Description

Technical Field

[0001] This application relates to the field of household appliance technology, and in particular to a refrigeration device and its refrigeration control method. Background Technology

[0002] Refrigeration devices such as refrigerators and freezers are consumer products that keep food or other items at a constant low temperature.

[0003] In related technologies, a refrigerator typically includes a cabinet containing a freezer compartment and a refrigerator compartment for storing food, beverages, or other items that need to be kept at low temperatures. The cabinet also houses a refrigeration system, which cools both the freezer and refrigerator compartments. This refrigeration system includes a compressor, evaporator, condenser, and throttling elements.

[0004] In the existing technology, when it is necessary to quickly freeze the freezer compartment, the freezer evaporator needs to be kept working continuously to continuously transfer cold energy to the freezer compartment. However, the freezer evaporator is prone to frosting when it is working under load for a long time, which reduces the contact area between the freezer evaporator and the air. The heat in the air cannot be absorbed efficiently, resulting in a decrease in cooling efficiency. Summary of the Invention

[0005] The main objective of this application is to propose a refrigeration device and its refrigeration control method, which aims to provide a dual-evaporator refrigeration system. When the quick-freeze mode is activated, the system can control the freezing evaporator and the common evaporator to work alternately, thereby providing continuous cooling to the freezer compartment while preventing frost formation on the freezing evaporator or the common evaporator and improving refrigeration efficiency.

[0006] To achieve the above objectives, this application provides a refrigeration device and its refrigeration control method, wherein the refrigeration device includes:

[0007] The housing forms the outer shell of the refrigeration device, and the housing contains a freezer compartment and a refrigerator compartment.

[0008] A refrigeration system, located within the enclosure, includes a compressor, a condenser, a capillary tube, a refrigeration evaporator, a common evaporator, a first solenoid valve, and a second solenoid valve. The refrigeration evaporator is connected to the freezer compartment via a first refrigeration air duct. The common evaporator can select either a second refrigeration air duct or a refrigeration air duct to connect to the freezer compartment via a first damper. The first end of the first solenoid valve is connected to the output end of the capillary tube, the second end of the first solenoid valve is connected to the input end of the refrigeration evaporator, and the third end of the first solenoid valve is connected to the input end of the common evaporator. Similarly, the first end of the second solenoid valve is connected to the output end of the refrigeration evaporator, the second end of the second solenoid valve is connected to the input end of the common evaporator, and the third end of the second solenoid valve is connected to the output end of the common evaporator.

[0009] A temperature detection device, comprising a first temperature sensor disposed within the freezer compartment for detecting the freezer compartment temperature;

[0010] The refrigeration control method includes:

[0011] If the quick-freeze mode is detected to be activated, the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve are controlled to make the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator work alternately until the freezer temperature detected by the first temperature sensor is less than or equal to the freezer set temperature.

[0012] In one embodiment of this application, controlling the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve to cause the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator to operate alternately until the freezer temperature detected by the first temperature sensor is lower than the freezer set temperature includes:

[0013] By controlling the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve, a separate refrigeration circuit for the refrigeration evaporator can be selected for refrigeration.

[0014] After the individual refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator has been running for a first period of time, it is detected whether the temperature of the freezer compartment is less than or equal to the set temperature of the freezer compartment.

[0015] If the temperature of the freezer compartment is greater than the set temperature of the freezer compartment, the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve are controlled to select a separate refrigeration circuit for the common evaporator for refrigeration, and the second refrigeration air duct is opened through the first damper.

[0016] After the shared evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit has been running for a second period of time, it is detected whether the freezer temperature is less than or equal to the freezer set temperature.

[0017] If the temperature of the freezer compartment is greater than the set temperature of the freezer compartment, then return to the step of selecting a separate refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator by controlling the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve;

[0018] If the temperature of the freezer compartment is less than or equal to the set temperature of the freezer compartment, the quick-freeze mode will be exited.

[0019] In one embodiment of this application, the temperature detection device further includes a second temperature sensor disposed in the refrigerator compartment for detecting the refrigerator compartment temperature; after the freezer evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit has been running for a first period of time, if the temperature of the freezer compartment is detected to be greater than the set temperature of the freezer compartment, the method further includes:

[0020] Check whether the temperature of the refrigerator compartment is less than or equal to the set temperature of the refrigerator compartment;

[0021] If the temperature of the refrigerator compartment is greater than the set temperature of the refrigerator compartment, the second freezing air duct and the refrigerator air duct are opened through the first air damper;

[0022] If the temperature of the refrigerator compartment is less than or equal to the set temperature of the refrigerator compartment, the second freezing air duct is opened through the first air damper, and the refrigerator air duct is closed.

[0023] In one embodiment of this application, the temperature detection device further includes a second temperature sensor disposed in the refrigerator compartment for detecting the refrigerator compartment temperature; if the quick-freeze mode is not activated, the method includes:

[0024] The freezer temperature is compared with the freezer set temperature, and the refrigerator temperature is compared with the refrigerator set temperature to obtain a comparison result;

[0025] Based on the comparison results, the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve are controlled accordingly to select one of the following circuits for refrigeration: a separate refrigeration circuit for the refrigeration evaporator, a separate refrigeration circuit for the common evaporator, a series refrigeration circuit for the refrigeration evaporator and the common evaporator, or a parallel refrigeration circuit for the refrigeration evaporator and the common evaporator.

[0026] Based on the comparison result, the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve are controlled accordingly to select one of the following circuits for a third period of time: a separate refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator, a separate refrigeration circuit for the common evaporator, a series refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator, or a parallel refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator. Then, the process returns to the step of comparing the freezer temperature with the freezer set temperature and comparing the refrigerator temperature with the refrigerator set temperature to obtain the comparison result, until the freezer temperature is less than or equal to the freezer set temperature and the refrigerator temperature is less than or equal to the refrigerator set temperature.

