A system and process for washing municipal solid waste incineration fly ash to remove chlorine

Abstract

The application discloses a kind of domestic waste incineration fly ash washing dechlorination system and process, including fly ash deep dechlorination reactor and with the dechlorination agent dosing device of fly ash deep dechlorination reactor, stirring device, micro-nano aeration device, electrolytic device power supply and temperature control device.The application provides the treatment process for significantly reducing the chlorine content in fly ash by aiming at the dechlorination treatment needs of waste incineration fly ash washing end, and provides significant convenience conditions for the resource utilization of domestic waste incineration fly ash.The main innovation of the process is that after four processes of break point dechlorination, fugitive dechlorination, catalytic oxidation dechlorination and electrolytic dechlorination, the chlorine content in waste incineration fly ash can be significantly reduced.After the process treatment, the chlorine content in fly ash after fly ash washing dechlorination process treatment can be less than 0.1%, which is much lower than the chlorine content in fly ash after waste incineration fly ash washing after countercurrent rinsing, and the process runs stably.
