DBC post-processing automatic feeding and discharging equipment

Abstract

This invention discloses an automatic loading and unloading device for DBC post-processing, relating to the field of automation technology. The device includes a first cabinet with a lifting seat installed at the bottom, connected to a tilting table. A mounting bracket is movably connected to the tilting table. A transfer frame is fixedly installed at the top of the first cabinet. A loading belt is installed at the bottom of the loading frame and connected to the post-processing component. A second cabinet is located at the other end of the post-processing component, with a unloading belt installed on it. The post-processing component is connected to the unloading belt. The second cabinet contains the lifting seat, tilting table, mounting bracket, and transfer frame. The first and second cabinets are mirror images of each other. Through the cooperation of the lifting seat and tilting table on both cabinets, the substrate can be transferred to the conveyor belt. Then, the transfer frame transfers the substrate into the post-processing equipment. After post-processing, the substrate is moved back into the unloading belt via the transfer frame and reinserted into the mounting bracket, thus achieving automatic loading and unloading of the substrate.
