DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0009] <Outline of fishing information providing system 100> Hereinafter, the embodiments of the information processing device, the fishing reel, and the program according to the present application will be described with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 A fishing information providing system 100 according to the embodiments is shown. The fishing information providing system 100 provides various information related to fishing to a user. The fishing information providing system 100 is configured to include a fishing rod 102, a fishing reel 104, and an information processing device 106, and the like. The fishing reel 104 can be attached to the fishing rod 102 to be used.

[0010] Although described in detail later, the fishing information providing system 100 of the present embodiment is a system that transmits information related to casting (casting information) when a user is fishing from the fishing reel 104 to the information processing device 106. In the casting information, there are various kinds of information such as strength, rhythm, and jiggle related to casting. As the information processing device 106, for example, a mobile various carrying information terminal such as a smartphone, a tablet, a wearable terminal (including a smartwatch), a notebook personal computer (notebook PC), and the like can be applied. The information processing device 106 stores the received information and stores the actual performance of the fishing results (fishing result actual performance). The information processing device 106 produces and displays information for providing to the user (fishing information) based on the received various kinds of information. The display of the fishing information is performed in a chart image or a diagram image. It can be said that providing the casting information is diagnosing the casting of the user and providing the diagnosis result (casting diagnosis result, casting diagnosis information).

[0011] <ROD 102 AND FISHING REEL 104> As the rod 102 and the fishing reel 104, various products can be applied. In particular, as the fishing reel 104, for example, a drum reel equipped with an auxiliary function (AS function, counter AS function), an electric reel equipped with a motor and an AS function (counter AS function), or a manual reel such as a spinning reel can be applied. As the fishing reel 104, a reel of a type other than the above can also be applied. In the present embodiment, a hand-shaking type double-bearing reel is applied.

[0012] Figure 2 and Figure 3 is a diagram showing one configuration example of the fishing reel 104 used in the present embodiment. Figure 2 is a plan view of the fishing reel 104, Figure 3 is a side view observed from the opposite side of the handle. The reel body 1A of the fishing reel 104 has left and right side plates 4A, 4B, which have left and right covers 3a, 3b mounted on left and right frames, and the left and right frames are integrated by a plurality of struts as known. Further, between the left and right frames, a reel foot 5 for mounting to a reel seat on the rod is integrally formed with the frames.

[0013] Between the left and right side plates of the reel body 1A, a spool shaft is rotatably supported by a bearing, and a spool 7 on which a fishing line is wound is fixed to the spool shaft. By performing a rotation operation on a handle 8 provided on one side plate (in the present embodiment, the right side plate 4B), the spool 7 can be rotationally driven by a known winding drive mechanism provided in the right side plate.

[0014] Further, on the right side plate 4B, a known power release mechanism 12 is provided, which imparts a power release to the spool 7 when the fishing line is paid out from the spool 7 at the time of fishing. The power release mechanism 12 is provided with a plurality of brake members that frictionally engage with the side surface of a drive gear of a winding drive mechanism rotatably mounted on the handle shaft, and a brake force adjusting body (also referred to as a star-shaped power release wheel) 13 that imparts a pressing force to the brake members. The brake force adjusting body 13 is disposed on the side of the reel body in the vicinity of the handle 8 so as to be rotatable with respect to the handle shaft, and by rotating the brake force adjusting body 13, the brake members can be imparted with a pressing force, and the frictional force (power release) of the drive gear with respect to the handle shaft can be adjusted.

[0015] The winding drive mechanism is provided with the drive gear rotatably mounted on the handle shaft, and a pinion gear and the like that engages with the drive gear, and has a function of transmitting the rotation of the handle shaft to the spool 7 through the power release mechanism 12, the drive gear, and the pinion gear. Further, the pinion gear is movable in the axial direction by the operation of a known clutch mechanism provided in the right side plate, and performs switching between a power transmission state (clutch ON) and a power cut state (clutch OFF) by engaging and disengaging with the spool shaft.

[0016] The clutch mechanism is provided with a clutch operation member 15 disposed between the right and left side plates 4A, 4B on the rear side of the spool 7, and when the clutch operation member 15 is subjected to a push-down operation, the spool 7 becomes in a clutch OFF state in which it freely performs forward and reverse rotation. Further, in this state, by performing a winding operation on the handle 8, the clutch ON state can be achieved via a known automatic return mechanism, and by thus winding the handle 8, the fishing line can be wound onto the spool 7.

[0017] Further, between the right and left side plates of the reel body 1A, on the upper side of the spool 7, an information display device (IC counter) 20 having a display portion 20a is provided. The information display device 20 has a function as a thumb rest, and on the display portion 20a, various information such as information on the length of the line paid out from the spool 7 at the time of clutch OFF, and further, fish layer information, time information, and the like detected by the rotation of the spool 7 are displayed. In addition, an operation button 20b is provided on the information display device 20 so that the user can input various setting information (in Figure 2 One operation button is provided, but a plurality of operation buttons can also be provided).

[0018] For the above-described line length information (the length of the fishing line paid out, the speed of the fishing line paid out, etc.), the detection signals from the detection sensor (sometimes referred to as a "sensor") that detects the amount of rotation and the direction of rotation of the spool 7 are used to calculate the information according to a prescribed calculation program. On the side plate 4A on the opposite side of the handle, the detection sensor, a control substrate that processes the detection signals from the detection sensor, a cable that transmits and receives signals from the control substrate to the information display device 20, and a power source (a battery pack) for operating these components, and a control device that controls various information are provided.

[0019] On the fishing reel 104, a function of detecting (sensing) various actions (casting actions) of the user when casting is provided. In the casting actions described herein, so-called rod pulling actions and rod hooking actions, etc. are included. In the casting actions, various actions in various casts are included. In addition, although casting is exemplified herein, as a fishing method, the fishing method other than casting (fishing actions other than casting actions) can also be applied. As the fishing method other than casting, for example, the entire action of displacing the fishing rod 102 or the fishing reel 104 (other than casting actions) is exemplified. Specifically, for example, the entire fishing action of casting, lure fishing, taraba fishing, bonito fishing, flatfish fishing, etc. can be exemplified as the action to be detected. In addition, the entire fishing action accompanying a fishing action (using a lure or the like as a bait) can also be exemplified. In the case of a higher conceptualization, the term "casting" in the present specification can be replaced by terms such as "fishing action", "guiding displacement", or "guiding displacement operation", etc.

[0020] Various casting actions can be detected by using sensors and based on the behavior of the fishing reel 104. In addition, the detection of the casting actions is performed by, for example, arranging various sensors such as an acceleration sensor, an angular velocity sensor, a tension sensor, a rotation detection sensor, etc. on appropriate positions inside or outside the fishing reel 104. For example, by mounting a tension sensor, etc. on the fishing rod 102, it is also possible to detect a part of the casting actions. In addition, the "casting actions" can also be referred to as "casting operations".

[0021] In Figure 2 , the basic moving directions of the fishing reel 104 when the casting actions are exemplified. In Figure 2 , the coordinates of orthogonal 3 axes (XYZ axes) are superimposed on the fishing reel 104. In Figure 2In the example of FIG. 1, the direction of the X-axis coincides with the front-rear direction of the fishing reel 104, and the direction of the top end side of the fishing rod 102 is taken as the positive direction (the direction of the arrow of the X-axis, the front direction). The direction of the Y-axis coincides with the direction of the rotation axis of the spool 7 and the handle 8 (the right handle), and the direction of the side from which the handle 8 protrudes is taken as the positive direction (the direction of the arrow of the Y-axis, the right side when facing the front direction). The Z-axis is orthogonal to the X-axis and the Y-axis, and the upper side of the fishing reel 104 (the side opposite to the side on which the fishing rod 102 is positioned) is taken as the positive direction (the direction of the arrow of the Z-axis).

[0022] With respect to each axis of XYZ, linear movement (parallel movement) and rotational movement in the direction orthogonal thereto are detected. In the present embodiment, movement in the up-down direction orthogonal to the X-axis (arrow A X ) and rotational movement about the X-axis (arrow Ω X ) are detected. Further, movement in the front-rear direction orthogonal to the Y-axis (arrow A Y ) and rotational movement about the Y-axis (arrow Ω Y ) are detected. Furthermore, movement in the left-right direction orthogonal to the Z-axis (arrow A Z ) and rotational movement about the Z-axis (arrow Ω Z ) are detected. Through detection of the rotational movement about the X-axis (arrow Ω X ), the rotational movement about the Y-axis (arrow Ω Y ), and the rotational movement about the Z-axis (arrow Ω Z ), the roll, the pitch, and the yaw of the fishing reel 104 are detected. In this regard, the positive and negative directions of the arrows A X , A Y , A Z , Ω X , Ω Y , and Ω Z may be appropriately determined.

