[0100] First, please refer to Figures 1 to 4 , the present application proposes a door and window frame, which comprises a first frame 10 and a second frame 20, and a door and window lock catch is arranged between the first frame 10 and the second frame 20.
[0101] The second frame 20 of the door and window frame can be moved relative to the first frame 10, and the second frame 20 is selectively arranged side by side with the first frame 10, but not limited thereto. A first mounting slot 11 is formed in the first frame 10 and forms a mounting opening 12 in the first frame 10; similarly, a second mounting slot 21 is formed in the second frame 20, and the second mounting slot 21 forms a first opening 22 and a second opening 23 on the second frame 20. In the embodiment, the first opening 22 and the second opening 23 are respectively located on two adjacent sides of the second frame 20, and when the second frame 20 is arranged side by side with the first frame 10, the mounting opening 12 of the first mounting slot 11 is aligned and faces the second opening 23 of the second mounting slot 21. The door and window lock catch is arranged in the first mounting slot 11 and the second mounting slot 21.
[0102] Please refer to Figures 4 to 7 , and Figure 12 , Figure 13 and Figure 17 , the door and window lock catch in the embodiment includes a part arranged in the first mounting slot 11 and a part arranged in the second mounting slot 21. The part arranged in the first mounting slot 11 includes a fixed seat assembly 31, a fixed hook 32, and a stopper 33; and the part arranged in the second mounting slot 21 includes a handle assembly 40, a transmission assembly 50, an outer push piece 70, a movable hook 80, and a clamping assembly 90. The following will be described respectively.
[0103] Please refer to Figure 2 , Figure 4 , and Figure 8 , the fixed seat assembly 31 is fixedly arranged in the first mounting slot 11 and has a connecting seat 311, a connecting plate 312, a first fixing piece 313, and a second fixing piece 314.
[0104] Please refer to Figure 9 and Figure 10 , the connecting seat 311 is fixedly arranged in the first mounting slot 11 and a first connecting hole 3111 is recessed on the surface of the connecting seat 311. In the embodiment, the connecting seat 311 is fixedly arranged at the positions beside the mounting opening 12, and the connecting seat 311 is recessed between the two ends thereof away from the mounting opening 12 to form a groove, and the first connecting hole 3111 is formed on the bottom surface of the groove, and the connecting plate 312 is connected to the connecting seat 311 and located in the groove.
[0105] In this embodiment, the connecting plate 312 has a first long hole 3121, a second connecting hole 3122, and a slide rail 3123. The first long hole 3121 is formed through the connecting plate 312 and extends along a first direction D1, and the position of the first long hole 3121 corresponds to the first connecting hole 3111. The second connecting hole 3122 is recessed on the surface of the connecting plate 312 and has an opening facing the mounting opening 12. The slide rail 3123 is formed on the side of the connecting plate 312 facing the mounting opening 12 and extends along a second direction D2. The first direction D1 and the second direction D2 are not parallel to each other, and in this embodiment, the first direction D1 is a vertical direction and the second direction D2 is a horizontal direction, but the present application is not limited thereto. In this embodiment, the connecting plate 312 has two slide rails 3123, each of which has an L-shaped cross section and faces away from each other, and the two slide rails 3123 are spaced apart from each other, but the present application is not limited thereto. In addition, in this embodiment, the second connecting hole 3122 is located between the two slide rails 3123, but the present application is not limited thereto.
[0106] The first fixing member 313 is inserted into the first long hole 3121 and is combined with the first connecting hole 3111, so that the connecting plate 312 is fixed to the connecting seat 311. Since the first long hole 3121 extends along the first direction D1, the user can adjust the position of the connecting plate 312 relative to the connecting seat 311 along the first direction D1 to match the position of other components. After the user determines the position of the connecting plate 312 relative to the connecting seat 311, the connecting plate 312 is locked by the first fixing member 313.
[0107] Please refer to Figure 2 、 Figures 8 to 10 The fixing hook 32 is connected to the fixing seat assembly 31, and a hook portion 321 of the fixing hook 32 is bent toward the direction of the mounting opening 12 of the first mounting slot 11.
[0108] In this embodiment, the fixing hook 32 has a second long hole 322 and a slide buckle portion 323. The second long hole 322 is formed through the fixing hook 32 and extends along the second direction D2, and the position of the second long hole 322 corresponds to the second connecting hole 3122. In this way, the second fixing member 314 is inserted through the second long hole 322 of the fixing hook 32 and is combined with the second connecting hole 3122, so that the second fixing member 314 fixes the fixing hook 32 to the connecting plate 312. Similarly, the user can adjust the position of the fixing hook 32 relative to the connecting plate 312 along the second direction D2 so that the fixing hook 32 can match the position of other components. After the user determines the position of the fixing hook 32 relative to the connecting plate 312, the fixing hook 32 is locked by the second fixing member 314, but the present application is not limited thereto.