[0027] In one embodiment of this application, the temperature detection device further includes a third temperature sensor disposed within the refrigerated air duct for detecting the temperature of the refrigerated air duct; the step of controlling the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve accordingly to select one of the following circuits for refrigeration: a separate refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator, a separate refrigeration circuit for the common evaporator, a series refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator, or a parallel refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator, includes:

[0028] If the comparison result is that the temperature of the freezer compartment is greater than the set temperature of the freezer compartment and the temperature of the refrigerator compartment is greater than the set temperature of the refrigerator compartment, then the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve are controlled to select the series refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator for refrigeration, and the refrigerator air duct is opened by opening the first damper and the second freezer air duct is closed.

[0029] Detect whether the temperature of the refrigerated air duct is greater than the set temperature of the refrigerated compartment;

[0030] If the temperature of the refrigerated air duct is greater than the set temperature of the refrigerated compartment, the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve are controlled to switch between the parallel refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator for refrigeration, and the first solenoid valve is controlled to distribute the first flow rate into the freezer evaporator and the second flow rate into the common evaporator.

[0031] In one embodiment of this application, the ratio of the first flow rate to the second flow rate is the ratio of a first difference between the refrigerator compartment temperature and the refrigerator compartment set temperature to a second difference between the freezer compartment temperature and the freezer compartment set temperature.

[0032] In one embodiment of this application, the step of controlling the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve according to the comparison result to select one of the following circuits for refrigeration: a separate refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator, a separate refrigeration circuit for the common evaporator, a series refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator, or a parallel refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator:

[0033] If the comparison result is that the freezer temperature is greater than the freezer set temperature, but the refrigerator temperature is less than or equal to the refrigerator set temperature, then the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve are controlled to select a separate refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator for refrigeration.

[0034] In one embodiment of this application, the step of controlling the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve according to the comparison result to select one of the following circuits for refrigeration: a separate refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator, a separate refrigeration circuit for the common evaporator, a series refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator, or a parallel refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator:

[0035] If the comparison result is that the freezer temperature is less than or equal to the freezer set temperature, but the refrigerator temperature is greater than the refrigerator set temperature, then the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve are controlled to select the common evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit for refrigeration, and the refrigerator air duct is opened by opening the first damper and the second freezer air duct is closed.

[0036] To achieve the above objectives, this application provides a refrigeration device, comprising:

[0037] The housing forms the outer shell of the refrigeration device, and the housing contains a freezer compartment and a refrigerator compartment.

[0038] A refrigeration system, located within the enclosure, includes a compressor, a condenser, a capillary tube, a refrigeration evaporator, a common evaporator, a first solenoid valve, and a second solenoid valve.

[0039] A temperature detection device, comprising a first temperature sensor disposed within the freezer compartment for detecting the freezer compartment temperature;

[0040] A controller is connected to the compressor, the first solenoid valve, the second solenoid valve, and the temperature detection device. The controller is used to execute the refrigeration control method described in any embodiment of this application.

[0041] In one embodiment of this application, the refrigeration system further includes:

[0042] A drying filter is disposed between the condenser and the capillary tube.

[0043] In one embodiment of this application, the temperature detection device further includes:

[0044] A second temperature sensor is installed inside the refrigerator compartment to detect the temperature of the refrigerator compartment.

[0045] The third temperature sensor is installed inside the refrigerated air duct to detect the temperature of the refrigerated air duct.

[0046] The technical solution provided in this application embodiment proposes a dual-evaporator refrigeration system, including a compressor, a condenser, a capillary tube, a refrigeration evaporator, a common evaporator, a first solenoid valve, and a second solenoid valve. The refrigeration evaporator is connected to the freezer compartment via a first refrigeration air duct, and the common evaporator can select either a second refrigeration air duct to connect to the freezer compartment or a refrigeration air duct to connect to the refrigerator compartment via a first damper. By controlling the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve, at least two separate refrigeration circuits can be formed: one for the refrigeration evaporator and one for the common evaporator. Therefore, when the quick-freeze mode is activated, the first and second solenoid valves can be controlled to switch between the two separate refrigeration circuits, allowing the refrigeration evaporator and the common evaporator to operate alternately until the freezer compartment temperature is less than or equal to the set freezer compartment temperature. This system can continuously provide cooling to the freezer compartment while preventing frost buildup on either the refrigeration evaporator or the common evaporator, thus improving refrigeration efficiency. Similarly, by controlling the second solenoid valve 27, pipes c and d can be opened and closed. Specifically, by controlling the second solenoid valve 27, pipe c can be opened and pipe d closed, or pipe c closed and pipe d open, or both pipes c and d can be opened.

[0092] Reference Figure 4 In some embodiments, the refrigeration system may further include a dryer filter 28, which may be disposed between the condenser 22 and the capillary tube 23. The common evaporator 25 can also be connected to the freezer compartment 12 through the second freezer air duct 152, that is, the common evaporator 25 can deliver cold air to the freezer compartment 12 through the second freezer air duct 152 to cool the freezer compartment 12. A first air damper 171 is provided between the refrigerated air duct 153 and the second refrigerated air duct 152. By controlling the first air damper 171, the refrigerated air duct 153 can be opened and the second refrigerated air duct 152 can be closed, or the refrigerated air duct 153 can be closed and the second refrigerated air duct 152 can be opened, or both the refrigerated air duct 153 and the second refrigerated air duct 152 can be opened, or both the refrigerated air duct 153 and the second refrigerated air duct 152 can be closed.

[0096] In some embodiments, refer to Figure 5 In the cold storage compartment 11, a second evaporator fan 162 is also provided opposite to the common evaporator 25. When the second evaporator fan 162 is running, it can accelerate the delivery of the cold air generated by the common evaporator 25 to the cold storage compartment 12 through the second refrigeration air duct 152, or it can accelerate the delivery of the cold air generated by the common evaporator 25 to the cold storage compartment 11 through the refrigeration air duct 153.

