Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to fragrance boxes, and more particularly to a fragrance box device capable of mixing fragrances. Background Technology

[0002] A fragrance box is a device used to control the release of fragrance from a fragrance stick into the air. For example, in Chinese utility model patent CN211157525U, the inventor disclosed a novel fragrance device, which includes a device housing with a first air inlet and an air outlet, at least two fragrance boxes, a flow guiding component, and a flow fan installed within the device housing. The fragrance boxes have a accommodating cavity for storing fragrance sources, and the fragrance boxes have fragrance dispersing holes communicating with the accommodating cavity. The flow guiding component has at least two sets of paired air inlet channels and air outlet channels, one end of each set of air inlet channels and air outlet channels being connected to the fragrance dispersing holes of each fragrance box. The first air inlet on the device housing can be selectively connected to the other end of each set of air inlet channels, and the air outlet on the device housing can be selectively connected to the other end of each set of air outlet channels. The flow fan is installed within the air outlet. When a user needs to switch fragrance scents, the first air inlet on the device housing is connected to the other end of the corresponding air inlet channel, and the air outlet on the device housing is connected to the other end of the corresponding air outlet channel. This allows air to enter the corresponding fragrance box's housing through the corresponding air inlet channel, mix with the corresponding fragrance source to form the corresponding fragrance gas, and then be released into the external environment through the corresponding air outlet channel to satisfy different users' preferences for different fragrance scents. The drawback of existing fragrance devices is that they cannot achieve fragrance mixing between different fragrance boxes. That is, the fragrance gas released by the device corresponds one-to-one with the fragrance box. In a fragrance device containing only three fragrance boxes, the device can only release three fragrance gases, and each fragrance gas is consistent with the fragrance in each fragrance box. If the user wants more fragrance gases, a corresponding number of fragrance boxes must be configured, which not only easily leads to an excessively large fragrance device but also significantly increases manufacturing and operating costs. [0035] Refer to the accompanying drawings of the specification of this invention. Figures 1 to 18B A preferred embodiment of the present invention, a fragrance box device capable of mixing fragrances, will be disclosed and described below. The fragrance box device can be installed in a vehicle to provide multiple fragrance scents to the vehicle's cabin. The fragrance box device includes a housing 10 and a box body 20 installed within the housing 10. In a specific example of the fragrance box device of the present invention, the fragrance box device is capable of obtaining electrical power from the vehicle.

[0036] Specifically, the outer shell 10 has a shell cavity 101, an air inlet channel 102, an air outlet channel 103, and at least two insertion ports 104. The box body 20 includes a box body 21 and at least two doors 22. The box body 21 has at least two box cavities 211, at least two fragrance vents 212, and a fragrance mixing chamber 213. Each fragrance vent 212 is connected to each box cavity 211 and the fragrance mixing chamber 213. Each door 22 is configured to swing relative to the box body 21 to open and close the fragrance vents 212 of the box body 21. The main body 20 is installed in the cavity 101 of the outer shell 10. Each insertion port 104 of the outer shell 10 corresponds to each cavity 211 of the main body 21. Each fragrance stick 100 is inserted into each cavity 211 of the main body 21 through each insertion port 104 of the outer shell 10. The air inlet channel 102 and the air outlet channel 103 of the outer shell 10 are respectively connected to the fragrance mixing cavity 213 of the main body 21. Air is allowed to enter the fragrance mixing cavity 213 of the main body 21 through the air inlet channel 102 of the outer shell 10 and exit the fragrance mixing cavity 213 of the main body 21 through the air outlet channel 103 of the outer shell 10.

[0037] It is worth mentioning that the specific type of the fragrance stick 100 is not limited in the fragrance box device of the present invention. It can be made by soaking ceramic rod material in fragrance and the fragrance stick 100 of this type can continuously volatilize to produce fragrance. It can also be a paste-type fragrance, which can achieve continuous volatilization to produce fragrance by heating.

