constraints based on the type of merchant.
[0052] For example, the parking compensation providing module 118 may determine the type of merchant based on the merchant information indicated by the payment information 355. If the merchant type is a preset type (e.g., a personal type), the parking compensation providing module 118 may determine that the payment information does not satisfy the compensation constraint.
[0053] In some embodiments, parking compensation providing module 118 may also determine a first vehicle identifier corresponding to the payment information. Furthermore, parking compensation providing module 118 may determine whether the payment information satisfies the compensation constraint based on a comparison of the first vehicle identifier with a second vehicle identifier. In some examples, the second vehicle identifier is associated with a charging process at a target charging facility.
[0054] For example, the parking compensation providing module 118 may obtain the corresponding first vehicle identification based on the merchant information 345. Furthermore, the parking compensation providing module 118 may also determine the second vehicle identification corresponding to the vehicle 142 based on the charging process of the vehicle 142.
[0055] Additionally, the parking compensation providing module 118 may also obtain a vehicle identification input by the user through the control 305 .
[0056] In some embodiments, if there is a mismatch between the vehicle identifications, the parking compensation providing module 118 may determine that the payment information does not satisfy the compensation constraints.
[0057] In some embodiments, parking compensation providing module 118 may further determine second time information of the charging process based on the charging information, and may determine third time information of the parking process based on the parking information. For example, the second time information may indicate the start and end time of the charging process; the third time information may indicate the start and end time of the parking process of vehicle 140 at parking space 130.
[0058] Further, the parking compensation providing module 118 may determine whether the payment information satisfies the compensation constraint based on a comparison of the second time information and the third time information.
[0059] Specifically, if the time when the vehicle 140 enters the parking place 130 is not earlier than the charging start time of the vehicle 140, or if the time when the vehicle 140 leaves the parking place 130 is not later than the charging end time of the vehicle 140, the parking compensation providing module 118 can determine that the payment information does not meet the compensation constraint.
[0060] In some embodiments, the parking compensation providing module 118 may determine whether the payment information satisfies the compensation constraints by combining one or more of a plurality of conditions.
[0061] Continue to refer Figure 2 In the event that it is determined that the payment information satisfies the compensation constraint, the parking compensation providing module 118 may provide parking compensation corresponding to the parking process based on the compensation configuration information associated with the parking system 130 .
[0062] In some embodiments, the compensation configuration information indicates parking benefits associated with vehicles using charging facilities within a parking facility. As an example, such compensation configuration information may be configured by the management of the parking system 120 via the management client 250 .
[0063] As an example, after the parking compensation providing module 118 determines that the payment information 355 satisfies the compensation constraint based on the image 330 indicating the payment information 355 , the parking compensation providing module 118 may provide the corresponding parking compensation to the compensation recipient determined via the control 320 .
[0064] For example, in the case of determining the parking compensation full compensation configuration information corresponding to the compensation amount determined via the control 315 , the parking compensation providing module 118 may transmit the parking compensation corresponding to the compensation amount to the compensation recipient.
[0065] In some embodiments, as Figure 2 As shown, the parking compensation providing module 118 may also send a reminder to the management client 250 associated with the parking system 120 , so that the corresponding management party can review whether parking compensation needs to be provided based on the payment information 355 .
[0066] For example, the manager of the parking system 120 may review whether the payment information 355 meets the conditions for providing parking compensation through the management client 250 and may provide corresponding feedback through the management client 250 .
[0067] like Figure 2 As shown, the parking compensation provided by the parking compensation providing module 118 may be independent of the feedback result of the management client 250. For example, the parking compensation providing module 118 may provide parking compensation corresponding to the parking process before receiving feedback from the management regarding the reminder.
[0068] Furthermore, if the feedback provided by the management client 250 indicates that parking compensation needs to be provided, the charging management system 110 may, for example, deduct the corresponding compensation amount from the management of the parking system 120 .
[0069] Continue to refer Figure 2 At 235, the parking compensation providing module 118 may also send a message to the user client 120 to indicate that parking compensation has been provided by the charging management system 110. It should be understood that step 235 may be performed independently of step 230, and is not dependent on whether feedback from the management regarding the reminder is received.
[0070] In some embodiments, if the parking compensation providing module 118 determines that the payment information 355 does not meet the compensation constraints, the parking compensation providing module 118 can send a reminder to the management client 250 so that the management party can determine whether the conditions for providing parking compensation are met based on the payment information 355.
[0071] If the payment information received determines that the management party meets the conditions for providing parking compensation, the management party or the charging management system may provide the corresponding parking compensation to the recipient determined via control 315 .
[0072] In this way, embodiments of the present disclosure enable the charging management system to communicate information across multiple parties during the charging process, ensuring that vehicles using charging services receive corresponding parking benefits. If a charging vehicle does not receive the corresponding parking benefit upon payment, the charging management system can automatically determine whether the corresponding compensation constraints are met based on the payment information and provide parking compensation in a timely manner.
[0073] Based on this approach, the embodiments of the present disclosure can ensure that charging service vehicles obtain corresponding rights and interests in a timely manner, thereby improving the user's charging experience and reducing the cost of the user's subsequent application for parking compensation.
