Figure 7 Fig. 3-7 is a front view of a wire harness in a modification. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0008] [Explanation of Embodiments of the Invention] First, an embodiment of the invention will be explained. [1] A wire harness according to the invention includes: a wire member having a cylindrical outer member and a wire that passes inside the outer member; a wire fixing member for fixing the wire member to a fixed portion; and a ring-shaped magnet core that surrounds an outer periphery of the outer member, the wire fixing member having: a fixed portion fixed to the fixed portion; a wire holding portion that holds the wire member; and a core holding portion that holds the magnet core, the wire holding portion and the core holding portion being arranged side by side in a length direction of the wire member.

[0009] According to this structure, compared to a structure in which the magnet core is arranged on an inner periphery side of the wire holding portion, the wire fixing member can be inhibited from being enlarged in a radial direction of the wire member. Therefore, a portion of the wire harness in which the magnet core is arranged can be inhibited from being enlarged in the radial direction.

[0010] [2] In the above-mentioned [1], the core holding portion includes a core holding portion main body and a fastening member, the core holding portion main body being formed integrally with the wire holding portion, and the fastening member fastening and fixing the magnet core to the core holding portion main body.

[0011] According to this structure, the magnet core can be securely held by the core holding portion main body and the fastening member. [3] In the above-mentioned [2], the core holding portion main body holds a range of 90 degrees or more and 180 degrees or less in a circumferential direction of the magnet core.

[0012] According to this structure, the magnet core can be stably held by the core holding portion main body. [4] In any one of the above-mentioned [1] to [3], the wire fixing member has a connecting portion that connects the wire holding portion and the core holding portion, the connecting portion having a reinforcing rib.

[0013] According to this structure, the rigidity of the wire fixing member from the wire holding portion to the core holding portion can be improved by the reinforcing rib. [5] In any one of the above [1] to [4], the magnet core is formed in a ring shape by a single piece.

[0014] According to this structure, since the magnet core is composed of a single piece, it is possible to contribute to improvement of the electromagnetic noise absorbing performance in the magnet core. [6] In any one of the above [1] to [4], the magnet core is formed in a ring shape by a plurality of pieces.

[0015] According to this structure, it is possible to assemble the magnet core from the outer peripheral side of the wire member. Therefore, the sequence in the assembly work of the magnet core is less restricted, and thus it is possible to improve the assembly workability of the magnet core.

[0016] [7] The wire fixing member of the present application is for fixing a wire member to a fixed portion, the wire member having a cylindrical outer cover member and a wire passing inside the outer cover member, the wire fixing member comprising: a fixed portion fixed to the fixed portion; a wire holding portion holding the wire member; and a core holding portion holding a ring-shaped magnet core surrounding the outer periphery of the outer cover member, the wire holding portion and the core holding portion being arranged side by side in the length direction of the wire member.

[0017] According to this structure, compared to a structure in which the magnet core is arranged on the inner peripheral side of the wire holding portion, it is possible to suppress the wire fixing member from being enlarged in the radial direction of the wire member. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the portion where the magnet core is arranged from being enlarged in the radial direction.

[0018] [Details of Embodiments of the Present Invention] A specific example of the wire harness and the wire fixing member of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings. In each of the drawings, a part of the structure is sometimes enlarged or simplified for convenience of explanation. In addition, the dimensional ratio of each part is sometimes different in each of the drawings.

[0019] Further, the "cylindrical shape" used in the explanation of the present specification includes not only a shape in which a peripheral wall is continuously formed on the entire circumference, but also a shape in which a plurality of pieces are combined to be cylindrical, a shape having a notch in a part of the circumference like a C shape, and the like. In addition, the shape of the "cylindrical shape" includes a circular shape, an elliptical shape, and a polygonal shape having an acute angle or a rounded corner.