[0038] When one of the door bodies 22 is driven to swing relative to the box body 21, opening one of the fragrance vents 212 of the box body 21, the fragrance emitted by the fragrance stick 100 at the corresponding position enters the fragrance mixing chamber 213 through this fragrance vent 212 of the box body 21, and is discharged through the air outlet 103 of the box body 21 along with the air entering the fragrance mixing chamber 213 from the air inlet 102 of the outer shell 10. When the other door body 22 is driven to swing relative to the box body 21, opening the other fragrance vent 212 of the box body 21, the fragrance emitted by the fragrance stick 100 at the corresponding position enters the fragrance mixing chamber 213 through this fragrance vent 212 of the box body 21, and is discharged through the air outlet 103 of the outer shell 10 along with the air entering the fragrance mixing chamber 213 from the air inlet 102 of the outer shell 10. When two or more of the doors 22 are driven to open two or more of the fragrance vents 212 of the box 21, the fragrance odors emitted by the fragrance sticks 100 at the corresponding positions enter the fragrance mixing chamber 213 through these fragrance vents 212 of the box 21, and after being mixed in the fragrance mixing chamber 213, the air that enters the fragrance mixing chamber 213 of the box 21 from the air inlet channel 102 of the outer shell 10 is discharged through the air outlet channel 103 of the outer shell 10.

[0039] For example, in the appendix Figures 1 to 18B In this specific example of the fragrance box device of the present invention shown, the box body 21 has three boxes 211, namely a first box 2111, a second box 2112, and a third box 2113, and three fragrance outlets 212, namely a first fragrance outlet 2121, a second fragrance outlet 2122, and a third fragrance outlet 2123. The first box 2111, the second box 2112, and the third box 2113 are arranged side by side. The first fragrance outlet 2121 connects the first box 2111 and the fragrance mixing chamber 213, the second fragrance outlet 2122 connects the second box 2112 and the fragrance mixing chamber 213, and the third fragrance outlet 2123 connects the third box 2113 and the fragrance mixing chamber 213.

[0040] The number of doors 22 is three, namely a first door 221, a second door 222, and a third door 223. The first door 221 is configured to swing relative to the box 21 to open and close the first fragrance vent 2121 of the box 21. The second door 222 is configured to swing relative to the box 21 to open and close the second fragrance vent 2122 of the box 21. The third door 223 is configured to swing relative to the box 21 to open and close the third fragrance vent 2123 of the box 21.

[0041] The outer casing 10 has three insertion ports 104, namely a first insertion port 1041, a second insertion port 1042, and a third insertion port 1043. The position of the first insertion port 1041 of the outer casing 10 corresponds to the position of the first cavity 2111 of the box body 21, the position of the second insertion port 1042 of the outer casing 10 corresponds to the position of the second cavity 2112 of the box body 21, and the position of the third insertion port 1043 of the outer casing 10 corresponds to the position of the third cavity 2113 of the box body 21.

[0042] Correspondingly, there are three fragrance sticks 100, namely a first fragrance stick 1001, a second fragrance stick 1002, and a third fragrance stick 1003. The first fragrance stick 1001, the second fragrance stick 1002, and the third fragrance stick 1003 have different fragrance scents. The first fragrance stick 1001 is inserted into the first cavity 2111 of the box body 21 through the first insertion port 1041 of the outer shell 10. The second fragrance stick 1002 is inserted into the second cavity 2112 of the box body 21 through the second insertion port 1042 of the outer shell 10. The third fragrance stick 1003 is inserted into the third cavity 2113 of the box body 21 through the third insertion port 1043 of the outer shell 10.

[0043] When the first door 221 is driven to swing relative to the box 21 and open the first fragrance vent 2121 of the box 21, the first fragrance odor emitted by the first fragrance stick 1001 enters the fragrance mixing chamber 213 through the first fragrance vent 2121 of the box 21, and is discharged through the air outlet 103 of the outer shell 10 along with the air entering the fragrance mixing chamber 213 of the box 21 from the air inlet channel 102 of the outer shell 10, so that the first fragrance odor emitted by the first fragrance stick 1001 can fill the entire cabin.