[0109] The sliding buckle portion 323 of the fixing hook 32 is formed on the side of the fixing hook 32 facing the connecting plate 312 and extends along the second direction D2. The cross section of the sliding buckle portion 323 is similar to L shape, and the shape corresponds to the slide rail 3123 of the connecting plate 312, so that the slide rail 3123 is slidingly combined with the sliding buckle portion 323. In the embodiment, the two ends of the fixing hook 32 each have a sliding buckle portion 323, and the positions of the two sliding buckle portions 323 correspond to the two slide rails 3123 respectively, so that the fixing hook 32 can slide relative to the connecting plate 312 along the second direction D2, which helps the user to adjust and lock the position of the fixing hook 32 relative to the connecting plate 312 along the second direction D2, so as to avoid the relative position from being moved by mistake during adjustment, which causes the position to be re-corrected. However, the form of the fixing hook 32 is not limited thereto.
[0110] Next, please refer to Figure 2 , Figure 9 and Figure 10 The blocking device 33 is movably arranged on the fixing hook 32 and located in the first mounting groove 11, and the blocking device 33 can extend out of the first mounting groove 11 through the mounting opening 12. In the embodiment, the blocking device 33 is a curved rod member and the two ends thereof are rotatably arranged on the fixing hook 32, so that the blocking device 33 can pivot relative to the fixing hook 32. However, the form of the blocking device 33 is not limited thereto. When the blocking device 33 extends out of the first mounting groove 11, the second frame 20 will be blocked by the blocking device 33 and cannot move to be parallel with the first frame 10, so as to maintain the state of the door and window being opened. However, the blocking device 33 can also be omitted.
[0111] Please refer to Figures 11 to 15 and Figure 17 The handle assembly 40 is arranged at the position of the first opening 22 of the second mounting groove 21. Specifically, the handle assembly 40 of the embodiment has a base 41 and a handle 42. The base 41 is fixedly arranged at the first opening 22 of the second mounting groove 21, wherein the base 41 has an outer surface 411, and a handle groove 412 is recessed on the outer surface 411, and the handle 42 is arranged in the handle groove 412. In the embodiment, the outer surface 411 of the base 41, the handle 42, and the surrounding part of the second frame 20 at the first opening 22 are flush with each other. However, the form is not limited thereto. In addition, in the embodiment, the shape of the handle groove 412 corresponds to the shape of the handle 42, so that when the handle 42 is located in the handle groove 412, the handle 42 can be engaged with the outer edge of the handle groove 412 on the outer surface 411, so as to achieve the effect of being hidden. Further, part of the groove bottom of the handle groove 412 penetrates the base 41, so as to facilitate the connection between the handle 42 and the transmission assembly 50. However, the form is not limited thereto.
[0112] The handle 42 is movably disposed in the handle slot 412 and protrudes out of the outer surface 411, and the handle 42 is pivotable relative to the base 41. Specifically, the handle 42 is movable relative to the base 41 to move out of or into the handle slot 412, and the handle 42 is pivotable relative to the base 41 after moving out of the handle slot 412.
[0113] In this embodiment, the handle 42 comprises a shaft cylinder 421, a pivot rod 422, a handle 423, and a roller 424. The shaft cylinder 421 is disposed through the slot bottom of the handle slot 412 of the base 41, and the shaft cylinder 421 is movable and rotatable relative to the base 41. The shaft cylinder 421 has opposite ends, one of which is toward the first opening 22 of the second mounting slot 21, and the other of which is away from the first opening 22, and the transmission assembly 50 is connected to the end of the shaft cylinder 421 away from the first opening 22. The shaft cylinder 421 further has a disposed portion 4211 at the end of the shaft cylinder 421 toward the first opening 22, and the disposed portion 4211 is located in the handle slot 412. When the shaft cylinder 421 moves out of the handle slot 412, the disposed portion 4211 moves out of the handle slot 412 relative to the base 41. In this embodiment, the disposed portion 4211 forms a groove, and the handle 423 and the pivot rod 422 are disposed in the groove of the disposed portion 4211 and connected to the groove walls.