[0023] The detection of movement in each direction (arrow A X , A Y , A Z , Ω X , Ω Y , and Ω Z ) of the fishing reel 104 can be performed using, for example, an acceleration sensor and an angular velocity sensor. As the acceleration sensor and the angular velocity sensor, for example, an acceleration sensor and an angular velocity sensor can be provided in each direction (arrow A X , A Y , A Z , Ω X , Ω Y , and Ω ZThe types of sensors that integrate detection functions into a single IC package (such as sensor section 58 described later) are involved in mobile applications.

[0024] like Figure 4 (a) Schematic illustration shows that the fishing reel 104 includes a sensor unit 58, a communication unit 116, etc. As described above, the sensor unit 58 has the ability to detect various directions (arrow A). X A Y A Z Ω X Ω Y Ω Z The movement functions involved. Besides the directions (arrow A) X A Y A Z Ω X Ω Y Ω Z In addition to the movement detection function involved in the above, sensor unit 58 may also have the function of detecting other actions related to jumping fishing. Furthermore, the fishing reel 104 may also have sensor units other than sensor unit 58 (not shown). Additionally, although in Figure 4 (a) omits display section 20a. Figure 2 The diagram shows the fishing information, but various jump fishing information as described below can also be displayed on the display unit 20a.

[0025] Fishing reel 104 can be connected to the user's information processing device 106 ( Figure 1 (To be described later) Pairing is required for communication. Information related to the detection results of the sensor unit 58 (hereinafter referred to as "reel tilt information") is wirelessly transmitted to the information processing device 106 via the communication unit 116. Communication from the fishing reel 104 to the information processing device 106 can be performed by converting it into a digital signal. In the communication between the fishing reel 104 and the information processing device 106, various common wireless communication standards such as Bluetooth (registered trademark) or Wi-Fi can be used, for example. Alternatively, communication between the fishing reel 104 and the information processing device 106 can also be performed via a wired connection.

[0026] Figure 4 (b) Shows the functional configuration (functional unit) related to the detection of information such as reel tilt in relation to the fishing reel 104. Figure 4 (b) shows the functional units as a reel tilt information detection unit 122 and a transmission unit 130. The reel tilt information detection unit 122 detects the tilt information of the reel body 1A of the fishing reel 104, i.e., the reel tilt information. This "reel tilt information" includes information about the reel body in each direction (arrow A).X , A Y , A Z , Ω X , Ω Y , Ω Z ) related to the movement of the fishing reel 104. The fishing reel tilt information detected by the fishing reel tilt information detection unit 122 is transmitted to an external instrument (the information processing device 106 and the server 150 (described later) to be described later) via the transmission unit 130 using the communication unit 116. Figure 5

[0027] In addition, a storage unit (omitted from the drawing) that stores the fishing reel tilt information and other information can be provided on the fishing reel 104. The function of storing information using the storage unit is exerted by the storage unit. Furthermore, a CPU (central processing unit, omitted from the drawing) can be provided on the fishing reel 104, and the collection and communication of the fishing reel tilt information, the storage of information, and the like are managed by the CPU.

[0028] In the case where the storage unit is provided on the fishing reel 104, the detected fishing reel tilt information can be stored in a time series and saved as log information. Thus, the user can not only obtain real-time information but also confirm information (history information) after the fact (in the past). At this time, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, the saved fishing reel tilt information can be transmitted to the server 150 and the log information can be saved in the server 150. As a communication standard between the fishing reel 104 and the server 150, various communication standards (including mobile communication systems (3G to 5G or the like) of each generation) can be used. Figure 5

[0029] <Information Processing Device 106> Next, the information processing device 106 will be described. As the information processing device 106, for example, a portable information terminal such as a smartphone can be used. On the information processing device 106, as shown schematically in FIG. 9 (a), a CPU (central processing unit) 162, a storage unit 164, a communication unit 166, and a display unit 168, and the like are provided. Among them, the CPU 162 receives a signal from the fishing reel 104, acquires the fishing reel tilt information. Then, the CPU 162 calculates and obtains information related to the operation of the fishing reel 104, generates the jump fishing information (jump fishing diagnosis result, jump fishing diagnosis information), and displays it on the display unit 168. Figure 6

[0030] The storage section 164 is, for example, a generic term for various storage units such as registers, memories, and storage devices. The storage section 164 includes a ROM (Read Only Memory) in which various programs and setting information and the like are stored, and a RAM (Random Access Memory) that is a temporary storage area. Further, in the ROM of the storage section 164, an OS (Operating System) and an application program, a program (fishing information providing program, hereinafter referred to as "application program") that describes processing for providing information related to the number of rotations and the amount of rotation of the spool 7 (fishing reel) and the like are stored. The CPU 162 performs various calculations for providing fishing information in accordance with the program under the management of the OS. Figure 2

[0031] On the information processing device 106, an application program for providing fishing information is installed. The information processing device 106 performs acquisition of spool tilt information, calculation of various jump fishing information, and display of various jump fishing information and the like in accordance with the installed application program.

[0032] On the display section 168 of the information processing device 106, a large number of contents can be displayed. On the display section 168 of the information processing device 106, a large number of contents can be displayed in color and the like. As the display section 168 of the information processing device 106, various display devices such as a liquid crystal display device or an organic EL display device that can be touched and displayed in color by the user can be used.

[0033] Figure 6 (b) shows the functional configuration (functional units) related to the provision of jump fishing diagnosis information in relation to the information processing device 106. Figure 6 The functional units shown in (b) are a spool tilt information acquisition unit 172, a calculation unit 174, and a display unit 176. Further, Figure 6 The functional units shown in (b) include a fishing achievement performance display control unit 178, a storage unit 179, and a transmission unit 180.

[0034] The spool tilt information acquisition unit 172 and the calculation unit 174 are realized by the CPU 162 (processing device) using the storage section 164, the communication section 166, and other peripheral devices. Figure 6 (a) The functions of acquiring spool tilt information from the fishing reel 104 and calculating jump fishing information based on the acquired spool tilt information are realized by the storage section 164, the communication section 166, and other peripheral devices using the CPU 162. Figure 6 (a) Various peripheral devices, etc., are used to perform the display function. The fishing result display control unit 178 allows the user to confirm the fishing result through the display of the fishing result marker 194, etc., described later. The storage unit 179 uses the storage unit 164, etc., to store the acquired information or information obtained through calculation. The transmission unit 180 uses various peripheral devices, etc., including the communication unit 166, to transmit information to external instruments ( Figure 5 Servers such as 150 (etc.) perform the function of sending information.

[0035] In this embodiment, such as Figure 7 As shown, when a user performs a jump fishing operation (jump fishing action) (S1), the fishing reel 104 ( Figure 1 The reel tilt information detection unit 122 ( Figure 4 (b) Detects a jump fishing operation (S2). Next, the detection result of the reel tilt information is sent from the fishing reel 104 to the information processing device 106 (S3). In the information processing device 106, a calculation using the detection result is performed (S4), and jump fishing diagnostic information is generated (S5). Then, the display unit 168 of the information processing device 106 ( Figure 6 (a) Output and display the jump fishing diagnostic information in various ways (S6).

[0036] Furthermore, the reel tilt information and calculated jump fishing information obtained on the information processing device 106 can be stored in a time series as log information. Moreover, the jump fishing information can be reproduced (displayed, etc.) based on the stored log information. Thus, the user can not only obtain real-time information but also confirm subsequent (past) information (history information). For example, at this moment... Figure 5 As shown, the saved reel tilt information and jump fishing diagnostic information can be sent to the server 150, and the log information can be saved in the server 150. As the communication standard between the information processing device 106 and the server 150, various general communication standards (including mobile communication systems of various generations (3G to 5G, etc.)) can be adopted.

[0037] Alternatively, log information sent from the fishing reel 104 to the server 150 can be sent from the server 150 to the information processing device 106, whereby the display unit 168 of the information processing device 106 can display (reproduce) information such as jump fishing diagnostics. This reduces the amount of storage space used in the storage unit 164.