[0044] When the second door 222 is driven to swing relative to the box 21 and open the second fragrance vent 2122 of the box 21, the second fragrance odor emitted by the second fragrance stick 1002 enters the fragrance mixing chamber 213 through the second fragrance vent 2122 of the box 21, and is discharged through the air outlet 103 of the outer shell 10 along with the air entering the fragrance mixing chamber 213 of the box 21 from the air inlet channel 102 of the outer shell 10, so that the second fragrance odor emitted by the second fragrance stick 1002 can fill the entire cabin.

[0045] When the third door 223 is driven to swing relative to the box 21 and open the third fragrance vent 2123 of the box 21, the third fragrance emitted by the third fragrance stick 1003 enters the fragrance mixing chamber 213 through the third fragrance vent 2123 of the box 21, and is discharged through the air outlet 103 of the outer shell 10 along with the air entering the fragrance mixing chamber 213 of the box 21 from the air inlet 102 of the outer shell 10, so that the third fragrance emitted by the third fragrance stick 1003 can fill the entire cabin.

[0046] When the first door 221 and the second door 222 are driven to swing relative to the box 21 and open the first fragrance vent 2121 and the second fragrance vent 2122 of the box 21 respectively, the first fragrance odor emitted by the first fragrance stick 1001 enters the fragrance mixing chamber 213 through the first fragrance vent 2121 of the box 21, and the second fragrance odor emitted by the second fragrance stick 1002 enters the fragrance mixing chamber 213 through the second fragrance vent 2122 of the box 21. The first fragrance odor and the second fragrance odor are mixed in the fragrance mixing chamber 213 to obtain a fourth fragrance odor, which is discharged through the air outlet vent 103 of the outer shell 10 along with the air entering the fragrance mixing chamber 213 of the box 21 from the air inlet channel 102 of the outer shell 10. In this way, the cabin can be filled with the fourth fragrance odor.

[0047] When the first door 221 and the third door 223 are driven to swing relative to the box 21 and open the first fragrance vent 2121 and the third fragrance vent 2123 of the box 21 respectively, the first fragrance emitted by the first fragrance stick 1001 enters the fragrance mixing chamber 213 through the first fragrance vent 2121 of the box 21, and the third fragrance emitted by the third fragrance stick 1003 enters the fragrance mixing chamber 213 through the third fragrance vent 2123 of the box 21. The first fragrance and the third fragrance are mixed in the fragrance mixing chamber 213 to obtain a fifth fragrance, which is discharged through the air outlet vent 103 of the outer shell 10 along with the air entering the fragrance mixing chamber 213 of the box 21 from the air inlet channel 102 of the outer shell 10. In this way, the cabin can be filled with the fifth fragrance.

[0048] When the second door 222 and the third door 223 are driven to swing relative to the box 21 and open the second fragrance vent 2122 and the third fragrance vent 2123 of the box 21 respectively, the second fragrance emitted by the second fragrance stick 1002 enters the fragrance mixing chamber 213 through the second fragrance vent 2122 of the box 21, and the third fragrance emitted by the third fragrance stick 1003 enters the fragrance mixing chamber 213 through the third fragrance vent 2123 of the box 21. The second fragrance and the third fragrance are mixed in the fragrance mixing chamber 213 to obtain a sixth fragrance, which is discharged through the air outlet vent 103 of the outer shell 10 along with the air entering the fragrance mixing chamber 213 of the box 21 from the air inlet channel 102 of the outer shell 10. In this way, the cabin can be filled with the sixth fragrance.