[0114] Specifically, the pivot rod 422 is disposed through the disposed portion 4211 of the shaft cylinder 421 and connected to the handle 423, so that the handle 423 is pivotable relative to the pivot rod 422. In this embodiment, the pivot rod 422 comprises two coaxially disposed short rod members, and the two short rod members are respectively fixed to the opposite groove walls of the groove of the disposed portion 4211, but the form of the pivot rod 422 can be adjusted as required, for example, it can also be a long rod member.
[0115] The handle 423 is arranged on the arrangement portion 4211 of the shaft cylinder 421. In the present embodiment, when the handle 423 and the shaft cylinder 421 are located in the handle slot 412, the shaft cylinder 421 is located at the central position in the length direction of the handle 423, thereby being able to set the pivoting angle of the handle 42. Specifically, the handle 423 in the present embodiment can be divided into two half segments which are linearly symmetrical with each other with the central position in the length direction as the boundary. Therefore, the handle 42 can be put back into the handle slot 412 after pivoting half a circle, but it is not limited thereto. The handle 423 has two side surfaces which respectively face the two side walls of the recess of the arrangement portion 4211 of the shaft cylinder 421. The two side surfaces are respectively recessed to form a sliding groove 4231 which extends along the length direction of the handle 423. The pivoting rod 422 is located in the sliding groove 4231 to limit the handle 423. Therefore, the handle 423 can slide relative to the pivoting rod 422 and the shaft cylinder 421 to adjust the length of the force arm when the user rotates the handle 42. In addition, the handle 423 can pivot relative to the shaft cylinder 421 with the pivoting rod 422 as the fulcrum. However, the connection mode of the handle 423 and the pivoting rod 422 is not limited thereto, and can be adjusted according to actual needs. For example, in other embodiments, the handle 423 can form an elongated slot which penetrates the two side surfaces, and the pivoting rod 422 penetrates the slot, thereby achieving the same effect.
[0116] In addition, please refer to Figures 12 to 14 and Figure 17 The handle 42 in the present embodiment has two rollers 424 which are respectively rotatably arranged on the opposite ends of the handle 423, thereby contacting and acting on the clamping assembly 90, but it is not limited thereto. The handle 42 can also not have the rollers 424.
[0117] Next, please refer to Figure 12 , Figure 13 , Figures 15 to 17The transmission assembly 50 is fixedly arranged in the second mounting groove 21 and connected to the handle 42. Specifically, a base 60 is arranged in the second mounting groove 21, and the transmission assembly 50 of the present embodiment comprises a plurality of gears which are engaged with each other to form a gear set. The gear set is arranged on the base 60 and extends in the direction from the shaft cylinder 421 of the handle 42 to the second opening 23. One of the gears is connected to the shaft cylinder 421 of the handle 42, and another gear is connected to the movable hook 80. In this way, when the handle 42 is rotated, the shaft cylinder 421 and the transmission assembly 50 can transmit the rotating force of the handle 42 to the movable hook 80 to drive the movable hook 80. By connecting the movable hook 80 through the transmission assembly 50, the possibility of the movable hook 80 being unlocked naturally due to the vibration or shaking of the door and window can be reduced. Specifically, the arrangement of the plurality of gears in the transmission assembly 50 can generate a braking effect on the movable hook 80 to prevent it from being loosened. In addition, the connection mode and the number of gears can be adjusted according to the distance between the handle 42 and the movable hook 80. Therefore, the present application can be applied to door and window types such as air-tight windows. Even if the edges of the window panel are covered by a large area and closely, the present application can still operate smoothly, so that the handle 42 can drive the movable hook 80 to move. The form of the transmission assembly 50 is not limited to this, and it can also be adjusted according to actual needs, for example, it can also be an electronic induction driving element.
[0118] Please refer to Figure 12 , Figure 13 , and Figure 17 , the outer pushing member 70 is arranged between the handle 42 and the transmission assembly 50, and the outer pushing member 70 tends to push the handle 42 out of the handle groove 412 of the base 41. Specifically, the outer pushing member 70 of the present embodiment is a compression spring which is arranged between the shaft cylinder 421 and the transmission assembly 50. In this way, the outer pushing member 70 can use the transmission assembly 50 fixedly arranged in the second mounting groove 21 as a base point to push the shaft cylinder 421, so that the shaft cylinder 421 and the handle 423 are pushed away from the transmission assembly 50, out of the handle groove 412, and protrude out of the outer surface 411 of the base 41, so that the user can operate the rotation.