[0020] In addition, the term "ring shape" used in the explanation of the present specification sometimes refers to an arbitrary structure forming a ring, or a continuous shape having no end portion, and a structure generally having a ring shape having a gap like a C shape. Further, the shape of the "ring shape" includes a circular shape, an elliptical shape, and a polygonal shape having an acute angle or a rounded corner, but is not limited thereto.

[0021] (Wire harness 10) Figure 1 andFigure 2 The wiring harness 10 shown in this embodiment is installed, for example, in a vehicle such as an automobile. The wiring harness 10 includes a wire member 11, a wire fixing member 12, and a magnet core 13. The wire fixing member 12 is a component that is fixed to a plate-shaped fixing part 14 installed on the vehicle. The fixing part 14 is, for example, a plate-shaped bracket made of metal. The wire member 11 provides electrical connection to two or more vehicle-mounted devices.

[0022] (Electrical component 11) like Figure 1 As shown, the wire component 11 has a cylindrical outer component 21 and one or more wires 22, which pass through the interior of the outer component 21. In this embodiment, the wire component 11 has, for example, two wires 22. Additionally, the wire component 11 has, for example, a braided component 23 that covers the outer periphery of each wire 22. The braided component 23 is disposed inside the outer component 21.

[0023] (External component 21) The outer casing 21 is, for example, cylindrical, covering the outer periphery of the wire 22 and the braided component 23 throughout its circumference. The outer casing 21 is sealed throughout its circumference. In this embodiment, the outer casing 21 is, for example, a corrugated tube with a corrugated structure, in which annular protrusions 24 and annular recesses 25 are alternately connected along the length of the outer casing 21. The outer casing 21 is flexible. As a material for the outer casing 21, conductive or non-conductive resin materials can be used, for example. As a resin material, synthetic resins such as polyolefin, polyamide, polyester, and ABS resin can be used, for example.

[0024] (Wire 22) Each wire 22 is a sheathed wire, which has a core wire 26 made of conductor and an insulating sheath 27 covering the outer periphery of the core wire 26.

[0025] As the core wire 26, for example, a stranded wire formed by twisting multiple metal wires together, a cylindrical conductor consisting of a single metal rod with a solid internal structure, or a cylindrical conductor with a hollow internal structure can be used. Alternatively, a core wire composed of a combination of various conductors such as stranded wire, cylindrical conductor, and tubular conductor can also be used as the core wire 26. Examples of cylindrical conductors include single-core wires and busbars. In this embodiment, the core wire 26 is, for example, a stranded wire. As the material for the core wire 26, copper-based or aluminum-based metal materials can be used, for example.

[0026] The cross-sectional shape of the core wire 26, orthogonal to its length direction, can be formed into any shape. For example, the cross-sectional shape of the core wire 26 can be formed as a circle, semicircle, polygon, square, or flat shape. In this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the core wire 26 is, for example, a circle.

[0027] The "flat shape" in this specification includes, for example, a rectangular shape, an oblong shape, an elliptical shape, and the like. In addition, the "rectangular shape" in this specification is a shape having long sides and short sides, except for a square shape. In addition, the "rectangular shape" in this specification also includes a shape in which a corner portion is chamfered or a shape in which a corner portion is rounded. The "oblong shape" in this specification is a shape composed of two parallel lines of substantially equal length and two semicircular shapes.

[0028] The insulating covering layer 27 covers, for example, the entire outer circumferential surface of the core wire 26. The insulating covering layer 27 is composed of, for example, an insulating material such as a synthetic resin. As the material of the insulating covering layer 27, for example, a synthetic resin in which a polyolefin-based resin such as cross-linked polyethylene or cross-linked polypropylene is a main component can be used. In addition, as the material of the insulating covering layer 27, one kind of material alone can be used, or two or more kinds of materials can be appropriately combined and used.