[0049] When the first door 221, the second door 222, and the third door 223 are driven to swing relative to the box 21, thereby opening the first fragrance vent 2121, the second fragrance vent 2122, and the third fragrance vent 2123 of the box 21 respectively, the first fragrance emitted by the first fragrance stick 1001 enters the fragrance mixing chamber 213 through the first fragrance vent 2121 of the box 21, and the second fragrance emitted by the second fragrance stick 1002 enters the fragrance mixing chamber 213 through the second fragrance vent 2122 of the box 21. 22 enters the fragrance mixing chamber 213. The third fragrance scent emitted by the third fragrance stick 1003 enters the fragrance mixing chamber 213 through the third fragrance port 2123 of the box body 21. The first fragrance scent, the second fragrance scent, and the third fragrance scent are mixed in the fragrance mixing chamber 213 to obtain the seventh fragrance scent. The seventh fragrance scent is then discharged through the air outlet channel 103 of the outer shell 10 along with the air entering the fragrance mixing chamber 213 of the box body 21 from the air inlet channel 102 of the outer shell 10. In this way, the cabin can be filled with the seventh fragrance scent.

[0050] In other words, in the fragrance box device of the present invention, the fragrance odor emitted by two or more of the fragrance sticks 100 can be greater than the number of fragrance sticks 100. For example, in an embodiment in which three fragrance sticks 100 are installed in the box body 21, the fragrance box device can emit seven kinds of fragrance odors.

[0051] Furthermore, the box body 20 includes an assembly shaft 23, which is mounted on the box body 21. Each of the doors 22 is rotatably mounted on the assembly shaft 23. When the door 22 is driven to rotate around the assembly shaft 23, the door 22 can swing relative to the box body 21.

[0052] Specifically, the box body 21 includes a receiving body 214, two walls 215, and at least two inserts 216. Each of the box cavities 211 and each of the fragrance vents 212 of the box body 21 are formed in the receiving body 214. Each of the walls 215 extends upward from opposite sides of the receiving body 214 to form the fragrance mixing cavity 213 of the box body 21 between the receiving body 214 and each of the walls 215. Each of the inserts 216 extends upward from the top of the receiving body 214 to the fragrance mixing cavity 213, and each of the inserts 216 has a first perforation 2161. The driven end of the door body 22 has an insertion slot 224 and a second through hole 225. The insertion part 216 of the box body 21 is inserted into the insertion slot 224 of the door body 22. The first through hole 2161 of the insertion part 216 and the second through hole 225 of the door body 22 communicate. The assembly shaft 23 is inserted into the first through hole 2161 of the insertion part 216 of the box body 21 and the second through hole 225 of the door body 22 to rotatably mount the door body 22 to the assembly shaft 23. It is understood that, in the attached... Figures 1 to 18B In this specific example of the fragrance box device of the present invention shown, the number of the insert portions 216 of the box body 21 is three.

[0053] Preferably, the box body 20 further includes at least two return torsion springs 24, which are fitted onto the assembly shaft 23, and the two torsion spring arms of the return torsion springs 24 respectively abut against the door body 22 and the box body 21. When the door body 22 is driven to swing relative to the box body 21 and open the fragrance vent 212 of the box body 21, the return torsion springs 24 deform and accumulate elastic potential energy. When the external force driving the door body 22 to rotate is removed, the return torsion springs 24 drive the door body 22 to swing relative to the box body 21 and close the fragrance vent 212 of the box body 21 during the process of returning to the initial state.

[0054] Preferably, the insertion portion 216 of the box body 21 includes two insertion pieces 2162, which are arranged at intervals to form a groove 2163 between them. The main body of the reset torsion spring 24 is located in the groove 2163 of the insertion portion 216 to prevent the reset torsion spring 24 from sliding relative to the door body 22, so that the two torsion spring arms of the reset torsion spring 24 reliably abut against the door body 22 and the box body 21, respectively.

[0055] Preferably, each of the walls 215 of the box body 21 has a clearance hole 2150, which is used to avoid the end of the assembly shaft 23 and prevent the end of the assembly shaft 23 from touching the wall 215.