[0097] In some embodiments, refer to Figure 5 A second air damper 172 may be provided between the first freezing air duct 151 and the refrigeration air duct 153. When the second air damper 172 is opened, the cold energy in the freezer compartment 12 can be transferred through the first freezing air duct 151 to the refrigeration air duct 153 and then delivered to the refrigeration compartment 11.

[0098] In some embodiments, Figure 1 The refrigerator shown may also include a temperature detection device, which may include a temperature sensor for real-time detection of the temperature at a specified location in the refrigerator, such as the temperature of the refrigerator compartment, the temperature of the freezer compartment, the temperature of the first freezer duct, the temperature of the second freezer duct, and the temperature of the refrigerator duct.

[0099] In some embodiments, the temperature detection device may include a first temperature sensor (not shown). The first temperature sensor may be disposed in the freezer compartment 12 for real-time detection of the freezer compartment temperature.

[0100] In some embodiments, the temperature detection device may include a second temperature sensor (not shown). The second temperature sensor may be disposed in the refrigerator compartment 11 for real-time detection of the refrigerator compartment temperature.

[0101] In some embodiments, the temperature detection device may include a third temperature sensor (not shown). The third temperature sensor may be disposed in the refrigerated air duct 153 for real-time detection of the refrigerated air duct temperature.

[0103] In some embodiments, the temperature detection device may include a fifth temperature sensor (not shown). The fifth temperature sensor may be disposed in the second refrigeration duct 152 for real-time detection of the temperature of the second refrigeration duct.

[0104] In some embodiments, refer to Figure 6 When the first solenoid valve 26 is controlled to open pipe b and close pipe a, and the second solenoid valve 27 is controlled to open pipe d and close pipe c, the compressor 21, condenser 22, capillary tube 23, dryer filter 28, and refrigeration evaporator 24 are connected in series to form a separate refrigeration circuit for the refrigeration evaporator. When the separate refrigeration circuit for the refrigeration evaporator is running, the refrigeration evaporator 24 performs its function, supplying cold air to the freezer compartment 12. Specifically, the compressor 21 compresses refrigerant vapor to generate high-temperature, high-pressure vapor, and delivers the refrigerant vapor to the condenser 22. The condenser 22 liquefies the high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant vapor to generate high-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant liquid, and delivers the refrigerant liquid to the capillary tube 23. After the capillary tube 23 depressurizes the refrigerant liquid, the high-pressure, low-temperature liquid is transformed into low-pressure, low-temperature refrigerant, and the low-pressure, low-temperature refrigerant is delivered to the refrigeration evaporator 24 through pipe b. After receiving low-pressure, low-temperature refrigerant, the refrigeration evaporator 24 boils it under isobaric conditions, absorbs heat and vaporizes to generate cooling capacity, which is then transported to the freezer chamber 12 through the first refrigeration air duct 151 to reduce the temperature inside the freezer chamber 12 and achieve refrigeration of the freezer chamber 12.

[0105] In some embodiments, refer to Figure 7When the first solenoid valve 26 is controlled to open pipe a and close pipe b, and the second solenoid valve 27 is controlled to close pipes d and c, the compressor 21, condenser 22, dryer filter 28, capillary tube 23, and common evaporator 25 are connected in series to form a separate refrigeration circuit for the common evaporator. When the separate refrigeration circuit for the common evaporator is running, the common evaporator 25 performs its function. At this time, the common evaporator 25 can deliver cold air to the refrigerator compartment 11 through the refrigeration air duct 153 to cool the refrigerator compartment 11. The common evaporator 25 can also deliver cold air to the freezer compartment 12 through the second freezing air duct 152 to cool the freezer compartment 12. Therefore, the opening or closing of the refrigeration air duct 153 and the second freezing air duct 152 can be controlled by the first damper 171, thereby controlling the separate refrigeration circuit for the common evaporator to cool at least one of the freezer compartment 12 and the refrigerator compartment 11. Specifically, if the first damper 171 controls the opening of the refrigeration duct 153 and the closing of the second freezing duct 152, the shared evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit can be controlled to cool the refrigerator compartment 11. If the first damper 171 controls the closing of the refrigeration duct 153 and the opening of the second freezing duct 152, the shared evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit can be controlled to cool the freezer compartment 12. If the first damper 171 controls both the refrigeration duct 153 and the second freezing duct 152 to be open, the shared evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit can be controlled to cool both the refrigerator compartment 11 and the freezer compartment simultaneously.

[0106] In some embodiments, refer to Figure 8 When the first solenoid valve 26 is controlled to open pipe b and close pipe a, and the second solenoid valve 27 is controlled to close pipe d and open pipe c, the compressor 21, condenser 22, dryer filter 28, capillary tube 23, refrigeration evaporator 24, and common evaporator 25 are connected in series to form a refrigeration circuit of refrigeration evaporator and common evaporator. When the refrigeration circuit of refrigeration evaporator and common evaporator is running, refrigeration evaporator 24 and common evaporator 25 are connected in series and perform refrigeration work. At this time, refrigeration evaporator 24 works to cool the freezer compartment 12. Since the common evaporator 25 can deliver cold air to the refrigerator compartment 11 through the refrigeration air duct 153, and also deliver cold air to the freezer compartment 12 through the second refrigeration air duct 152, the common evaporator can be controlled by the first damper 171 to cool at least one of the freezer compartment 12 and the refrigerator compartment 11.

[0107] In some embodiments, refer to Figure 9When the first solenoid valve 26 opens pipes b and a, and the second solenoid valve 27 opens pipe d and closes pipe c, the compressor 21, condenser 22, dryer filter 28, capillary tube 23, and evaporator 24 are connected in series to form a first loop, and the compressor 21, condenser 22, dryer filter 28, capillary tube 23, and common evaporator 25 are connected in series to form a second loop. This creates a parallel refrigeration circuit of the evaporator and common evaporator. When the parallel refrigeration circuit of the evaporator and common evaporator is running, the evaporator 24 and common evaporator 25 operate in parallel and perform refrigeration. At this time, the evaporator 24 works to cool the freezer compartment 12. Since the common evaporator 25 can deliver cold air to the freezer compartment 11 through the refrigeration air duct 153, and can also deliver cold air to the freezer compartment 12 through the second refrigeration air duct 152, the evaporator 25 can also deliver cold air to the freezer compartment 12. Therefore, by controlling the first damper 171, the common evaporator can be made to cool at least one of the freezer compartment 12 and the refrigerator compartment 11.