[0038] Figure 8 An example of the content displayed on the display unit 168 of the information processing device 106 is captured and shown. Figure 8In the example of FIG. 16, from the upper portion of the image of the display section 168, a button of "measurement start" (measurement start button 202), a graph related to angular velocity (angular velocity graph 204), and a graph related to acceleration (acceleration graph 206) are displayed in this order. Further, in the present embodiment, a non-graph information summary section 208 as shown in FIG. 17 can be displayed. Furthermore, as shown in the angular velocity graph 204 in FIG. 18, a mark for indicating fishing achievement results (fishing achievement results mark 194) can be displayed. Hereinafter, these respective displays will be described. Figure 9 Figure 8

[0039] <Measurement start button 202> The measurement start button 202 is a button that is operated to start the cast diagnosis. By the user touching and operating the measurement start button 202, the information processing apparatus 106 starts the diagnosis of the cast action that is performed subsequently. As for the display of the cast diagnosis result information, it can be performed in real time or based on the saved history information (log information). In addition, other than such a method of taking the log after pressing the start button (in this case, the measurement start button 202), a method of taking the log without the button operation for measurement start can be adopted. For example, the user can set an arbitrary time period using the information processing apparatus 106. Here, as the set time period (set time period), for example, a time period that includes a time period during which the cast is performed and a relatively long time period during which the fishing is performed (for example, from 6 am to 12 pm, etc.) can be cited. For example, when the power of the fishing reel 104 becomes an ON state (a state in which the fishing can be actually performed), the measurement is automatically performed, and the taking of the log information is performed. Furthermore, for example, the past information taken as the above-described log information can be used to perform the cast diagnosis. Here, the past information refers to not only the log information of the day on which the fishing is actually performed but also the log information of the day before the day of the user. For example, other than the past information of the user himself or herself, the past information taken can be the past information of a third party, and the user can improve the skill of his or her own fishing by comparing the past information of himself or herself with the past information of the third party. The past information of the third party can be taken through the server 150 (for example, the server 150 of the fishing tackle manufacturer, the server 150 of the fishing tackle shop, etc.), or can be information received from a communication terminal of a third party in the surroundings. Furthermore, the cast diagnosis result information in a relatively short period of time designated by the user (for example, a time period from 7 am to 8 am, or a time period immediately before the fishing, etc.) can be displayed. Thus, the user can visually confirm the cast action in an arbitrary time period, and can improve the skill. Figure 5

[0040] <Angular velocity graph 204> The angular velocity graph 204 indicates the information of the angular velocity (° / s) (degree / second) in the reel tilt information taken from the fishing reel 104.Figure 8 The horizontal axis of the graph indicates time, and the unit of the horizontal axis is seconds. The vertical axis indicates positive and negative angles, and the unit of the vertical axis is degrees. In the angular velocity graph 204, three waveforms (repeating waveforms) are displayed overlaid. Details of the three waveforms are, Figure 2 the rotational movement (arrow Ω X , Ω Y , Ω Z ) around each axis of XYZ indicated by XYZ.

[0041] In the example of Figure 8 , each waveform is indicated by a gray scale, and although it is not necessarily easy to visually distinguish the three waveforms, it is possible to facilitate visual recognition by making the colors of the three waveforms different, or the like. In the example of Figure 8 , the three waveforms are displayed in a manner that they can be distinguished as "Series 1", "Series 2", and "Series 3". Figure 8 "Series 1" in the example of Figure 2 corresponds to the movement (arrow A X , Ω X ) around the X axis, and "Series 2" corresponds to the movement (arrow A Z , Ω Z ) around the Z axis. Further, "Series 3" corresponds to the movement (arrow A Y , Ω Y ) around the Y axis. As a tendency shown in the example of Figure 8 , regarding the angular velocity, the amplitude of the waveform of "Series 3" (the waveform around the Y axis) is the largest overall.

[0042] The angular velocity graph 204 can be displayed in real time as information of the jigging operation (jigging action) at this moment. Further, on the information processing apparatus 106, it is possible to reproduce and display the angular velocity graph 204 involved in a prescribed time in the past (within a prescribed period) by using the log information. At this moment, the user can input and specify a period desired as a display object. In this way, it is possible to use the log information, and this is the same for various jigging information described below.

[0043] <Acceleration Graph 206> The acceleration graph 206 indicates information of acceleration (g) received from the fishing reel 104. In the example of Figure 8 , the horizontal axis indicates time, and the unit of the horizontal axis is seconds. The vertical axis indicates acceleration, and the unit of the vertical axis is (g). In the acceleration graph 206 of the example of Figure 8 , three waveforms are also displayed overlaid. Details of the three waveforms are Figure 2 the straight-line movement (arrow A X , A Y , A Zacceleration involved. In Figure 8 In the example of FIG. 21, as with the angular velocity chart 204, the waveforms are represented by gray scales, and although it is not necessarily easy to visually distinguish the three waveforms, it is possible to facilitate visual recognition by making the colors of the three waveforms different, or the like. In Figure 8 In the example of FIG. 22, as with the angular velocity chart 204, the three waveforms are displayed in a manner that enables recognition as "Series 1", "Series 2", and "Series 3". With respect to the acceleration, as a tendency, the amplitude of the waveform of "Series 1" (the waveform around the X axis) is the largest overall.

[0044] As with the angular velocity chart 204, the acceleration chart 206 can be displayed in real time as information of the reeling operation at this moment. Furthermore, in the information processing apparatus 106, by utilizing the log information, it is possible to reproduce and display the acceleration chart 206 involved over a prescribed time in the past.

[0045] <Non-chart information summary section 208> Figure 9 The non-chart information summary section 208 shown in FIG. 23 is displayed separately from the angular velocity chart 204 and the acceleration chart 206, summarizes a plurality of information related to the reeling, and displays using graphics (including drawings, diagrams, icons, pictographs, and the like), and thus is easy to understand at a glance. In Figure 9 In the example of FIG. 23, the non-chart information summary section 208 displays a plurality of information at the time of landing the fish (obtaining the fishing result). In the non-chart information summary section 208, "force" is displayed in the upper layer of the circular graphic.

[0046] A plurality of information is used to represent "force". As the plurality of information representing "force", the acceleration (not represented as (g) but as (G)) and the angular velocity (° / s) shown on the left are used. The acceleration represents "force" related to the up-and-down direction, and the angular velocity represents "force" related to the angle of the rotational direction. As one example of "force", 1.8 (G) and 208 (° / s) are displayed. The information of the acceleration is represented using a straight-line shaped double arrow graphic. The information of the angular velocity is represented using a graphic of a curved shape of a directional arrow. For example, instead of the graphic, it is also possible to display the text of "acceleration" and "angular velocity" together with the graphic.

[0047] In the non-chart information summary section 208, "rhythm" is displayed on the left in the lower layer. "Rhythm" is information related to the time interval of the so-called rod pulling (intermittent rotational movement, that is, intermittent action). "Rhythm" is information representing the time interval of the so-called rod pulling action based on "force". In Figure 9 In the example of FIG. 24, as one example of "rhythm", 36.4 (° / s) is displayed. Although in Figure 9In the example, two wavy lines (representing the type of movement) and an ellipse between the two wavy lines (representing the cross-sectional shape of the fishing rod 102) are used to represent the display related to "rhythm".

[0048] On the right side of the lower layer of the non-chart information summary section 208, "Rack Retrieval Amount" is displayed. "Rack Retrieval Amount" is calculated based on information related to "rhythm," representing the rig retrieval amount per cast interval (reel length per interval, number of meters retrieved per interval, and distance the rig travels). Figure 9 In the example, as an example of "retrieval capacity of the fishing rig," it is shown to be 0.54 (m). In Figure 9 In the example, a diagram showing the state of the fishing rod 102 swinging with the hand as the base is used to represent the display related to the "reeling amount".