[0056] Furthermore, the fragrance box device includes a drive unit 30, which includes a stepper motor 31 and a drive shaft 32. The stepper motor 31 is fixedly mounted to the box body 21. For example, screws can be used to lock the stepper motor 31 to one of the walls 215 of the box body 21 to fix the stepper motor 31 to the box body 21. The drive shaft 32 is rotatably mounted to the box body 21. For example, the opposite ends of the drive shaft 32 are rotatably mounted to the two walls 215 of the box body 21, so that the drive shaft 32 is rotatably mounted to the box body 21. One end of the drive shaft 32 is drivably connected to the rotor 311 of the stepper motor 31, so that when the stepper motor 31 outputs power in the manner of the rotor 311 rotating, the drive shaft 32 can be driven to rotate relative to the box body 21.

[0057] Specifically, the two walls 215 of the box body 21 each have a wall hole 2151. The box body 20 includes two mounting flanges 25. Each mounting flange 25 includes a flange plate 251, a flange protrusion 252 extending outward from the flange plate 251, and a flange hole 253 penetrating the flange protrusion 252 and the flange plate 251. The flange protrusion 252 protrudes into the wall hole 2151 of the wall 215. The flange plate 251 can be locked to the wall 215 by screws. 5. One end of the drive shaft 32 extends into the flange hole 253 of one of the mounting flanges 25, and the other end of the drive shaft 32, after passing through the flange hole 253 of another mounting flange 25, is drivably connected to the rotor 311 of the stepper motor 31. Thus, the opposite ends of the drive shaft 32 are rotatably mounted to the two walls 215 of the housing 21, and one end of the drive shaft 32 is drivably connected to the rotor 311 of the stepper motor 31. Preferably, the end of the drive shaft 32 can be mounted in the flange hole 253 of the mounting flange 25 via a bearing, so that the drive shaft 32 can rotate smoothly.

[0058] It is worth mentioning that the specific manner in which the end of the drive shaft 32 is drivably connected to the rotor 311 of the stepper motor 31 is not limited in the fragrance box device of the present invention. For example, one end of the drive shaft 32 has a non-circular shaft hole 320 whose size and shape match the size and shape of the rotor 311 of the stepper motor 31. The rotor 311 of the stepper motor 31 extends into the shaft hole 320 of the drive shaft 32 so that this end of the drive shaft 32 is drivably connected to the rotor 311 of the stepper motor 31.

[0059] The drive shaft 32 has at least two sets of paddles 321, and the position of each set of paddles 321 corresponds to the position of the driven end of each door body 22. When the stepper motor 31 drives the drive shaft 32 to rotate, the paddles 321 of the drive shaft 32 can drive the driven end of the door body 22, so that the door body 22 swings and opens the fragrance vent 212 of the box body 21.