[0108] It should be noted that, by controlling the first solenoid valve 26, in addition to controlling the opening and closing of pipes a and b, the flow rates flowing into pipes a and b can also be allocated respectively. Specifically, the first flow rate of refrigerant flowing into the refrigeration evaporator 24 and the second flow rate of refrigerant flowing into the common evaporator 25 can be allocated.

[0109] Reference Figure 10 , Figure 10 This is a first flowchart of a refrigeration control method provided in an embodiment of this application. It is executed by a refrigeration device provided in any embodiment of this application, including but not limited to steps S1010 to S1050.

[0110] Step S1010: Check if the quick-freeze mode is enabled.

[0111] Step S1020: If the quick-freeze mode is turned on, control the freeze evaporator and the common evaporator to work alternately.

[0112] Step S1030: Detect whether the freezer temperature Tfs is greater than the freezer set temperature Tf;

[0113] In step S1040, if the freezer temperature Tfs is less than or equal to the freezer set temperature Tf, exit the quick-freeze mode; if the freezer temperature Tfs is greater than the freezer set temperature Tf, return to step S1020.

[0114] Step S1050: If the quick-freeze mode is not turned on, then enter the normal cooling mode.

[0115] In this embodiment, if the quick-freeze mode is detected to be activated, the first solenoid valve 26 and the second solenoid valve 27 are controlled to allow the freezer evaporator 24 and the common evaporator 25 to work alternately until the freezer temperature Tfs detected by the first temperature sensor is less than or equal to the freezer set temperature Tf. Since the freezer evaporator 24 can cool the freezer compartment 12 through the first freezer air duct 151, and the second freezer air duct 152 can be opened and the refrigeration air duct 153 closed through the first damper 171, the cooling energy generated by the common evaporator 25 can be transported to the freezer compartment 12 through the second freezer air duct 152 to cool it. In other words, the common evaporator 25 can also cool the freezer compartment 12 through the second freezer air duct 152. Therefore, in quick-freeze mode, by controlling the freezer evaporator 24 and the common evaporator 25 to work alternately, the problem of one evaporator working under prolonged load and causing frost buildup, leading to reduced cooling efficiency, can be avoided. It can provide a continuous cooling capacity to the freezer compartment while preventing frost buildup on the freezer evaporator or common evaporator, thus improving refrigeration efficiency.

[0116] In some embodiments, controlling the alternating operation of the refrigeration evaporator and the common evaporator can specifically involve: controlling the first solenoid valve 26 to open pipe b and close pipe a, and controlling the second solenoid valve 27 to open pipe d and close pipe c, so that the refrigeration evaporator in the refrigeration system operates in a separate refrigeration circuit, with the refrigeration evaporator 24 cooling the freezer compartment 12. After the refrigeration evaporator operates in a separate refrigeration circuit for a first period of time, controlling the first solenoid valve 26 to close pipe b and open pipe a, and controlling the second solenoid valve 27 to close pipes d and c, so that the common evaporator in the refrigeration system operates in a separate refrigeration circuit. At the same time, the second refrigeration air duct 152 is opened through the first damper 171, allowing the common evaporator 25 to cool the freezer compartment 12. After the common evaporator operates in a separate refrigeration circuit for a second period of time, controlling the first solenoid valve 26 to open pipe b and close pipe a, and controlling the second solenoid valve 27 to open pipe d and close pipe c, that is, switching back to the operation of the refrigeration evaporator in a separate refrigeration circuit, with the refrigeration evaporator 24 cooling the freezer compartment 12. In this way, the freezer evaporator 24 and the common evaporator 25 are controlled to work alternately to cool the freezer compartment 12 until the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature Tf.

[0117] It should be noted that the order in which the freeze evaporator 24 and the common evaporator 25 operate is adjustable. They can alternate in a cycle of freeze evaporator-common evaporator-freeze evaporator or in a cycle of common evaporator-freeze evaporator-common evaporator.

[0118] It should be noted that, without performing any adjustment to the first air damper 171, the second refrigeration air duct 152 is in the open state by default, and the refrigeration air duct 153 is in the closed state.

[0119] It should be noted that the first and second durations are preset durations and can be set and adjusted according to actual conditions. The first and second durations may be equal or unequal.

[0120] It should be noted that both the freezer evaporator 24 and the common evaporator 25 can be defrosted when they are not in operation.

[0121] Reference Figure 11 , Figure 11 This is a flowchart of a step provided in an embodiment of the present application, which describes the steps of controlling a first solenoid valve and a second solenoid valve to make the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator work alternately until the freezer temperature detected by the first temperature sensor is less than or equal to the freezer set temperature, including but not limited to steps S1110 to S1160.

[0122] Step S1110: Select a separate refrigeration circuit for the refrigeration evaporator by controlling the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve.

[0123] Step S1120: After the freezer evaporator has been cooling alone for a first time, check whether the freezer compartment temperature is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature.

[0124] Step S1130: If the freezer temperature is higher than the freezer set temperature, the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve are controlled to select a separate refrigeration circuit for the common evaporator for refrigeration, and the second refrigeration air duct is opened by controlling the damper.

[0125] Step S1140: After the second period of operation of the shared evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit, check whether the freezer compartment temperature is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature.

[0126] Step S1150: If the freezer temperature is higher than the freezer set temperature, return to the step of selecting a separate refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator by controlling the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve.

[0127] Step S1160: If the freezer temperature is less than or equal to the freezer set temperature, then exit the quick-freeze mode.