[0049] Furthermore, although the illustrations are omitted, various other information can be used in addition to the information described so far for jump fishing diagnosis. Among other information is the "jittering" sensation during jump fishing. "Jittering" refers to the sensation of turning the handle 8 of the fishing reel 104. Figure 2 The displacement (jitter) of the fishing reel 104 (and reel body 1A) during the fishing process. Information about this "jitter" can be obtained, for example, by detecting the roll amplitude of the reel. Figure 2 Rotational movement centered on the X-axis (arrow Ω) in the example X The "jitter" is obtained by measuring the amplitude of the jitter. In other words, the "jitter" can be described as information about the rotational movement related to the fishing reel (fishing reel 104, reel body 1A, etc.), and is a movement in a specified direction of rotation related to the reference body (fishing reel 104 (including reel body 1A)) that performs the rotational movement. The unit of this "jitter" can be angle / time (° / s). Angles can also be expressed in radians. However, it is believed that displaying it in degrees would be more intuitive and easier for the user to understand. Furthermore, this "jitter" information can be displayed in the display unit 168 (e.g., in the non-graphical information summary unit 208).

[0050] In addition, as a display format for jump fishing diagnostic information, besides displaying the calculated value to a specified number of decimal places (e.g., the first decimal place), it is also possible to display the calculated value in a series format. For example, for various jump fishing information expressed numerically, the hypothetical numerical range can be divided into 10 levels, and each level can be displayed in series from "1 / 10" to "10 / 10". Furthermore, the displayed value can be the average of measured values (calculated values) over a specified time interval.

[0051] <Fishing Achievement Marker 194> On the information processing apparatus 106 of the present embodiment, display of the fishing achievement performance (fishing achievement performance display) can be further performed. In the example of Figure 8 the fishing achievement performance display is performed using the fishing achievement performance marker 194. As the fishing achievement performance marker 194, a figure (icon) with a fish as a theme can be adopted. The fishing achievement performance marker 194 appears on the display section 168 by the user performing a prescribed operation on the touch panel. For example, the user can display the fishing achievement performance marker 194 on an arbitrary position on the angular velocity chart 204 or the acceleration chart 206 by performing a prescribed touch operation on the position. Further, the user can input the time (date, time) of the fishing achievement by performing a prescribed operation.

[0052] As the display form and control form of the fishing achievement performance display, various forms can be adopted. Although illustration is omitted, in order to exhibit the number of the fish caught, for example, a plurality of fishing achievement performance markers 194 can be displayed in parallel. Further, as a method of expressing the number of the fish caught, display of a numerical value (text or figure) can be combined on the fishing achievement performance marker 194.

[0053] Further, with respect to the fishing achievement performance marker 194, the user can perform editing. For example, the user can perform an operation for inputting text, and can input the kind of the fish. Further, change of the fishing achievement performance marker 194 (selection of the kind, change of the image used, etc.) can be performed.

[0054] Other display examples related to the skip diagnosis Figure 10 and Figure 11 Other display examples of various skip diagnosis tables are shown. Figure 10 a display example when skip is performed at a relatively high frequency (fast time interval) is shown, Figure 11 a display example when skip is performed at a relatively low frequency (slow time interval) is shown.

[0055] In the example of Figure 10 in the display section 168 of the information processing apparatus 106, from the upper layer, the water depth chart 210, the angular velocity chart 204, the acceleration chart 206, and the non-chart information summary section 208 are displayed. The water depth chart 210 is a chart that uses a line (straight line or broken line) to show the water depth of the water surface 102 at the time of the fishing operation. The angular velocity chart 204 is a chart that uses a line to show the angular velocity of the fishing rod 101 at the time of the fishing operation. The acceleration chart 206 is a chart that uses a line to show the acceleration of the fishing rod 101 at the time of the fishing operation. The non-chart information summary section 208 is a section that summarizes the non-chart information of the fishing operation. Figure 1) is displayed. The water depth is calculated, for example, by providing a rotation sensor (omitted from the drawing) that detects the rotation state of the reel 7 on the fishing reel 104, and based on information obtained from the signal of the rotation sensor (a signal corresponding to the rotation speed, the amount of rotation, etc.) or information obtained from the characteristics of the fishing line 103 (the line diameter, the material, etc.). The operation for calculating the water depth can be performed by the fishing reel 104, or can be performed by the information processing apparatus 106 based on the information of the fishing reel 104.

[0056] The vertical axis of the water depth graph 210 represents the water depth (m), and the horizontal axis represents the time (sec) in the fishing. In the example of Figure 10 , it is shown that the fishing line 103 relatively slowly rises to around the water depth of 95 to 90 (m) (in the graph, it is a drop) for around 20 (sec), and thereafter, sharply rises to around 90 to 85 (m). Also, it is shown that it thereafter relatively slowly rises to 70 (m) for around 100 (sec) (around 70 to 170 (sec) in the graph). Also, it is shown that the water depth increases to 75 (m) (in the graph, it is a rise) for around 280 (sec) after the start of the fishing.

[0057] As in the example of Figure 8 , the angular velocity graph 204 shows the angular velocity involved in the rotational movement (arrows Ω X , Ω Y , Ω Z ) around each axis of XYZ shown in Figure 2 . The acceleration graph 206 shows the acceleration involved in the linear movement (arrows A X , A Y , A Z ) in each axis of XYZ shown in Figure 2 . In the example of Figure 10 , each waveform is also represented by a gray scale, and although it is not necessarily easy to visually distinguish the 3 waveforms, it is possible to facilitate visual recognition by making the colors of the 3 waveforms different, or the like. Also, in the example of Figure 10 , in the lower part of the angular velocity graph 204 and the acceleration graph 206, the colors of the waveforms corresponding to XYZ are shown in the order of XYZ from the left. As the tendency shown in the example of Figure 10 , regarding the angular velocity, the amplitude of the waveform around the Y axis is the largest overall, and regarding the acceleration, the amplitude of the waveform around the Z axis is the largest overall.

[0058] In the example of Figure 10 , the non-graph information summary section 208 is virtually surrounded by a double-dotted line. In the left side of the upper layer in the non-graph information summary section 208, "average winding amount per 1 cast" is shown. This "average winding amount per 1 cast" is the average value of the winding amount per 1 cast of the fishing line 103.Figure 9 The "retrieval volume of the rig" in the example is the same as jump fishing information. Figure 10 In the example, "average take-up per stroke" is shown as "91.3 (cm)" along with an icon that means "average take-up per stroke".

[0059] On the upper right side of the non-chart information summary section 208, "Reel-in Speed" is displayed. This "Reel-in Speed" indicates the amount of fishing line 103 (units) per second. Figure 1 The amount of winding. Figure 10 In the example, "rewind speed" is displayed as the average of the detected rewind speeds. Figure 10 In the example, the "winding speed" is displayed as a value of "17.7 (cm / second)" and a series of "3".

[0060] In the lower layer of the non-graphical information summary section 208, starting from the left, jump fishing information such as "shaking," "force (up and down)," "force (angle)," and "rod jerking interval" are displayed. Similar to the above, "shaking" refers to rotating the handle 8 of the fishing reel 104. Figure 2 The displacement (vibration) of the fishing reel 104 (and the reel body 1A) during the fishing process. Figure 10 In the example, "jitter" is displayed as a rating of "4 / 10" representing the 4th of 10 levels.

[0061] "Intensity (Up / Down)" indicates Figure 9 The example shows the acceleration information within the "force" information. "Force (Angle)" indicates... Figure 10 The example shows the angular velocity information within the "force" information. Figure 10 In the example, for either "force (up and down)" or "force (angle)", a graded display of "8 / 10" representing the 8th level out of 10 is provided.

[0062] "Stick-off interval" refers to the average amount of movement (as a result) when using fishing rod 102 for a so-called "stick-pulling" motion. Figure 10 In the example, "0.52 seconds" is shown as the "lever interval".

[0063] Figure 11 This illustrates an example of jumping fish at a relatively low frequency (slow time intervals), as described above. Figure 11 In the example, the display unit 168 of the information processing device 106 displays, from top to bottom, a water depth chart 210, an angular velocity chart 204, an acceleration chart 206, and a non-chart information summary unit 208. The meanings of each piece of jump fishing information are as follows: Figure 10 The examples are the same.

[0064] exist Figure 11 In the example water depth chart 210, it is shown that the fishing line 103 takes about 180 "seconds" (about 350 to 550 "seconds" on the chart) to rise relatively slowly to a depth of less than 90 (m) to less than 80 (m) (a drop in the chart), and then falls (an rise in the chart).

[0065] For angular velocity graph 204 and acceleration graph 206, as in Figure 11 The examples show that, regarding angular velocity, the waveform amplitude around the Y-axis is generally the largest, while regarding acceleration, the waveform amplitude around the Z-axis is generally the largest.