[0060] For example, in the appendix Figures 1 to 18BIn this specific example of the fragrance box device of the present invention, the drive shaft 32 includes three sets of paddles 321, namely a first set of paddles 3211, a second set of paddles 3212, and a third set of paddles 3213. The position of the first set of paddles 3211 corresponds to the position of the driven end of the first door 221, and is used to drive the first door 221 to swing relative to the box 21 to open the first fragrance port 2121 of the box 21. The position of the second set of paddles 3212 corresponds to the position of the driven end of the second door 222, and is used to drive the second door 222 to swing relative to the box 21 to open the second fragrance port 2122 of the box 21. The position of the third set of paddles 3213 corresponds to the position of the driven end of the third door 223, and is used to drive the third door 223 to swing relative to the box 21 to open the third fragrance port 2123 of the box 21. Preferably, the driven end of the first door body 221, the driven end of the second door body 222, and the driven end of the third door body 223 all have an upward-curved driven surface, so that when the drive shaft 32 rotates, the first set of paddles 3211 can drive the first door body 221 to swing through the driven surface of the first door body 221, the second set of paddles 3212 can drive the second door body 222 to swing through the driven surface of the second door body 222, and the third set of paddles 3213 can drive the third door body 223 to swing through the driven surface of the third door body 223. Specifically, the first set of paddles 3211 includes a first paddle 32111, a second paddle 32112, and a third paddle 32113. The first paddle 32111, the second paddle 32112, and the third paddle 32113 are arranged at intervals around the circumferential direction of the drive shaft 32. The first paddle 32111 has a lower driving portion 321111 and an upper driving portion 321112. The second paddle 32112 has a second driving portion. The moving part 321121, the third paddle 32113 has a third paddle driving part 321131, the first paddle lower driving part 321111, the first paddle upper driving part 321112, the second paddle driving part 321121 and the third paddle driving part 321131 can all apply pressure to the driven surface of the driven end of the first door body 221 to drive the first door body 221 to swing relative to the box body 21, thereby opening the first fragrance vent 2121 of the box body 21. The second set of paddles 3212 includes a fourth paddle 32121, a fifth paddle 32122, and a sixth paddle 32123. The fourth paddle 32121, the fifth paddle 32122, and the sixth paddle 32123 are arranged at intervals around the circumferential direction of the drive shaft 32. The fourth paddle 32121 has a lower driving part 321211 and an upper driving part 321212, and the fifth paddle 32122 has a fifth driving part. 321221, the sixth paddle 32123 has a sixth paddle drive part 321231, the fourth paddle lower drive part 321211, the fourth paddle upper drive part 321212, the fifth paddle drive part 321221 and the sixth paddle drive part 321231 can all apply pressure to the driven surface of the driven end of the second door 222 to drive the second door 222 to swing relative to the box 21, thereby opening the second fragrance vent 2122 of the box 21. The third set of paddles 3213 includes a seventh paddle 32131 and an eighth paddle 32132. The seventh paddle 32131 and the eighth paddle 32132 are arranged at intervals around the circumferential direction of the drive shaft 32. The seventh paddle 32131 has a lower drive portion 321311 and an upper drive portion 321312. The eighth paddle 32132 has an eighth drive portion 321321. The lower drive portion 321311, the upper drive portion 321312, and the eighth drive portion 321321 can all apply pressure to the drive surface of the drive end of the third door 223 to drive the third door 223 to swing relative to the housing 21.

[0061] Preferably, the first paddle lower drive portion 321111, the first paddle upper drive portion 321112, the second paddle drive portion 321121, the third paddle drive portion 321131, the fourth paddle lower drive portion 321211, the fourth paddle upper drive portion 321212, the fifth paddle drive portion 321221, the sixth paddle drive portion 321231, the seventh paddle lower drive portion 321311, the seventh paddle upper drive portion 321312, and the eighth paddle drive portion 321321 are all convex arc surfaces to allow the drive shaft 32 to rotate smoothly.

[0062] Reference Appendix Figure 11A and Figure 11B The first door 221, the second door 222 and the third door 223 are respectively kept in the position where the first fragrance vent 2121, the second fragrance vent 2122 and the third fragrance vent 2123 of the box body 21 are closed. At this time, the fragrance box device does not emit any fragrance.