[0029] (The braided member 23) The braided member 23 is, for example, a cylindrical shape that covers the entire outer circumference of each of the electric wires 22. The braided member 23 is, for example, provided in a manner that covers the outer circumference of each of the electric wires 22 substantially entirely in the length direction of the electric wires 22. As the braided member 23, a braided wire composed of a plurality of metal wires, or a braided wire composed of a combination of a metal wire and a resin wire can be used. As the material of the metal wire, for example, a metal material such as a copper-based material, an aluminum-based material, or the like can be used. As the resin wire, for example, a reinforcing fiber having excellent insulating properties and shear resistance such as a para-based aromatic polyamide fiber can be used. Although not illustrated, the braided member 23 is grounded.

[0030] (The magnet core 13) As illustrated in Figs. 1 and 2, the magnet core 13 is annular and surrounds the outer circumference of the outer member 21. That is, the electric wire member 11 including the outer member 21 and the electric wires 22 penetrates the magnet core 13. The magnet core 13 of the present embodiment is, for example, formed in a circular ring shape. Note that the "annular shape" of the magnet core 13 means a shape that is considered as a ring as a whole, and includes a shape having a notch or the like in a part like a C shape. The magnet core 13 has a penetration hole 13a in which the electric wire member 11 penetrates. The magnet core 13 is formed in an annular shape having a predetermined length extending in the penetration direction of the penetration hole 13a. Figure 1 Figure 4 As illustrated in Figs.

[0031] The magnet core 13 is, for example, formed in an annular shape by a single piece. Therefore, the magnet core 13 is formed in a closed loop shape that is continuously formed over the entire circumference in the circumferential direction. That is, the magnet core 13 does not have a slit extending in the length direction of the electric wire member 11.

[0032] The magnet core 13 is arranged, for example, opposite to the wire member 11 along its entire circumference. Thus, the magnet core 13 has the function of reducing electromagnetic noise radiated from the wire 22. For example, the magnet core 13 absorbs electromagnetic waves radiated from the wire 22 and converts the energy of these electromagnetic waves into heat energy. Therefore, the adverse effects of electromagnetic waves radiated from the wire 22 on peripheral equipment, etc., can be reduced.

[0033] Furthermore, in this specification, "opposite" refers to a position where surfaces or components are directly opposite each other, including not only positions where they are completely opposite each other, but also positions where they are partially opposite each other. Additionally, "opposite" in this specification includes both cases where a component distinct from the two parts is interposed between the two parts and cases where nothing is interposed between the two parts.

[0034] The magnet core 13 is, for example, a molded body containing a soft magnetic material. Examples of soft magnetic materials include iron (Fe), iron alloys, and ferrites. Examples of iron alloys include Fe-silicon (Si) alloys and Fe-nickel (Ni) alloys. Examples of magnet cores 13 include ferrite cores, amorphous cores, and permalloy cores. The ferrite core is, for example, composed of soft ferrite exhibiting soft magnetism. Examples of soft ferrites include ferrites containing nickel (Ni) and zinc (Zn) or ferrites containing manganese (Mn) and zinc (Zn). The material of the magnet core 13 can be appropriately selected according to the frequency band of the electromagnetic noise that needs to be reduced.

[0035] (Wire fixing component 12) like Figure 1 As shown, the wire fixing member 12 is a component that fixes the wire member 11 to the fixed portion 14. The wire fixing member 12 includes: a fixing portion 31, fixed to the fixed portion 14; a wire holding portion 32, holding the wire member 11; and a core holding portion 33, holding the magnet core 13. The wire fixing member 12 is formed, for example, of synthetic resin. The wire holding portion 32 and the core holding portion 33 are arranged side-by-side in the longitudinal direction of the wire member 11. That is, the core holding portion 33 is positioned offset from the wire holding portion 32 in the longitudinal direction of the wire member 11.

[0036] (Fixed part 31) like Figure 3 As shown, the fixing part 31 has, for example, an insertion hole 41 and an elastic piece 42. The fixing part 14 is inserted into the insertion hole 41, and the elastic piece 42 is located inside the insertion hole 41. The locking protrusion 43 provided on the elastic piece 42 hooks into the locking hole 14a formed in the fixing part 14. As a result, the fixing part 14 will not fall out of the insertion hole 41.