[0066] exist Figure 11 In the example, the "average take-up distance per stroke" is shown as "73.8 (cm)". The "take-up speed" is shown as "5.4 (cm / second)" and a level of "3". The "jitter" is displayed as "5 / 10", representing the 5th level out of 10. For "power (up / down)", it is displayed as "5 / 10", representing the 5th level out of 10, and for "power (angle)", it is displayed as "8 / 10", representing the 8th level out of 10. The "stroke interval" is shown as "1.37 seconds".

[0067] <Representative effects of the invention as described in this embodiment> As described above, the information processing apparatus 106 according to this embodiment includes: a reel tilt information acquisition unit (such as reel tilt information acquisition unit 172), which is capable of acquiring tilt information of the reel body (such as reel body 1A), i.e., reel tilt information; a calculation unit (such as calculation unit 174), which calculates information related to fish-attracting actions (such as jump fishing) from the reel tilt information, i.e., fish-attracting action information (such as jump fishing information); and a display unit (such as display unit 176), which performs a prescribed display (such as display of jump fishing diagnosis information) based on the fish-attracting action information.

[0068] According to the information processing apparatus 106 of the present embodiment, by displaying information (casting information, etc.) required for improving the fishing lure action technique (casting technique, etc.), the user can be provided with information for improving the fishing lure action. Specifically, for example, from the reel tilt information from the fishing reel, information related to the tilt (tilt in three dimensions including the reel body 1A, front-back up-down) and parallel movement of the fishing reel 104 at the time of the casting operation is acquired. Then, based on the acquired information, information related to the angular velocity (information related to how much the fishing reel 104 was tilted at the time of the casting operation), the acceleration (information related to how much the fishing reel 104 was moved up-down and in parallel at the time of the casting operation), etc. are calculated, whereby the information in real time (real-time) and the information over time can be displayed as a diagram image (non-graphical information summary section 208, 222) on the display section 168.

[0069] Thus, for the user, for example, various casting information can be visualized (visualized). Also, for the user, the casting information can be summarized and provided in a short time. Furthermore, not only the action of the fishing reel 104 alone can be visualized and provided, but also the fishing rod 102 on which the fishing reel 104 is installed or the casting information affected by, for example, a lure (omitted from the drawing) can be visualized and provided. Also, the user can improve the fishing technique by himself by confirming and reviewing the provided casting information by himself. Furthermore, by providing past casting information, the user can reproduce his own past casting.

[0070] Also, for example, by using a graph, a figure, a diagram, etc. to prompt the casting information, the user can be provided with information in a way that is easy to see. Furthermore, when only a specific numerical value display or a hierarchical display is performed, it is assumed that the user does not know where to look well or look wrong, but by using a graph, a figure, a diagram, etc., the user can be provided with information that is easy to understand. Also, for the user, the information related to the casting can be accurately recognized, and the casting operation can be easily improved.

[0071] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 8 the angular velocity graph 204 and the acceleration graph 206, for example, can be displayed in real time as information of the casting operation at the moment. Furthermore, the information of the angular velocity and the acceleration can be stored in a time series as log data related to the casting, and can be saved in advance. Also, by reproducing the angular velocity graph 204 and the acceleration graph 206 involved in a prescribed time in the past using the log data, the user can be provided with information related to the history of the casting. The user can see the reproduced past information and know how he performed the casting operation. As a result, for the user, the casting operation can be easily improved.

[0072] Moreover, on the information processing apparatus 106 of the present embodiment, the prescribed display is a display including information on parallel movement (movement related to arrow A X , A Y , A Z , etc.) and information on rotational movement (movement related to arrow Ω X , Ω Y , Ω Z , etc.) of the reference body (fishing reel 104, reel body 1A, etc.). Thus, the user can be appropriately provided with the fish-attracting operation information (casting information, etc.).

[0073] Moreover, the information on the rotational movement includes information on the time interval related to intermittent rotational movement, i.e., intermittent operation (so-called rod pulling, etc.). Thus, the user can be appropriately provided with the fish-attracting operation information (casting information, etc.).

[0074] Moreover, the information on the rotational movement includes information on the movement distance of the fishing group (the amount of reeling in of the fishing group, etc.) reeled in by one intermittent operation. Thus, the user can be appropriately provided with the fish-attracting operation information (casting information, etc.).

[0075] The information on the rotational movement includes information on movement (shaking, etc.) related to the prescribed rotational direction (direction related to arrow Ω X , etc.) of the reference body (fishing reel 104, reel body 1A, etc.) that performs the rotational movement. Thus, the user can be appropriately provided with the fish-attracting operation information (casting information, etc.).

[0076] Moreover, the information processing apparatus 106 includes a storage unit (storage unit 179, etc.) that stores information on the time series of the movement of the reference body (fishing reel 104, reel body 1A, etc.) and a display unit (display unit 176, etc.) that reproduces the information on the past reference body on the basis of the information on the time series of the movement of the reference body (fishing reel 104, reel body 1A, etc.). Thus, the information processing apparatus 106 can function as a reproduction function. With the reproduction function, the user can recognize the fish-attracting operation information (casting information, etc.) of the past. Moreover, the user can watch the fish-attracting operation information reproduced on the display unit 168 and practice after returning home, etc. Thus, the user can also improve the fish-attracting operation (casting operation, etc.).

[0077] Further, for example, by providing a function on the information processing apparatus 106 that enables display of a graph of the casting information at the time of practice superimposed on the reproduced display content (angular velocity graph 204 and acceleration graph 206, etc.), further useful information can be provided. The casting information that is made and superimposed afterward is not limited to that of the user himself or herself, but can be that of another person. That is, by superimposing relatively older information and relatively newer information, further useful information can be provided.

[0078] Further, on the information processing apparatus 106 of the present embodiment, a fishing achievement performance display control unit (fishing achievement performance display control unit 178, etc.) is provided, and a fishing achievement performance marker (fishing achievement performance marker 194, etc.) is displayed. Thereby, the user can also be appropriately provided with the fish luring action information (casting information, etc.). Further, by providing the user with information at the time of obtaining a fishing achievement in reality, the fish luring action information that can be expected to achieve a fishing achievement can be specifically provided.

[0079] Further, the fishing reel 104 according to the present embodiment includes a reel inclination information detection unit (reel inclination information detection unit 122, etc.) that can detect inclination information of the reel body (reel body 1A, etc.), i.e., reel inclination information, and a transmission unit (transmission unit 130, etc.) that transmits the reel inclination information to the information processing apparatus (information processing apparatus 106, etc.), and in the information processing apparatus, based on the reel inclination information, information related to the fish luring action (casting, etc.), i.e., fish luring action information (casting information, etc.), is calculated and displayed. Thereby, the reel inclination information required for the information processing apparatus to display the fish luring action information (casting information, etc.) can be transmitted from the fishing reel 104 to the information processing apparatus.

[0080] Further, the program according to the present embodiment can cause the computer (CPU 162, etc.) of the information processing apparatus (information processing apparatus 106, etc.) to perform: reel inclination information acquisition processing (processing to acquire the reel inclination information by the reel inclination information acquisition unit 172, etc., in S3), to acquire the inclination information of the reel body (reel body 1A, etc.), i.e., the reel inclination information; Figure 7 calculation processing (processing to calculate by the calculation unit 174, etc., in S4), to calculate information related to the fish luring action (casting, etc.), i.e., the fish luring action information (casting information, etc.) from the reel inclination information; Figure 7 display processing (processing to display by the display unit 176, etc., in S6), to perform a prescribed display based on the fish luring action information. Figure 7

[0081] While the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the foregoing embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from its spirit.

[0082] <Additional Functionality of the Fishing Information Provision System 100> <<Display of water depth chart>> In the above implementation method, for water depth chart 210 ( Figure 10 , 11 The display of the water depth chart 210 is explained. However, it is not limited to such a water depth chart 210; in the fishing information providing system 100, for example, it can display... Figure 12 The water depth chart 224 is an example shown in one of the examples.

[0083] exist Figure 12 In the example, a water depth chart 224 is displayed on the display unit 168 of the information processing device 106. Although Figure 12 The content displayed in the example is the same as Figure 10 and Figure 11 The content displayed by the display unit 168 in the example information processing device 106 is different, but it can... Figure 10 and Figure 11 The water depth chart 210 in the example is replaced with Figure 12 The example is water depth chart 224.