[0119] Please refer to Figure 3 , Figure 11 , Figure 12 , Figure 15 , and Figure 17 , the movable hook 80 is arranged in the second opening 23 of the second mounting groove 21, and the movable hook 80 can be engaged with the fixed hook 32. When the movable hook 80 and the fixed hook 32 are engaged with each other, the relative position between the first frame 10 and the second frame 20 is locked and cannot move relative to each other. The movable hook 80 of the present embodiment has a gear portion 81, and the movable hook 80 is connected to the gears of the transmission assembly 50 through the gear portion 81. In this way, the handle assembly 40 can drive the movable hook 80 to rotate through the transmission assembly 50, and the movable hook 80 can be extended or retracted relative to the second opening 23 of the second mounting groove 21.
[0120] Referring to Figures 13 to 17 The engaging assembly 90 is disposed in the second mounting slot 21 and engages with the handlebar 42, and when the engaging assembly 90 engages with the handlebar 42, the handlebar 42 can be prevented from being pushed out of the handlebar slot 412 by the outward pushing member 70. The engaging assembly 90 in the embodiment has an engaging member 91 and a restoring member 92.
[0121] The engaging member 91 is movably disposed in the second mounting slot 21, and a clamping portion 911 of the engaging member 91 clamps the handlebar 42, so that the engaging member 91 can prevent the handlebar 42 from being pushed by the outward pushing member 70, and when the clamping portion 911 of the engaging member 91 is separated from the handlebar 42, the outward pushing member 70 pushes the handlebar 42 out of the handlebar slot 412 of the base 41. In the embodiment, the engaging member 91 clamps the shaft cylinder 421 of the handlebar 42, specifically, the outer ring wall surface of the shaft cylinder 421 of the handlebar 42 has a protruding portion 4212, and the clamping portion 911 abuts against the protruding portion 4212 on the side facing the base 41, thereby blocking the shaft cylinder 421 from moving towards the base 41, but the form is not limited thereto.
[0122] In addition, the engaging member 91 in the embodiment has a curved plate portion 912 extending into the handlebar slot 412 and located at one end of the handle 423, and the curved plate portion 912 is curved away from the handle 423 to form an inclined curved surface; wherein the roller 424 disposed at one end of the handle 423 rolls in contact with the curved plate portion 912, so that when the end of the handle 423 is pushed inward, the roller 424 can roll along the inclined curved surface of the curved plate portion 912 and push the engaging member 91 away from the shaft cylinder 421 of the handlebar 42, that is, the clamping portion 911 no longer abuts against the protruding portion 4212 on the outer ring wall surface of the shaft cylinder 421, at this time the outward pushing member 70 can push the shaft cylinder 421 and the handle 423 outwards.
[0123] The restoring member 92 is connected to the engaging member 91 at one end and fixed in the second mounting slot 21 at the other end, wherein the restoring member 92 tends to push the engaging member 91 to move towards the handlebar 42. Specifically, the base 41 in the embodiment extends an extension portion 413 into the second mounting slot 21, and the restoring member 92 is a compression spring. One end of the restoring member 92 is connected to the extension portion 413 of the base 41 to form a fixed end, and the other end abuts against the engaging member 91 and applies force to the engaging member 91, so that the engaging member 91 can tightly abut against the outer ring wall surface of the shaft cylinder 421. When the user pushes the handlebar 42 into the handlebar slot 412, the restoring member 92 can automatically make the engaging member 91 clamp the handlebar 42, so that the handlebar 42 stays in the handlebar slot 412. However, the form of the engaging assembly 90 is not limited thereto, and can be adjusted according to actual needs. The engaging assembly 90 can not have the restoring member 92, or other embodiments can not have the engaging assembly 90, and a purely manual way of pulling out or pushing in the handlebar 42 is also feasible.
[0124] Next, please refer to Figure 18 and Figure 19 , the process of installing the fixing hook 32 and the fixing seat assembly 31 of the present application into the first installation slot 11; in the present embodiment, the length of the inner space of the first installation slot 11 in the first direction D1 is greater than the length of the installation opening 12 in the first direction D1, so as to facilitate the fixing of the fixing seat assembly 31. During installation, the user can first temporarily fix the fixing hook 32 and the fixing seat assembly 31, and then place the fixing seat assembly 31 into the first installation slot 11 through the installation opening 12 in an oblique manner, and then fix the fixing seat assembly 31 to the first frame 10 by means of screws or other fixing members. However, the installation process is not limited thereto, and the user can first fix the connecting seat 311 of the fixing seat assembly 31, and then additionally install the connecting plate 312 and the fixing hook 32, only in the process of Figure 18 and Figure 19 , the process of installing the connecting plate 312 and the fixing hook 32 is less restricted by the size of the installation opening 12, and is easier for the user to install. After installation, if the movable hook 80 cannot be smoothly engaged with the fixing hook 32 due to misalignment of the positions, the user can loosen the first fixing member 313 and / or the second fixing member 314, so that the connecting plate 312 and / or the fixing hook 32 can be adjusted in position along the first direction D1 and / or the second direction D2, so as to better match the position of the movable hook 80 when engaged.