[0128] In this embodiment, when the quick-freezing mode is detected to be activated, the first solenoid valve 26 is controlled to open pipe b and close pipe a, and the second solenoid valve 27 is controlled to open pipe d and close pipe c, thereby forming the following... Figure 6The evaporator-only refrigeration circuit shown is controlled to operate in order to cool the freezer compartment 12. After the evaporator-only refrigeration circuit has been running for a first period of time, if the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is detected to be greater than the freezer compartment set temperature Tf, then the first solenoid valve 26 is controlled to close pipe b and open pipe a, and the second solenoid valve 27 is controlled to close pipes d and c, thus forming the... Figure 7 The shared evaporator separate refrigeration circuit shown is controlled to operate in order to refrigerate the freezer compartment 12. After the shared evaporator separate refrigeration circuit has been running for a second period of time, if the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is detected to be greater than the freezer compartment set temperature Tf, the first solenoid valve 26 is controlled to open pipe b and close pipe a, and the second solenoid valve 27 is controlled to open pipe d and close pipe c, so that the following occurs: Figure 6 The freezer evaporator shown is a separate refrigeration circuit, which controls the freezer compartment 12 to operate for refrigeration. This cycle repeats until the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is detected to be less than or equal to the set freezer compartment temperature Tf, at which point the quick-freezing is considered complete and the quick-freezing mode can be automatically exited.

[0129] Specifically, refer to Figure 12 , Figure 12 This is a second flowchart of a cooling control method provided in an embodiment of this application. Figure 12 As shown, when the quick-freeze mode is detected to be activated, the first solenoid valve 26 is controlled to open pipe b and close pipe a, and the second solenoid valve 27 is controlled to open pipe d and close pipe c (i.e., control the operation of the individual refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator). After the individual refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator has been running for a first duration, it is checked whether the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature Tf. If the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature Tf (i.e., Tfs≤Tf), the quick-freeze mode is exited. If the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is greater than the freezer compartment set temperature Tf (i.e., Tf>Tf), the first solenoid valve 26 is controlled to close pipe b and open pipe a, and the second solenoid valve 27 is controlled to close pipes d and c (i.e., control the operation of the individual refrigeration circuit of the common evaporator). After the individual refrigeration circuit of the common evaporator has been running for a second duration, it is checked again whether the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature Tf. If the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature Tf (i.e., Tfs≤Tf), the quick-freeze mode is exited. If the freezer temperature Tfs is greater than the freezer set temperature Tf (i.e., Tf>Tf), then return to the steps of controlling the first solenoid valve 26 to open pipe b and close pipe a, and controlling the second solenoid valve 27 to open pipe d and close pipe c (i.e., controlling the freezer evaporator to operate in a separate refrigeration circuit).

[0130] In this embodiment of the application, when the quick-freeze mode is turned on, in order to prevent the evaporator from working under load for a long time and causing frost to form, which would reduce the refrigeration efficiency, the first solenoid valve 26 and the second solenoid valve 27 are controlled to allow the freezer evaporator 24 and the common evaporator 25 to work alternately to cool the freezer compartment 12, thereby improving the refrigeration efficiency.

[0131] Reference Figure 13 , Figure 13 This is a flowchart of the steps performed after the freezer evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit has been running for a first period of time, if the temperature of the freezer compartment is detected to be not less than the set temperature of the freezer compartment, provided in an embodiment of this application. These steps include, but are not limited to, steps S1310 to S1330.

[0132] Step S1310: Check whether the refrigerator compartment temperature is less than or equal to the refrigerator compartment set temperature;

[0133] Step S1320: If the temperature of the refrigerator compartment is higher than the set temperature of the refrigerator compartment, the second freezing air duct and the refrigerator air duct are opened through the first air damper.

[0134] Step S1330: If the temperature of the refrigerator compartment is less than or equal to the set temperature of the refrigerator compartment, the second freezing air duct is opened by opening the first air damper and the refrigerator air duct is closed.

[0135] In this embodiment, the common evaporator 25 can cool both the freezer compartment 12 and the refrigerator compartment 11 via the second refrigeration air duct 152. Therefore, when controlling the operation of the common evaporator 25 in quick-freeze mode, it is also possible to consider whether the refrigerator compartment 11 has a cooling requirement. This can be determined by detecting whether the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is less than or equal to the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc. If the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is less than or equal to the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc, it indicates that the refrigerator compartment 11 has no cooling requirement. In this case, it is not necessary to adjust the first damper 171; that is, the second refrigeration air duct 152 remains open, and the refrigerator air duct 153 remains closed. Thus, the common evaporator 25 can be controlled to cool only the freezer compartment 12 when it is operating. If the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is greater than the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc, it indicates that the refrigerator compartment 11 has a cooling demand. At this time, the second freezing air duct 152 and the refrigerator air duct 153 can be controlled to be open through the first air damper 171. Thus, when the common evaporator 25 is working, it can cool both the freezer compartment 12 and the refrigerator compartment 11.

[0136] It should be noted that, in this embodiment of the application, the flow rate of the second refrigeration air duct 152 and the flow rate of the refrigeration air duct 153 can also be controlled by the first damper 171. For example, the flow rate of the corresponding air duct can be controlled by controlling the opening degree of the air duct.

[0137] Reference Figure 14 , Figure 14 This is a third flowchart of a cooling control method provided in an embodiment of this application. Figure 14 As shown, when the quick-freeze mode is detected to be activated, the first solenoid valve 26 is controlled to open pipe b and close pipe a, and the second solenoid valve 27 is controlled to open pipe d and close pipe c (i.e., control the operation of the individual refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator). After the individual refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator has been running for a first period of time, it is checked whether the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature Tf. If the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature Tf (i.e., Tfs≤Tf), the quick-freeze mode is exited. If the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is greater than the freezer compartment set temperature Tf (i.e., Tf>Tf), the first solenoid valve 26 is controlled to close pipe b and open pipe a, and the second solenoid valve 27 is controlled to close pipes d and c (i.e., control the operation of the individual refrigeration circuit of the shared evaporator). At this time, it is further checked whether the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is less than or equal to the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc. If the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is less than or equal to the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc (i.e., Tcs ≤ Tc), the second freezing air duct 152 is opened and the refrigerator air duct 153 is closed via the first damper 171. If the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is greater than the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc (i.e., Tcs > Tc), both the second freezing air duct 152 and the refrigerator air duct 153 are opened via the first damper 171. After the shared evaporator's independent refrigeration circuit has run for a second period, the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is checked again to see if it is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature Tf. If the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature Tf (i.e., Tfs ≤ Tf), the quick-freeze mode is exited. If the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is greater than the freezer compartment set temperature Tf (i.e., Tf > Tf), the process returns to controlling the first solenoid valve 26 to open pipe b and close pipe a, and controlling the second solenoid valve 27 to open pipe d and close pipe c (i.e., controlling the freezer evaporator's independent refrigeration circuit to run).