[0084] Although the details of the water depth chart 224 will be described later, it can also be displayed on the display section 54 of the fishing reel 104. Figure 12 The example uses the same (or simplified) depth chart. The depth chart 224 of the information processing device 106 and the depth chart (not shown) of the fishing reel 104 can be displayed simultaneously or at different times on the display unit 168 of the information processing device 106 and the display unit 54 of the fishing reel 104. Furthermore, the depth chart 224 of the information processing device 106 will be described below, while appropriate descriptions of the depth chart of the fishing reel 104 will be omitted.

[0085] In water depth chart 224, the horizontal axis represents time, and the vertical axis represents water depth. Water depth chart 224 also displays the time progression and the fishing rig (here) as shown. Figure 1 , Figure 5 , Figure 9 The curve 226 shows the relationship between the positions of the fishing rig 105 and the position of the line. The depth chart 224 can reflect and display information such as the line length obtained from the fishing reel 104 (information on the length of the line released from the fishing reel 104). In the depth chart 224, the further down the vertical axis, the deeper (greater) the water.

[0086] Furthermore, the depth chart 224 is created in the information processing device 106 based on information such as line length and time (moment) sent from the fishing reel 104. However, it is not limited to this; the information for the depth chart 224 can also be created in the fishing reel 104 and then sent from the fishing reel 104 to the information processing device 106.

[0087] exist Figure 12 In the example, the horizontal axis displays evenly spaced graduations from left to right within a range (area) from 1 minute ago to the present. Furthermore, in... Figure 12 In the example, since one minute on the horizontal axis is represented by 9 divisions (9 grids), one division (1 grid) represents approximately 6.7 (≒60 / 9) seconds.

[0088] On the vertical axis, from top to bottom, within a range (area) from 0.0m to over 1.8m, there are equally spaced graduations. Figure 12 In the example, up to approximately one mark from the present (about 10 seconds ago), curve 226 (shown by the thick line) indicates a water depth of 0. Afterward, curve 226 suddenly drops to approximately a water depth of 1.8m. Figure 12 In the example, it took about 7-9 seconds (a little over one scale division) for the water to reach a depth of approximately 1.8 meters. Here, Figures 12-18 The example shows a display related to fishing at that point in time in real-time mode. The display in real-time mode is indicated by the "LIVE" display on the upper part of the display unit 168.

[0089] Figure 13 Showing the continuation Figure 12 Chart 224 shows the water depth during this period. Figure 13 In the example, with Figure 12 The example is similar; the horizontal axis ranges from 1 minute ago to the present. The vertical axis ranges more... Figure 12 Examples of this range are increasing, from 0.0m to over 12.0m. The variation in the range associated with this vertical axis occurs automatically as water depth increases. Figure 13 In the example, the water depth drops linearly up to 12.0m. Then, it takes about 4 scale divisions (about 27 (≒6.7 seconds × 4 scale divisions) seconds) for the water depth to reach about 12.0m.

[0090] Figure 14 Showing the continuation Figure 13 Chart 224 shows the water depth during this period. Figure 14 In the example, with Figure 13 Similar to the example above, the horizontal axis spans from 1 minute ago to the present. Figure 13The example is similar, with the vertical axis ranging from 0.0m to over 12.0m. In Figure 14 In the example, the water depth fluctuated between approximately 12.0m and approximately 10.0m starting about 27 seconds ago (6.7 x 4 scales).

[0091] Figure 15 Showing the continuation Figure 14 Chart 224 shows the water depth during this period. Figure 15 In the example, the range of the horizontal axis and the range of the vertical axis are the same as... Figure 14 The example is the same. Water depth and Figure 14 The example is the same, varying repeatedly between approximately 12.0m and approximately 10.0m.

[0092] Figure 16 Showing the continuation Figure 15 Chart 224 shows the water depth during this period. Figure 16 In the example, the horizontal axis range changes from 2 minutes ago to the present. The range associated with this horizontal axis changes automatically over time. Figure 15 The example is similar, with the vertical axis ranging from 0.0m to over 12.0m. In Figure 16 In the example, starting about 14 seconds ago (6.7 x about 2 scales), the water depth rose from about 12.0m to about 4.0m, and then dropped from about 4.0m to about 12.0m.

[0093] Figure 17 Showing the continuation Figure 16 Chart 224 shows the water depth during this period. Figure 17 In the example, with Figure 16 Similar to the previous example, the horizontal axis ranges from 2 minutes ago to the present. The vertical axis ranges from 0.0m to over 18.0m. Figure 13 Similar to the previous example, the range associated with this vertical axis changes automatically as water depth increases. Figure 17 In the example, the water depth dropped from about 4.0m to about 18.0m starting about 14 seconds ago (6.7 x about 2 scales).

[0094] Furthermore, in Figure 17 In the example, at a water depth of approximately 18.0 m, when a fish bites the hook (hook up), the water depth chart 224 shows a fighting scene marked 227, mimicking three fish swimming in circles. The fighting scene marked 227 shows the state of the three fish from above. Additionally, in... Figure 17 In the example, after the fish was caught at a depth of 18.0m, the water depth remained at approximately a certain value (approximately 18.0m in this case).

[0095] Figure 18 Showing the continuation Figure 17 Chart 224 shows the water depth during this period.Figure 18 In the example, the range of the horizontal axis and the range of the vertical axis are the same as... Figure 17 The examples are the same. In Figure 18 In this example, the water depth has now risen to approximately 12.0 m. Furthermore, the water depth chart 224 displays a fishing achievement marker 228. This fishing achievement marker 228 can be the same as the aforementioned fishing achievement marker 194 (…). Figure 8 The same marker. The fishing achievement marker 228 will be described later.

[0096] The water depth chart 224 can also be displayed at a constant size. Furthermore, the water depth chart 224 can be switched to other display sections by changing the content displayed in display section 168, or it can be zoomed in, zoomed out, deleted, or scrolled. Figures 12-18 In the example, the displayed content (catalog) can be moved downwards by the user swiping their finger from the top of the image down on the touchpad of the display unit 168. Alternatively, the displayed content (catalog) can be moved to the left (or right) by swiping left or right on the display unit 168.

[0097] Furthermore, a supplementary function can be set when displaying the water depth chart 224. For example, the supplementary function can automatically fill in the interrupted portion when the reception of water depth information from the fishing reel 104 is interrupted for several seconds or tens of seconds, resulting in the inability to display the continuous curve 226 of the water depth chart 224. As a supplementary method, various general methods can be used, such as connecting with a straight line, connecting with a curve, or storing the data using statistical methods such as moving averages.

[0098] As described above, by displaying the water depth chart 224, users can easily understand and access water depth-related information. Furthermore, by displaying the water depth chart 224 together with or toggling with water depth information, users can be provided with detailed water depth-related information. Additionally, by displaying the water depth chart 224 together with or toggling with corrected line length information, users can also be provided with detailed water depth-related information.

[0099] Furthermore, since the water depth increases towards the bottom of the vertical axis in the water depth chart 224, it provides users with water depth information that closely approximates reality. Moreover, it presents water depth information in a way that is easily and intuitively understood by the user.

[0100] <<Supplement to the Display of Fishing Results>> The aforementioned fishing achievement marker 228 is used to display fishing achievement results (fishing achievement display). As the fishing achievement marker 228, a fish-themed graphic (fish-themed icon) can be used.Figure 18 In the example, the fishing achievement mark 228 is overlaid on the curve 226 of the depth chart 224. The position of the fishing achievement mark 228 is correspondingly (bound) stored with the coordinates in the depth chart 224 (the coordinate value on the time axis and the coordinate value on the depth axis at this moment), and is stored in the storage unit (storage unit 164, etc.) of the information processing device 106.

[0101] The fishing achievement marker 228 indicates the period (timing, time) of a fish being caught. As time passes, it maintains an overlap with the waveform (curve 226) and moves from right to left (from the side closer to the present to the side closer to the past). The operation of displaying the fishing achievement marker 228 will be described later.

[0102] As described above, by simultaneously displaying fishing achievement information (fishing achievement marker 228) representing fishing achievement in the water depth chart 224, information on fishing achievement can be provided to the user in an easy-to-understand manner.