[0125] Next, please refer to Figures 20 to 25 , and refer to Figure 4 and Figure 7 , the process of using the present application to extend the movable hook 80 from the second opening 23 to hook and engage with the fixing hook 32.
[0126] First, the user presses one end of the handle 423 of the handlebar 42 in the direction of the inside of the second installation slot 21, which in the present embodiment is the lower end position of the handle 423, so that the roller 424 pushes the curved plate portion 912 of the engaging member 91, and further moves the engaging member 91 downward to compress the reset member 92, thereby separating the engaging portion 911 of the engaging member 91 from the shaft cylinder 421 of the handlebar 42. Since the engaging portion 911 is no longer in abutment with the protruding portion 4212 of the outer ring wall surface of the shaft cylinder 421, the outer pushing member 70 pushes the shaft cylinder 421 and the handle 423 out of the handlebar slot 412.
[0127] Next, the user can pull the handle 423 relative to the shaft cylinder 421 along the length direction of the handle 423, and since the handle 423 has the sliding groove 4231 and the pivot rod 422 is located in the sliding groove 4231, the handle 423 is limited by the pivot rod 422 and cannot be pulled away from the shaft cylinder 421; after the user pulls to the desired length, the handle 423 can be pulled to drive the shaft cylinder 421 to rotate relative to the base 41. When the shaft cylinder 421 rotates, the gears in the transmission assembly 50 rotate, in turn driving the movable hook 80 to pivot, extend from the second opening 23 in the second mounting groove 21, and further extend through the mounting opening 12 of the first mounting groove 11 when the first frame 10 and the second frame 20 are arranged side by side as shown in Figure 1 , and engage the fixed hook 32 as shown in Figure 7 .
[0128] After rotation, the user can move the handle 423 to return the central position of the handle 423 to the shaft cylinder 421, which can also be aligned by the limiting mode of the sliding groove 4231; then the user pushes the entire handle 42 into the handle groove, and at the same time compresses the outer pushing piece 70 until the reset piece 92 pushes the clamping piece 91 to abut against the protrusion 4212 on the outer wall surface of the shaft cylinder 421 towards the side of the base 41, thereby fixing the handle 42 in the handle groove of the base 41. At this time, the outer surface 411 of the base 41 is flush with the handle 42, and all actions of the locking process of the present application are completed.
[0129] Conversely, if you want to unlock, the user only needs to repeat the above steps, except that the rotation direction of the handle 42 is opposite, and the rest of the steps are the same.
[0130] The present embodiment is set to correspond to the complete extension and retraction of the movable hook 80 by half a rotation of the handle 42, but is not limited thereto, and can also be set to correspond to the complete extension or retraction of the movable hook 80 by one full rotation of the handle 42. In addition, since the present embodiment is set to half a rotation of the handle 42, marks can be marked on the handle 423 and the base 41, and the user can determine whether the movable hook 80 is extended or retracted by aligning the marks, that is, the present application can determine whether it is in a locked or unlocked state at the moment, but is not limited thereto, and the form of the marks can be adjusted as needed, or can not have any marks.
[0131] The invention is hidden in the first frame 10 and the second frame 20 by setting the fixing hook 32 and the fixing seat assembly 31 in the first installation slot 11 and setting the handle 42 in the base 41, so the invention does not affect the appearance of the original design of the door and window, and the designer can not consider the door and window lock when designing the door and window; the invention also does not need to occupy the space outside the door and window, and can reduce the influence on the interior decoration and furniture arrangement; in addition, since the door and window lock of the invention is a hidden design, not attached to the outside of the door and window frame, it will not be lost due to the impact of the door and window, and can increase the security and durability; further, the invention uses the transmission assembly 50 to connect the movable hook 80 to transmit power, so as to reduce the possibility of the movable hook being naturally unlocked due to the vibration or shaking of the door and window, and the distance between the movable hook 80 and the handle 42 can be adjusted, the distance between the movable hook 80 and the handle 42 can be relatively far, even if the first opening 22 and the second opening 23 of the second installation slot 21 are relatively far due to the relatively thick second frame 20, the invention can still work normally.