[0138] Reference Figure 15 , Figure 15 This is a flowchart of the steps to be executed if the quick-freezing mode is not activated, provided in one embodiment of this application. These steps are executed by the refrigeration device provided in any embodiment of this application, including but not limited to steps S1510 to S1530.

[0139] Step S1510: Compare the freezer temperature with the freezer set temperature and compare the refrigerator temperature with the refrigerator set temperature to obtain the comparison results;

[0140] Step S1520: Based on the comparison result, control the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve accordingly to select one of the following circuits for refrigeration: a separate refrigeration circuit for the refrigeration evaporator, a separate refrigeration circuit for the common evaporator, a series refrigeration circuit for the refrigeration evaporator and the common evaporator, or a parallel refrigeration circuit for the refrigeration evaporator and the common evaporator.

[0141] Step S1530: Based on the comparison result, control the first and second solenoid valves accordingly to select one of the following circuits for a third time: a separate refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator, a separate refrigeration circuit for the common evaporator, a series refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator, or a parallel refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator. Then, return to the step of comparing the freezer temperature with the freezer set temperature and comparing the refrigerator temperature with the refrigerator set temperature to obtain the comparison result, until the freezer temperature is less than or equal to the freezer set temperature and the refrigerator temperature is less than or equal to the refrigerator set temperature.

[0142] In this embodiment, if the quick-freeze mode is detected as not being activated, the normal cooling mode is executed. Specifically, the freezer temperature Tfs is compared with the freezer set temperature Tf, and the refrigerator temperature Tcs is compared with the refrigerator set temperature Tc, yielding various comparison results. The comparison results may include freezer temperature Tfs being less than or equal to the freezer set temperature Tf, and refrigerator temperature Tcs being less than or equal to the refrigerator set temperature Tc (i.e., Tfs ≤ Tf, and Tcs ≤ Tc). In this case, it indicates that neither freezer 12 nor refrigerator 11 requires cooling, meaning the cooling system is not needed to cool either freezer 12 or refrigerator 11. The comparison results may also include freezer temperature Tfs being greater than the freezer set temperature Tf, but refrigerator temperature Tcs being less than or equal to the refrigerator set temperature Tc (i.e., Tfs > Tf, but Tcs ≤ Tc). In this case, it indicates that freezer 12 requires cooling, but refrigerator 11 does not, meaning the cooling system is needed to cool freezer 12. The comparison results may also include situations where the freezer temperature Tfs is less than or equal to the freezer set temperature Tf, but the refrigerator temperature Tcs is greater than the refrigerator set temperature Tc (i.e., Tfs ≤ Tf, but Tcs > Tc). In this case, it indicates that freezer 12 has no cooling requirement, but both freezer and refrigerator 11 do, meaning the refrigeration system needs to cool refrigerator 11. Alternatively, the comparison results may include situations where freezer temperature Tfs is greater than the freezer set temperature Tf, and refrigerator temperature Tcs is greater than the refrigerator set temperature Tc (i.e., Tfs > Tf, and Tcs > Tc). In this case, it indicates that both freezer 12 and refrigerator 11 have cooling requirements, meaning the refrigeration system needs to cool both freezer 12 and refrigerator 11. Based on these different cooling requirements, the first solenoid valve 26 and the second solenoid valve 27 can be controlled to select one of the following circuits for cooling: a separate refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator, a separate refrigeration circuit for the common evaporator, a series refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator, or a parallel refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator. After selecting one of the loops for a third duration, return to the steps of comparing the freezer temperature with the freezer set temperature and comparing the refrigerator temperature with the refrigerator set temperature to obtain the comparison results, until the freezer temperature Tfs is less than or equal to the freezer set temperature Tf and the refrigerator temperature Tcs is less than or equal to the refrigerator set temperature Tc (i.e., Tfs≤Tf and Tcs≤Tc).

[0143] In some embodiments, refer to Figure 16 , Figure 16 This is the fourth flowchart of a cooling control method provided in an embodiment of this application. (Refer to...) Figure 16When the comparison result shows that the freezer temperature Tfs is greater than the freezer set temperature Tf, but the refrigerator temperature Tcs is less than or equal to the refrigerator set temperature Tc (i.e., Tfs > Tf, but Tcs ≤ Tc), it indicates that the freezer 12 has a cooling demand, but the refrigerator 11 does not. Therefore, the refrigeration system needs to cool the freezer 12. In this case, the first solenoid valve 26 and the second solenoid valve 27 can be controlled to select a separate refrigeration circuit for the freezer evaporator. Specifically, the first solenoid valve 26 can be controlled to open pipe b and close pipe a, and the second solenoid valve 27 can be controlled to open pipe d and close pipe c, thus controlling the separate refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator. After the freezer evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit has been running for a period of time, the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is checked to see if it is greater than the set freezer compartment temperature Tf. If the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is greater than the set freezer compartment temperature Tf (i.e., Tfs>Tf), the system returns to the previous step of controlling the first solenoid valve 26 to open pipe b and close pipe a, and controlling the second solenoid valve 27 to open pipe d and close pipe c, thus controlling the operation of the freezer evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit. If the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is less than or equal to the set freezer compartment temperature Tf (i.e., Tfs≤Tf), the refrigeration process is stopped.