[0103] <<Display of water depth and cross-flow depth>> exist Figures 12-18 In the example, the text "Water Depth, Crosscurrent Depth" is displayed, below which are numerical values showing the water depth and the corrected line length. The displayed corrected line length information takes into account a fishing line of 103 ( Figure 1 The line is affected by the flow of tides or wind (speed or direction, etc.) (so-called cross-current fishing, wind-driven cross-current fishing, angled casting). That is, in actual fishing, the fishing line 103 is affected by the flow of tides or wind, and is not released directly downwards from the top of the rod 102 (rod tip), but at an angle. Therefore, even if the line length information calculated from the rotation of the reel 7 is displayed on the display units 54 and 168 as water depth information and provided to the user, there may be a situation where the fishing rig 105 installed on the fishing line 103 only reaches a shallower water depth than the water depth information provided to the user.

[0104] In contrast, the modified line length information in this embodiment is modified using the following correction formula (formula (1)). a = b × cosθ (1) In the correction formula, "b" represents the line length information (measured value, =H1), and "a" represents the corrected line length information (corrected value). The relationship between the line length information "b" and the corrected line length information "a" is b > a. "θ" is the angle of the fishing line 103 relative to the directly downward direction (the direction where gravity acts).

[0105] For example, in Figure 12In the example, "1.8m" is displayed as the water depth, and "1.5m", "1.2m", and "0.9m" are displayed for "30°", "45°", and "60°" respectively. Furthermore, the display of water depth and the display of the corrected line length can also include ranges for the values of the angle and the corrected line length information.

[0106] As mentioned above, by displaying water depth and cross-current depth, detailed information related to water depth can be provided to the user.

[0107] <<Display of the speed of the first volume>> exist Figures 12-18 In the example, the text "Reel-in Speed" is displayed below the water depth chart 224, and chart 242 is displayed below it. Chart 242 is a 100% cumulative bar chart. "Reel-in Speed" is the speed at which the fishing line is wound on the fishing reel 104, also known as "winding speed," etc.

[0108] Chart 242, "Curling Speed," indicates that during the period shown on the horizontal axis of chart 224 (in... Figure 12 In the example, this refers to the percentage of the reel speed used on the fishing reel 104 within 1 minute (the percentage of speed used in relation to reeling). Figure 12 and Figure 13 In the example, only the line (fishing rig) is sinking. Even in this case, the text "100%" is displayed on the "Reel Speed" chart 242. However, it is not limited to this; for example, "0%" can be displayed when only the line (fishing rig) is sinking.

[0109] In addition, although Figures 12-18 Not shown in the diagram, but when the display unit 168 is scrolled downwards (the displayed content moves downwards), as described later in the reference. Figure 22 As shown, graph 274 displays the "fall speed". In Figure 12 and Figure 13 In the example shown, "100%" can be displayed on the "Falling Speed" chart 274.

[0110] exist Figure 14 In the example, in the water depth chart 224, between water depths of approximately 12.0 m and approximately 10.0 m, curve 226 repeatedly rolls up and down. When rolling up, the water depth decreases (becomes shallower), and when falling down, the water depth increases (becomes deeper). Even in this case, as long as the speed of rolling up is constant, the display of "roll-up speed" in chart 242 is "100%".

[0111] exist Figure 15In the example, chart 242 shows "90%", "6%", and "4%" for the "winding speed". This indicates that the "winding speed" is not constant, but rather the line is wound at multiple speeds. Specifically, in Figure 15 In the example, with Figure 14 In the example, the usage rate of the same winding speed (winding speed A in this case) is "90%". Furthermore, the usage rates of winding speeds different from winding speed A (winding speeds B and C in this case) are "6%" and "4%" respectively. Winding speeds B and C are also different from each other.

[0112] In chart 242, "Winding Speed," the areas A through C are displayed using different colors. Figure 15 (and, Figures 16-18 In the example, the color difference distributed across the winding speeds A through C is displayed by the presence or absence of a halftone pattern, or the difference in the halftone pattern itself. This is mentioned in the reference... Figure 22 The same applies to the "fall speed" chart in chart 274.

[0113] exist Figure 16 and Figure 17 In the example, chart 242 shows "rolling speed" as "59%", "38%", and "3%". This indicates that in Figure 16 and Figure 17 In the example, the usage ratios of winding speeds A to C are "59%", "38%", and "3%" respectively.

[0114] exist Figure 18 In the example, chart 242 shows "rolling speed" as "50%", "48%", and "2%". This indicates that in Figure 18 In the example, the usage ratios of winding speeds A to C are "50%", "48%", and "2%" respectively.

[0115] As mentioned above, by displaying the roll-up speed (the proportion of speed used in the roll-up process), users can understand the proportion of speed they are using within their preferred speed range.

[0116] <<Utilizing the Diversity of Information Through Color Differences>> The water depth chart 224 can be displayed using one color or multiple colors. When displayed using one color, for example, a grid of white lines can be displayed on a black background on the display unit 168, with white curves representing water depth displayed on the grid. Furthermore, for example... Figure 19 As shown, the color of curve 226 can be changed locally. Figure 19 Is Figure 18 The portion enclosed by circle C is shown magnified in water depth chart 224. Figure 19In the example, the left portion 226A of curve 226 is shown in white, and the right portion 226B is shown in red (represented by the cross-section line in red).

[0117] The curve 226 of the depth chart 224 displays different information through color differences. These color differences can be set according to the type of fishing. For example, white can be used to indicate the ON period of the clutch on the fishing reel 104, and red to indicate the OFF period. Furthermore, blue can be used to distinguish the period of applying drag while simultaneously releasing line (the drag activation period). Applying drag is done using the drag adjustment handle (Star Drag) 22 of the fishing reel 104.

[0118] As described above, since the depth chart can represent different information through color differences, the depth chart 224 can be made multifunctional. Moreover, the depth chart 224 can be used more effectively.

[0119] <<Combination with GPS information>> The water depth chart 224 can be displayed in combination with GPS (Global Positioning System, Global Positioning Satellite) information. At this point, the fishing reel 104 or the information processing device 106 has GPS functionality. Figure 20 An example of an implementation that combines water depth chart 224 with GPS information is shown. Figure 20 In the example, map 252 is displayed in the upper layer, and water depth chart 224 is displayed in the lower layer. Land 254 and ocean 256 are displayed in map 252. Figure 20 In the example, a mesh pattern is added to Ocean 256 to distinguish between Land 254 and Ocean 256.

[0120] Map 252 shows oval-shaped fishing location markers 256A to 256C. These markers indicate the locations where the user moves by boat. Figure 20 In this example, the user moves across the ocean in the order of fishing location markers 256A to 256C and fishes at each location. The location information (latitude and longitude, etc.) corresponding to the fishing location markers 256A to 256C is generated using GPS information. The GPS information is obtained from outside the fishing information providing system 100 (external information to the fishing information providing system).

[0121] exist Figure 20 In the water depth chart 224, fishing results are shown by the fishing results mark 228 at a water depth of 18.0m. Figure 20For example, water depth chart 224 shows the information stored at the time of a successful fishing attempt at the location marked 256C. Figure 20 The location information (represented by fishing location markers 256A to 256C) and the information in the water depth chart 224 are examples of the aforementioned log information.

[0122] Additionally, the water depth chart 224 allows switching between the vertical and horizontal axis ranges. Users can switch the range, for example, by zooming in (screen zoom-in) or pinching out (screen zoom-out) the image on display 168.

[0123] Furthermore, the water depth chart 224 can be switched between the water depth charts at either fishing location marker 256A or fishing location marker 256B. At this time, the user can, for example, click on fishing location marker 256A on map 252 to display a water depth chart for a specified period (e.g., more than 1 minute) at the location of fishing location marker 256A. Similarly, the user can click on fishing location marker 256B on map 252 to display a water depth chart for a specified period (e.g., more than 1 minute) at the location of fishing location marker 256B.

[0124] As described above, by combining the water depth chart with GPS information, the water depth chart 224 can be made more multifunctional. Furthermore, the water depth chart 224 can be utilized more effectively.

[0125] <<Sharing Fishing Information from Others>> It is advisable to add a function to the fishing information provision system 100 that allows users to share the fishing information of others (others' fishing information). Here, "others" refers to anglers who can serve as examples or references for the user of the fishing reel 104 or information processing device 106. To enable effective use by the user, it is advisable to display the other's fishing information together with or separately from the water depth chart 224.