[0070] In other words, in the appendix Figures 1 to 18BIn this specific example of the fragrance box device of the present invention, the drive shaft 32 of the drive unit 30 is an eight-position drive shaft. By controlling the rotation angle of the drive shaft 32, the states of the first door 221, the second door 222, and the third door 223 can be controlled to select the fragrance scent emitted by the fragrance box device. Specifically, when the first door 221 opens the first fragrance vent 2121 of the box body 21, the second door 222 closes the second fragrance vent 2122 of the box body 21, and the third door 223 closes the third fragrance vent 2123 of the box body 21, the fragrance box device emits a fragrance scent. The fragrance box device emits a first fragrance scent; when the second door 222 opens the second fragrance vent 2122 of the box body 21 and the first door 221 closes the first fragrance vent 2121 of the box body 21 and the third door 223 closes the third fragrance vent 2123 of the box body 21, the fragrance box device emits a second fragrance scent; when the third door 223 opens the third fragrance vent 2123 of the box body 21 and the first door 221 closes the first fragrance vent 2121 of the box body 21 and the second door 222 closes the second fragrance vent 2122 of the box body 21, the fragrance box device... The fragrance box device releases a third fragrance scent; when the first door 221 opens the first fragrance vent 2121 of the box body 21 and the second door 222 opens the second fragrance vent 2122 of the box body 21, and the third door 223 closes the third fragrance vent 2123 of the box body 21, the fragrance box device releases a fourth fragrance scent; when the first door 221 opens the first fragrance vent 2121 of the box body 21 and the third door 223 opens the third fragrance vent 2123 of the box body 21, and the second door 222 closes the second fragrance vent 2122 of the box body 21, the fragrance box device releases a fifth fragrance scent. Fragrance scent; when the second door 222 opens the second fragrance vent 2122 of the box 21 and the third door 223 opens the third fragrance vent 2123 of the box 21 and the first door 221 closes the first fragrance vent 2121 of the box 21, the fragrance box device emits a sixth fragrance scent; when the first door 221 opens the first fragrance vent 2121 of the box 21, the second door 222 opens the second fragrance vent 2122 of the box 21 and the third door 223 opens the third fragrance vent 2123 of the box 21, the fragrance box device emits a seventh fragrance scent.

[0071] Preferably, the box body 20 further includes at least two flexible sealing gaskets 26, which are disposed on the box body 21 and surround the fragrance opening 212. When the door 22 closes the fragrance opening 212 of the box body 21, the sealing gasket 26 is deformed by the door 22 to prevent the fragrance emitted by the fragrance stick 100 from entering the fragrance mixing chamber 213 of the box body 21 through the fragrance opening 212. It can be understood that the number of sealing gaskets 26 is the same as the number of fragrance openings 212 of the box body 21, that is, each fragrance opening 212 of the box body 21 is provided with one sealing gasket 26.

[0072] It is worth mentioning that the specific manner in which the sealing gasket 26 is set on the box body 21 is not limited in the fragrance box device of the present invention. For example, glue can be used to bond the sealing gasket 26 to the box body 21.

[0073] Reference Appendix Figures 3 to 10 The fragrance box device further includes a main control board 40, which is fitted with logic chips or designed as logic circuits to enable data processing capabilities. The main control board 40 has at least two probes 41. The main control board 40 is installed at the rear of the box body 21 to close the rear opening of the box cavity 211 of the box body 21. The probes 41 of the main control board 40 extend into the box cavity 211 of the box body 21. After the fragrance stick 100 is inserted into the cavity 211 of the housing 21, the probe 41 of the main control board 40 contacts the circuit board 1004 of the fragrance stick 100 to conduct electricity between the fragrance stick 100 and the main control board 40. This allows for the detection of the fragrance stick 100's status to calculate its lifespan, and also verifies its authenticity, thus protecting the fragrance box device and ensuring user safety. The stepper motor 31 is connected to the main control board 40, and its operation is controlled by the main control board 40.

[0074] In the appendix Figures 1 to 18B In this specific example of the fragrance box device of the present invention, screws can be used to lock the main control board 40 to the rear of the box body 21, so as to install the main control board 40 to the rear of the box body 21.

[0075] Preferably, refer to the appendix Figures 6 to 10The main control board 40 extends upward to a position at the same height as the wall 215 of the box 21, so as to close the rear opening of the fragrance mixing chamber 213 of the box 21 by the main control board 40, and the main control board 40 has a board channel 42, which is connected to the fragrance mixing chamber 213 of the box 21, and the fragrance scent entering the fragrance mixing chamber 213 of the box 21 is allowed to be discharged through the board channel 42 of the main control board 40.