[0037] (Wire holding part 32) likeFigure 3 As shown, the wire holding portion 32 is annular when viewed along the length of the wire member 11. The wire holding portion 32 surrounds the outer periphery of the wire member 11. Thus, the wire member 11 is held by the wire holding portion 32.

[0038] The wire holding portion 32 has, for example, a protrusion 32a that protrudes from the inner peripheral surface of the wire holding portion 32. The protrusion 32a is, for example, embedded in the annular recess 25 of the outer member 21. Thus, the protrusion 32a hooks onto the outer member 21 of the wire member 11 in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, relative misalignment between the outer member 21 and the wire fixing member 12 in the longitudinal direction can be suppressed.

[0039] In this embodiment, the wire fixing member 12 is, for example, structured to be divided into a first part 51 and a second part 52 from the wire holding part 32 to the fixing part 31. The fixing part 31 is composed of a portion of the first part 51 and a portion of the second part 52. The wire holding part 32 is composed of a portion of the first part 51 and a portion of the second part 52.

[0040] The first part 51 and the second part 52 are connected to each other via a hinge part 53. The first part 51, the second part 52 and the hinge part 53 are formed integrally, for example. The second part 52 can rotate relative to the first part 51 about the hinge part 53. The hinge part 53 is provided, for example, in the wire holding part 32.

[0041] The second portion 52 has a locking portion 55, which engages with a locked portion 54 provided in the first portion 51. By engaging the locking portion 55 with the locked portion 54, the first portion 51 and the second portion 52 are kept in a closed state. Furthermore, the insertion hole 41 of the fixing portion 31 extends from the first portion 51 to the second portion 52. Additionally, the elastic piece 42 of the fixing portion 31 is, for example, a portion provided in the first portion 51.

[0042] (Core holding part 33) like Figure 1 and Figure 4 As shown, the core holding portion 33 includes a core holding portion body 61 and a fastening member 71. The core holding portion body 61 is integrally formed with the wire holding portion 32, and the fastening member 71 fastens and fixes the magnet core 13 to the core holding portion body 61. The core holding portion body 61 holds the magnet core 13 within a range of 90 degrees or more and 180 degrees in the circumferential direction. In this embodiment, the core holding portion body 61 holds, for example, approximately 120 degrees in the circumferential direction of the magnet core 13. The magnet core 13 held in the core holding portion 33 is opposite to the wire holding portion 32 in the longitudinal direction of the wire member 11.

[0043] like Figure 5 and Figure 6As shown, the core retaining part body 61 is connected to the wire retaining part 32 via the connecting part 62. The core retaining part body 61 and the connecting part 62 are provided, for example, at the first part 51 forming the wire fixing member 12.

[0044] The core holding body 61 has a first holding part 63 and a pair of second holding parts 64, 65. The first holding part 63 holds the outer peripheral surface of the magnetic core 13, and the pair of second holding parts 64, 65 hold the two sides of the magnetic core 13 along the length of the wire member 11. The first holding part 63 is radially opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the magnetic core 13. The pair of second holding parts 64, 65 extend from both ends of the first holding part 63 along the length of the wire member 11. The magnetic core 13 is disposed between the pair of second holding parts 64, 65. Each second holding part 64, 65 is opposed to the side of the magnetic core 13 along the length of the wire member 11. The magnetic core 13 is positioned along the length of the wire member 11 by the second holding parts 64, 65. A connecting part 62 connects the second holding part 64 and the wire holding part 32. A positioning groove 66 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the first retaining part 63, and the positioning groove 66 positions the fastening member 71 in the length direction of the wire member 11.

[0045] like Figure 6 As shown, the connecting portion 62 has reinforcing ribs 67. For example, multiple reinforcing ribs 67 are provided. Each reinforcing rib 67 is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the wire holding portion 32 and the second holding portion 64 of the core holding portion body 61. The rigidity from the wire holding portion 32 to the second holding portion 64 is increased by each reinforcing rib 67.

