Elevator and method for supplying power to an elevator

Abstract

This invention discloses an elevator and an elevator power supply method. The system includes: a first conductor, which is fixedly installed in an electrical shaft and electrically connected to an external power source, with the laying path of the first conductor consistent with the elevator's running path; a movable connector, with its first end electrically connected to the conductive surface of the first conductor and its second end electrically connected to the elevator's power-consuming equipment; by using a fixed conductive unit, the elevator can continuously obtain a stable power supply during operation through the first conductor fixedly installed in the electrical shaft and the movable connector consistent with the elevator's running path, and the mechanical fatigue caused by the traveling cable moving with the elevator is avoided; a wireless communication unit connects wirelessly to the elevator's operation control terminal, avoiding the constraints of traditional communication lines, thereby improving the flexibility of the elevator system under complex operating conditions.
