Candidates will view the advertisement and submit resumes directly to human resources, post referral materials directly to human resources 18, and the qualified resumes and referral materials will be stored in the system by human resources, and forms will be issued to the referrers to authorize the referrers to post ratings and comments to the company. The system of the present invention stores not only the advertisement, but where it was posted and on what date. Next, the system will review the resumes and referral materials (which are also stored in the system) to find the best of the resumes and referral materials 24, and pass these resumes and referral materials to the hiring team to select some candidates to schedule for an interview. Once the system selects the candidates, and the team approves the selection 20, the system will send an email to all candidates to receive possible times and dates for an interview, and fill the time slots using an automated email process according to the calendars of the hiring team members that are also available in the system. The candidates will then be interviewed, and the system can provide suggested questions for the interviewer 22 for the interview, and ratings for each job candidate can be sent to the team members in advance of the interview 24 so that they can be filled in as the interview progresses. The system can also send another copy of the email with the resume and referral materials prior to the interview of the job candidate so that the interviewer does not have to search for this information prior to the interview. Once all of the candidates selected to participate in an interview have either scheduled an interview, participated in all interviews, or been sent a notification that they do not wish to be considered for the position, the ratings and comments will be calculated and sent to the team members to select a person for the job 24. After the person is approved by the team, the system will generate an employment agreement with all of the employment terms and conditions, including a proposed start date, and describe the employee benefits to the new employee. Once the new employee accepts the job offer, and returns the signed employment agreement to the company or firm 26, the employment agreement and employment terms and conditions will be stored in the system, and if the new employee is to be a timekeeper, a timekeeper number and ID will be generated by the system. The system will then send the details from the resume (name, address, website phone, past employment history, education, colleges attended, licenses and dates of graduation and licenses) into the system to be stored in the database associated with the job position and the employee. With a view of the timekeeper ID and a click on the link, the employee file, such as the employment agreement, current employee handbook (always accessible by the employee while at work), client agreements, etc. will always be associated with that timekeeper number and ID.

An improved system for improved management of company worker employment data, comprising inputting for each worker at least the following worker data: name, address, telephone number, mobile telephone number, email, date of birth; providing a CPU and data storage for the system; the improvement comprising: causing a worker to sign at least one document between the worker and the company, linking the signed contract to the worker data; providing an icon for the worker data and a second icon for the worker signing a document visible on an electronic display device, and allowing the at least one document to be electronically displayed when the icons are selected by a user of the system.