[0046] (Fastening component 71) like Figure 1 and Figure 4 As shown, the fastening member 71 secures the core retaining body 61 and the magnet core 13 together from the outer periphery. The fastening member 71 is, for example, a fastening band made of synthetic resin. The fastening member 71 has a strip-shaped portion 72 and a locking portion 73. The strip-shaped portion 72 is elongated and flexible. The strip-shaped portion 72 has a plurality of protrusions (not shown) arranged side by side along its length.

[0047] The locking part 73 is integrally formed with the base end of the strip-shaped part 72 along its length. The locking part 73 engages with the protrusion of the strip-shaped part 72 while the strip-shaped part 72 is in transit, thereby restricting the strip-shaped part 72 from moving in the opposite direction of its transit, i.e., the pull-out direction. The strip-shaped part 72, by inserting its top end into the locking part 73 and engaging, thereby securely fastens the core holding body 61 and the magnet core 13 from the outer periphery. That is, a force is applied radially inward from the strip-shaped part 72 to the core holding body 61 and the magnet core 13. This maintains the magnet core 13 within the core holding body 61.

[0048] The band portion 72 of the fastening member 71 is disposed in the positioning groove 66 provided in the first holding portion 63 of the core holding portion main body 61. That is, by the positioning groove 66, displacement of the band portion 72 in the length direction of the wire member 11 can be suppressed.

[0049] The effects of the present embodiment will be described. (1) The wire holding portion 32 and the core holding portion 33 in the wire fixing member 12 are disposed side by side in the length direction of the wire member 11. According to this structure, compared with a structure in which the magnet core 13 is disposed on the inner peripheral side of the wire holding portion 32, the wire fixing member 12 can be suppressed from being large in the radial direction of the wire member 11. Therefore, the portion in the wire harness 10 in which the magnet core 13 is disposed can be suppressed from being large in the radial direction.

[0050] (2) The core holding portion 33 is provided with the core holding portion main body 61 and the fastening member 71, the core holding portion main body 61 is formed integrally with the wire holding portion 32, and the fastening member 71 fastens and fixes the magnet core 13 to the core holding portion main body 61. According to this structure, the magnet core 13 can be securely held by the core holding portion main body 61 and the fastening member 71.

[0051] (3) The core holding portion main body 61 holds the magnet core 13 in a range of 90 degrees or more and 180 degrees or less in the circumferential direction. According to this structure, the magnet core 13 can be stably held by the core holding portion main body 61.

[0052] (4) The wire fixing member 12 is provided with the linking portion 62 that connects the wire holding portion 32 and the core holding portion 33. Also, the linking portion 62 has the reinforcing rib 67. According to this structure, the rigidity of the linking portion 62 that connects the wire holding portion 32 and the core holding portion 33 in the wire fixing member 12 can be improved by the reinforcing rib 67.

[0053] (5) The magnet core 13 is formed in a ring shape by a single-piece member. According to this structure, since the magnet core 13 is composed of a single-piece member, the absorption performance of electromagnetic noise in the magnet core 13 can be improved.

[0054] (Modified Examples) The present embodiment can be implemented as follows. The present embodiment and the following modified examples can be implemented in combination with each other within a range that does not contradict in technology.

[0055] • The magnet core 13 of the above-described embodiment is formed in a ring shape by a single-piece member, but is not particularly limited thereto, and the magnet core 13 can also be formed in a ring shape by combining a plurality of members. For example, Figure 7The illustrated magnet core 13X is formed in a ring shape by a plurality of pieces. The magnet core 13X is formed in a ring shape by, for example, two pieces. The two pieces forming the magnet core 13X are provided as a first divided core 81 and a second divided core 82. The first divided core 81 and the second divided core 82 each have a shape that divides the circular ring-shaped magnet core 13X into half. According to such a structure, the magnet core 13X can be assembled from the outer peripheral side of the wire member 11. Therefore, the sequence constraint in the assembly work of the magnet core 13X is reduced. Thus, the assembly workability of the magnet core 13X can be improved.