[0144] It should be noted that since the second refrigeration air duct 152 can be opened and the refrigeration air duct 153 closed by controlling the first damper 171, the shared evaporator can be selected to operate on a separate refrigeration circuit to cool the freezer compartment 12 independently. Therefore, when the comparison result shows that the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is greater than the freezer compartment set temperature Tf, but the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is less than or equal to the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc (i.e., Tfs>Tf, but Tcs≤Tc), the shared evaporator can also be selected for cooling by controlling the first solenoid valve 26 and the second solenoid valve 27. Specifically, the first solenoid valve 26 can be controlled to close pipe b and open pipe a, and the second solenoid valve 27 can be controlled to close pipes d and c to control the shared evaporator's separate refrigeration circuit operation. In this case, it is important to note that the second refrigeration air duct 152 must be opened and the refrigeration air duct 153 closed by controlling the first damper 171.

[0145] It should be noted that the cooling efficiency of selecting the evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit to cool the freezer compartment 12 is greater than that of selecting the shared evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit to cool the freezer compartment 12. Therefore, when the comparison result shows that the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is greater than the freezer compartment set temperature Tf, but the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is less than or equal to the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc (i.e., Tfs>Tf, but Tcs≤Tc), the evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit can be preferentially selected to cool the freezer compartment 12, thereby reducing energy consumption and achieving the goal of high-efficiency and energy-saving refrigeration.

[0146] In some embodiments, refer to Figure 17 , Figure 17 This is the fifth flowchart of a cooling control method provided in an embodiment of this application. (Refer to...) Figure 17 When the comparison result shows that the freezer temperature Tfs is less than or equal to the freezer set temperature Tf, but the refrigerator temperature Tcs is greater than the refrigerator set temperature Tc (i.e., Tfs ≤ Tf, but Tcs > Tc), it indicates that the freezer 12 has no cooling requirement, but the refrigerator 11 does, meaning the refrigeration system needs to cool the refrigerator 11. In this case, the first solenoid valve 26 and the second solenoid valve 27 can be controlled to select a separate refrigeration circuit for the shared evaporator. Specifically, the first solenoid valve 26 can be controlled to close pipe b and open pipe a, and the second solenoid valve 27 can be controlled to close pipes d and c, thus controlling the separate refrigeration circuit of the shared evaporator to operate. At this time, the second refrigeration air duct 152 needs to be closed and the refrigerator air duct 153 opened via the first damper 171, so that the separate refrigeration circuit of the shared evaporator can cool the refrigerator 11. After the shared evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit has been running for a period of time, the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is checked to see if it is greater than the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc. If the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is greater than the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc (i.e., Tcs>Tc), the system returns to the previous step of controlling the first solenoid valve 26 to close pipe b and open pipe a, and controlling the second solenoid valve 27 to close pipes d and c, thus controlling the operation of the shared evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit. If the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is less than or equal to the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc (i.e., Tcs≤Tc), the refrigeration process is stopped.

[0147] In some embodiments, refer to Figure 18 , Figure 18 This is the sixth flowchart of a cooling control method provided in an embodiment of this application. (Refer to...) Figure 18When the comparison result shows that the freezer temperature Tfs is greater than the freezer set temperature Tf, and the refrigerator temperature Tcs is greater than the refrigerator set temperature Tc (i.e., Tfs>Tf, but Tcs>Tc), it indicates that both freezer 12 and refrigerator 11 have cooling requirements, meaning the refrigeration system needs to cool both. In this case, the first solenoid valve 26 and the second solenoid valve 27 can be controlled to select the refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator for cooling. Specifically, the first solenoid valve 26 can be controlled to open pipe b and close pipe a, and the second solenoid valve 27 can be controlled to close pipe d and open pipe c, thus selecting the refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator for operation. At this time, the second freezer air duct 152 needs to be closed and the refrigerator air duct 153 opened via the first damper 171. Therefore, by operating the refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator, the freezer evaporator 24 operates to cool the freezer 12, and the common evaporator 25 operates to cool the refrigerator 11. It should be noted that the series refrigeration circuit of the refrigeration evaporator and the common evaporator utilizes the remaining cooling capacity of the refrigerant after it has passed through the refrigeration evaporator 24 to cool the refrigerator compartment 11. Therefore, there may be situations where the remaining cooling capacity of the refrigerant is insufficient to reach the set temperature of the refrigerator compartment. Based on this, it is necessary to further check whether the refrigeration duct temperature Tct is greater than the set temperature Tc of the refrigerator compartment to determine whether the remaining cooling capacity of the refrigerant can meet the cooling requirements of the refrigerator compartment. Specifically, if the refrigeration duct temperature Tct is greater than the set temperature Tc of the refrigerator compartment (i.e., Tct>Tc), it indicates that the remaining cooling capacity of the refrigerant is insufficient to reach the set temperature of the refrigerator compartment. In this case, it is necessary to control the first solenoid valve 26 and the second solenoid valve 27 to select the parallel refrigeration circuit of the refrigeration evaporator and the common evaporator for cooling. That is, control the first solenoid valve 26 to open pipes b and a, and control the second solenoid valve 27 to open pipe d and close pipe c to select the parallel refrigeration circuit of the refrigeration evaporator and the common evaporator for operation. At this point, the first damper 171 controls the opening of the refrigeration air duct 153 and the closing of the second freezing air duct 152. Simultaneously, the first solenoid valve 26 controls the distribution of the first flow rate of refrigerant flowing into the refrigeration evaporator 24 and the second flow rate of refrigerant flowing into the common evaporator 25. The ratio of the first flow rate to the second flow rate is the ratio of the first difference between the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs and the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc, to the second difference between the freezer compartment temperature Tfs and the freezer compartment set temperature Tf. Therefore, initially, a series refrigeration circuit using the refrigeration evaporator and the common evaporator is used to cool the refrigerator compartment 11 and the freezer compartment 12. If the remaining cooling capacity after the refrigerant flows through the refrigeration evaporator 24 is insufficient to bring the refrigerator compartment temperature to the set temperature, the system switches to a parallel refrigeration circuit using the refrigeration evaporator and the common evaporator to cool the refrigerator compartment 11 and the freezer compartment 12, thereby maximizing energy-efficient refrigeration.When using a parallel refrigeration circuit of a refrigeration evaporator and a common evaporator to refrigerate the refrigerator compartment 11 and the freezer compartment 12, the first flow rate of refrigerant flowing into the refrigeration evaporator 24 and the second flow rate of refrigerant flowing into the common evaporator 25 are distributed by controlling the first solenoid valve 26, so as to ensure that the refrigeration needs of the refrigerator compartment 11 and the freezer compartment are met simultaneously.