[0076] Continue to refer to the appendix Figure 1 , Figure 3 , Figures 5 to 10 The fragrance box device further includes an atmosphere unit 50, which includes an atmosphere panel 51. The atmosphere panel 51 has at least two light-emitting elements 511. The atmosphere panel 51 can be installed on the front of the box body 21 by screws to close the front opening of the fragrance mixing chamber 213 of the box body 21. The positions of each light-emitting element 511 on the atmosphere panel 51 correspond to the positions of each chamber 211 of the box body 21. When the door 22 at the corresponding position swings relative to the box body 21 to open the fragrance vent 212 of the box body 21, the light-emitting element 511 at the corresponding position lights up to remind the user that the fragrance vent 212 at that location of the box body 21 is open. The atmosphere panel 51 is connected to the main control board 40.

[0077] Preferably, the ambient unit 50 includes at least two light guides 52, each light guide 52 including a light guide frame 521 and a light guide arm 522 extending from the light guide frame 521. A portion of the light guide frame 521 extends into the insertion port 104 of the housing 10, and the light guide arm 522 covers the light-emitting element 511 of the ambient panel 51. When the light-emitting element 511 of the ambient panel 51 emits light, the light guide arm 522 is used to transmit light to the light guide frame 521 for easy viewing by the user.

[0078] Further, see attached document. Figure 6 , Figure 8 and Figure 10 The main control board 40 has at least two photoelectric sensors 43. The end of the door 22 facing away from the driven end has a proximity protrusion 2201. When the door 22 closes the fragrance vent 212 of the box 21, the proximity protrusion 2201 of the door 22 is adjacent to the photoelectric sensor 43 of the main control board 40. When the door 22 opens the fragrance vent 212 of the box 21, the proximity protrusion 2201 of the door 22 moves away from the photoelectric sensor 43 of the main control board 40. In other words, based on the signal fed back by the photoelectric sensor 43, the main control board 40 can determine the position of the door 22.

[0079] Further, see attached document. Figure 7 , Figure 9 , Figure 10 The ambient light panel 51 has at least two photoelectric switches 512, each photoelectric switch 512 having a switch slot 5121. The driven end of the door body 22 has a baffle 2202, which can enter or leave the switch slot 5121 of the photoelectric switch 512. When the door body 22 closes the fragrance vent 212 of the box body 21, the baffle 2202 of the door body 22 leaves the switch slot 5121 of the photoelectric switch 512 of the ambient light panel 51. When the door body 22 opens the fragrance vent 212 of the box body 21, the baffle 2202 of the door body 22 enters the switch slot 5121 of the photoelectric switch 512 of the ambient light panel 51.

[0080] Continue to refer to the appendix Figures 1 to 5 , Figure 10 The outer casing 10 includes a front casing 11 and a rear casing 12, which are mounted to each other to form the cavity 101 of the outer casing 10 between the front casing 11 and the rear casing 12. The air inlet channel 102 and the insertion port 104 of the outer casing 10 are formed in the front casing 11, and the air outlet channel 103 of the outer casing 10 is formed in the rear casing 12.

[0081] It is worth mentioning that the mounting method of the front housing 11 and the rear housing 12 is not limited in the fragrance box device of the present invention. For example, in the attached... Figures 1 to 18B In this specific example of the fragrance box device of the present invention shown, the front housing 11 has at least one latching protrusion 111 on each of the opposite sides of the rear portion, and the rear housing 12 has at least one latching arm 121 on each of the opposite sides of the front portion. Each latching arm 121 has a latching groove 1211. Each of the latching arms 121 of the rear housing 12 extends to the opposite sides of the rear portion of the front housing 11, and the latching protrusion 111 of the front housing 11 engages with the latching groove 1211 of the latching arm 121 of the rear housing 12, thereby reliably mounting the front housing 11 and the rear housing 12.

[0082] Reference Appendix Figure 10The fragrance box device forms a first air duct cavity 60 between the front housing 11 and the box body 21. One of the walls 215 of the box body 21 has a ventilation channel 2152. The air inlet channel 102 of the outer shell 10 is connected to the first air duct cavity 60. The ventilation channel 2152 of the wall 215 is connected to the first air duct cavity 60 and the fragrance mixing cavity 213 of the box body 21.