[0056] In Figure 7 In the illustrated example, the core holding portion main body 61 of the wire fixing member 12 holds, for example, a range of about 180 degrees in the circumferential direction of the magnet core 13X. The core holding portion main body 61 holds a part of the circumferential direction of each of the first divided core 81 and the second divided core 82. Thus, each of the first divided core 81 and the second divided core 82 can be stably held by the core holding portion main body 61.

[0057] • The number of the reinforcing ribs 67 in the wire fixing member 12 is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be two or less or four or more. • The core holding portion main body 61 in the wire fixing member 12 can also be a structure that holds a range of less than 90 degrees in the circumferential direction of the magnet core 13.

[0058] • The fastening member 71 can be, for example, an adhesive tape in addition to a fastening tape. • In the core holding portion 33 of the above-described embodiment, the fastening member 71 can be omitted, and a structure in which only the core holding portion main body 61 holds the magnet core 13 can be provided. In this case, it is preferable that a claw or the like that holds the magnet core 13 be provided to the core holding portion main body 61.

[0059] • The shape or the like of the wire holding portion 32 in the wire fixing member 12 is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, a structure in which the wire holding portion 32 is formed into an extension piece that extends in the length direction of the wire member 11, and the wire member 11 is fixed to the extension piece by a wrapping tape or the like can be provided.

[0060] • In the wire fixing member 12, the fixing portion 31 including the insertion hole 41 can be formed only on either of the first site 51 and the second site 52. • The outer cover member 21 in the wire member 11 can be, for example, a tubular member having the same diameter in the length direction in addition to a bellows.

[0061] • The wire member 11 can have one wire 22 or three or more wires 22. The wire 22 in the wire component 11 can be either an unshielded wire without its own electromagnetic shielding structure or a shielded wire with its own electromagnetic shielding structure. When the wire 22 is a shielded wire, the braided component 23 can be omitted.

[0062] Figure 1 and Figure 2 The wiring harness 10 shown in this embodiment is installed in a vehicle such as an automobile. The wiring harness 10 includes a wire member 11, a wire fixing member 12, and a magnet core 13. The wire fixing member 12 is a component that is fixed to a plate-shaped fixing part 14 installed on the vehicle.

[0063] The fixed portion 14 that fixes the fixing portion 31 of the wire fixing member 12 is not limited to the plate-shaped bracket of the above embodiment. For example, it may be structured as follows: the fixed portion 14 is provided as a through hole formed in the vehicle body panel, and the fixing portion of the wire fixing member 12 is inserted and fixed into the through hole that serves as the fixed portion 14.

[0064] ·like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown in the non-limiting embodiment, the annular magnet core 13 may also surround the outermost surface of the wire harness 10, such as the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical outer component 21, from the radially outer side.

[0065] ·like Figure 5 As shown in the non-limiting embodiment, the core holding portion 33 may include a concave curved surface corresponding to the convex curved surface, which corresponds to a portion of the circumference of the outer peripheral surface of the annular magnet core 13. The core holding portion 33 may also be configured, for example, to support the annular magnet core 13 from below.

[0066] For example, such as Figure 5 As shown in the non-limiting embodiment, the wire retaining member 12 may also have a radial step between the core holding portion 33 and the wire holding portion 32, corresponding to the radial thickness of the annular magnetic core 13. This step, by abutting against the annular magnetic core 13, can function as a stop surface for suppressing misalignment of the wire retaining member 12 in the longitudinal direction of the wire member 11.

[0067] The embodiments and modifications disclosed herein are illustrative in all respects, and the invention is not limited to these illustrative examples. That is, the scope of the invention is indicated by the claims and is intended to include all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims.