[0148] It should be noted that, in the embodiments of this application, when using a parallel refrigeration circuit of a freezer evaporator and a common evaporator to refrigerate the refrigerator compartment 11 and the freezer compartment 12, if the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is detected to be equal to the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc, but the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is greater than the freezer compartment set temperature Tf (i.e., Tcs = Tc, but Tfs > Tf), then the first solenoid valve 26 is controlled to open pipe b and close pipe a, and the second solenoid valve 27 is controlled to open pipe d and close pipe c, so as to switch the parallel refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator to a separate refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator, so that after the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is equal to the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc, the freezer compartment 12 is refrigerated by the separate refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator. When using a parallel refrigeration circuit of a freezer evaporator and a common evaporator to cool the refrigerator compartment 11 and the freezer compartment 12, if the detected refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is greater than the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc, but the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is equal to the freezer compartment set temperature Tf (i.e., Tcs>Tc, but Tfs=Tf), then the first solenoid valve 26 is controlled to close pipe b and open pipe a, and the second solenoid valve 27 is controlled to close pipes d and c, thus switching the parallel refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator to a separate refrigeration circuit of the common evaporator. This allows the refrigerator compartment 11 to be cooled by the separate refrigeration circuit of the common evaporator after the freezer compartment temperature Tfs equals the freezer compartment set temperature Tf. At this time, the first damper 171 is used to control the opening of the refrigerator air duct 153 and the closing of the second freezer air duct 152. This achieves the goal of high-efficiency and energy-saving refrigeration.

[0149] Reference Figure 19 , Figure 19 This is the seventh flowchart of a cooling control method provided in an embodiment of this application. (Refer to...) Figure 19If the quick-freeze mode is detected as not being activated, the system enters normal cooling mode. Specifically, it determines whether the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is less than or equal to the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc, and whether the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature Tf. If the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is less than or equal to the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc, and the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature Tf (i.e., Tcs≤Tc, and Tfs≤Tf), the system exits cooling mode. If the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is less than or equal to the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc, but the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is greater than the freezer compartment set temperature Tf (i.e., Tcs≤Tc, but Tfs>Tf), the system controls the first solenoid valve 26 to open pipe b and close pipe a, and controls the second solenoid valve 27 to open pipe d and close pipe c (i.e., selects to operate the freezer evaporator's separate cooling circuit for cooling the freezer compartment 12). After the evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit has been running for a period of time (t1), it returns to the step of determining whether the refrigerator compartment temperature (Tcs) is less than or equal to the refrigerator compartment set temperature (Tc), and whether the freezer compartment temperature (Tfs) is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature (Tf). If the refrigerator compartment temperature (Tcs) is greater than the refrigerator compartment set temperature (Tc), but the freezer compartment temperature (Tfs) is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature (Tf) (i.e., Tcs > Tc, but Tfs ≤ Tf), then the first solenoid valve 26 is controlled to open pipe a and close pipe b, and the second solenoid valve 27 is controlled to close pipes d and c (i.e., the shared evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit is selected to refrigerate the refrigerator compartment 11). The first damper 171 is used to control the opening of the refrigerator air duct 153 and the closing of the second freezer air duct 152. After the shared evaporator's individual refrigeration circuit has been running for a period of time (t2), it returns to the step of determining whether the refrigerator compartment temperature (Tcs) is less than or equal to the refrigerator compartment set temperature (Tc), and whether the freezer compartment temperature (Tfs) is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature (Tf). If the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is greater than the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc, and the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is greater than the freezer compartment set temperature Tf (i.e., Tcs>Tc and Tfs>Tf), then the first solenoid valve 26 is controlled to open pipe b and close pipe a, and the second solenoid valve 27 is controlled to open pipe c and close pipe d (i.e., the refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator is selected to refrigerate the refrigerator compartment 11 and the freezer compartment 12), and the first damper 171 is used to control the refrigerator air duct 153 to open and the second freezer air duct 152 to close. Next, check whether the refrigeration duct temperature Tct is greater than the set temperature Tc of the refrigerator compartment. If the refrigeration duct temperature Tct is greater than the set temperature Tc of the refrigerator compartment (i.e., Tct>Tc), then control the first solenoid valve 26 to open pipes a and b, and control the second solenoid valve 27 to open pipe d and close pipe c (i.e., select the parallel refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator to refrigerate the refrigerator compartment 11 and the freezer compartment 12). Then, control the refrigeration duct 153 to open and the second freezer duct 152 to close through the first damper 171. Also, control the first solenoid valve 26 to distribute the first flow rate of refrigerant flowing into the freezer evaporator 24 and the second flow rate of refrigerant flowing into the common evaporator 25.After the parallel refrigeration circuit of the freezer evaporator and the common evaporator has been running for a period of time t3, the process returns to the step of determining whether the refrigerator compartment temperature Tcs is less than or equal to the refrigerator compartment set temperature Tc and whether the freezer compartment temperature Tfs is less than or equal to the freezer compartment set temperature Tf.

[0150] In this embodiment, based on the comparison results of the freezer temperature and the freezer set temperature, and the refrigerator temperature and the refrigerator set temperature, a suitable refrigeration circuit is selected for refrigeration, which can maximize the efficient and energy-saving refrigeration effect.