[0126] The display of other people's fishing information can be performed by the display unit 168 of the information processing device 106. However, it is not limited to this; for example, the display of other people's fishing information can also be performed on the display unit 54 of the fishing reel 104. Furthermore, for example, the display of other people's fishing information can be performed solely through the fishing reel 104.

[0127] In order to provide users with information about other people's fishing, such as Figure 21 As shown, the information processing device 106 includes a "others' fishing information receiving unit 262" and a "others' fishing information storage unit 264". The "others' fishing information receiving unit 262" receives information obtained from other people's fishing, i.e., other people's fishing information. The "others' fishing information storage unit 264" stores other people's fishing information.

[0128] The other person's fishing information receiving unit 262 and the other person's fishing information storage unit 264 are functional components (functional units), and these functions are used... Figure 1 The information processing device 106 shown is executed by the communication unit 166 or the storage unit 164.

[0129] The fishing information of others (others' fishing information) includes the corrected line length information (information on the depth of the flowing water). This corrected line length information is obtained by correcting information related to the line length released from the other person's fishing reel 304, with respect to a specified line angle. Furthermore, the corrected line length information is obtained using trigonometric functions.

[0130] The modified line length information is related to the fishing of others and takes into account the water depth information of the cross-current fishing method. The line length information and modified line length information mentioned above are obtained or generated by the user's fishing reel 104. Similarly, the line length information and modified line length information of others can be obtained or generated by others' fishing reels 304.

[0131] In addition, for example, a server can be used ( Figure 9 The server 140 shown is used to store this phishing information from others and provide it to users. Furthermore, it can also be stored by the server (e.g., server 140). Figure 9 The server shown (e.g., server 140) is used to create phishing information for others.

[0132] Furthermore, other people's fishing information can include various fishing details relevant to them. These details could include, for example, the relationship between water depth and time, reel speed, and sinking speed. Similar to the user's fishing, reel speed refers to the speed at which the fishing line is wound up, also known as "winding speed." Sinking speed refers to the speed at which the fishing line is released, also known as "sinking speed." Real-time sharing of other people's fishing information is also possible. Additionally, past log information can be used for sharing other people's fishing information.

[0133] Alternatively, it can also be used in the user's fishing reel 104 ( Figure 1 The device (etc.) is equipped with a receiver unit 262 for receiving information about other people's fishing and a storage unit 264 for information about other people's fishing.

[0134] As mentioned above, sharing other people's fishing information can provide users with more diverse information.

[0135] <<Display Format of Log Information>> Figure 22 This shows an example related to the display of log information. Figure 22In the example, from top to bottom, the following are displayed sequentially: the final update date and time (270), the scrolling speed graph (272), the falling speed graph (274), the fish-hit mark time (278), the append button (280), the delete button (281), and the water depth graph (282). This log information is displayed when the user operates the "My History" button (284) located in the lower left corner of the display section (168). Figure 22 In the example, the grid pattern on button 284 indicates that button 284 "My History" is in an active state.

[0136] In addition, such as Figure 23 As shown, by scrolling the display unit 168 downwards, content (table of contents) below the water depth chart 282 can be displayed. Figure 23 In the example, the shape of curve 226 in water depth chart 282 is similar to... Figure 23 The examples are different. Furthermore, in Figure 23 In the example, below the water depth chart 282, time range buttons 286-289 are displayed, showing "10 seconds", "1 minute", "10 minutes" and "60 minutes". Furthermore, below the time range buttons 286-289, the user's fish-attracting actions (jump fishing) history (log information) is displayed.

[0137] Here, we will briefly explain the detection of jump fishing actions. The fishing reel 104 is equipped with a function to detect (sensor) various actions (jump fishing actions) performed by the user during jump fishing. Jump fishing actions, as referred to here, include actions such as pulling the rod and hooking the hook. Jump fishing actions encompass various actions involved in different types of jump fishing. Furthermore, although jump fishing is used as an example here, it can also be applied to other fishing methods (fish-attracting actions other than jump fishing actions). Fishing methods other than jump fishing include, for example, actions that cause the fishing rod 102 or the fishing reel 104 to move (other than jump fishing actions). Specifically, for example, fishing actions such as casting, lure fishing, terah fishing, trevally fishing, and scorpionfish fishing can be considered as the object of action detection. In addition, fishing actions accompanying fish-attracting actions (such as using jump baits or lures) can also be considered as the object of action detection. In the context of a higher-level conceptualization, the term "jump fishing" in this specification may be replaced by terms such as "fish-attracting action," "guided displacement," or "guided displacement operation."

[0138] Various jumping actions can be detected using sensors based on the movement of the fishing reel 104. Furthermore, the detection of jumping actions can be performed by configuring various sensors, such as accelerometers, angular velocity sensors, tension sensors, and rotation detection sensors, at appropriate locations inside or outside the fishing reel 104. For example, a portion of the jumping action can also be detected by installing a tension sensor on the fishing rod 102. Additionally, "jumping action" can also be referred to as "jumping operation."

[0139] exist Figure 23 In the example, as an example of a jump fishing action, the upper and lower time axes consistently display the detection waveforms of the lifting amplitude (lifting amplitude waveform 302) and the swing amplitude (swing amplitude waveform 308). The lifting amplitude is the amount of motion that lifts the fishing reel 104 and the like upwards, and the swing amplitude is the amount of motion that swings the fishing reel 104 and the like left and right.

[0140] Furthermore, in Figure 23 In the example, two time bars, 306a and 306b, are displayed on the left and right. These time bars 306a and 306b are used to set the range of traceable diagnostic results related to the jump fishing diagnosis (in this case, the rise amplitude waveform 302 and the swing amplitude waveform 308). For example, if the interval between time bars 306a and 306b is set to 30 seconds, the diagnostic results of the jump fishing diagnosis related to those 30 seconds will be displayed. The user can change the interval of time bars 306a and 306b by dragging them left and right. Furthermore, the maximum interval (maximum traceable time) that the user can set for time bars 306a and 306b can be from 5 minutes to several tens of minutes.

[0141] As mentioned above, by sharing jump fishing information, log information can be effectively utilized. Furthermore, it can provide information to help users improve their fish-attracting actions.

[0142] <<Diversification of "Prescribed Displays" Related to Fish-Attracting Action Information>> The "prescribed display" based on information about the fish-attracting action can be a graphic created by predicting the action based on the acquired information. Specifically, for example, when it is determined that the user's operation information (operation information) on the fishing rod 102 or fishing reel 104 is similar to an action pattern among several pre-prepared action patterns (e.g., action patterns 1-3), a graphic corresponding to the determined action pattern is displayed. Then, for example, text such as "Your rod-pulling is similar to pattern 2. Pattern 2 is this action" is displayed (or voice output, etc.).

[0143] In addition, it is possible to synchronize the water depth chart with the "prescribed display". Furthermore, it is possible to base the "prescribed display" on information about fish-attracting behavior within a specified period. Figure 22 and Figure 23 The examples shown are examples of these "prescribed displays". Furthermore, a "prescribed display" may also include, for example, a display representing the user's avatar.

[0144] <<Operation for displaying fishing results>> The operation to display the aforementioned fishing achievement mark 228 can be performed in various ways. For example, the user can operate the operating unit provided on the fishing reel 104 to display the fishing achievement mark 228 on the display unit 168. The operating unit can be the operating button 121 provided on the control box 52 of the fishing reel 104.

[0145] Furthermore, although the illustration is omitted, the operation mode of the operation button 121 can be a short press (less than 1 second, etc.) or a long press (more than 1 second). Alternatively, a predetermined combination of multiple operation buttons 121 can be used. For example, one operation button 121 can be followed by the operation of another operation button 121.

[0146] As described above, since the fishing results information is displayed on the display unit (display unit 54, etc.) by the user operating the operation unit (operation button 121, etc.) set on the fishing reel, the fishing results mark 228 can be displayed with an operation that is easy for the user to understand.

[0147] As another method of operation for displaying the fishing achievement marker 228, for example, a user can operate an operation unit provided on the information processing device 106 to display the fishing achievement marker 228 on the display unit 168. As the operation unit here, for example, a... Figures 12-18 The operation button 312 on the display section 168 of the information processing device 106 shown.

[0148] exist Figures 12-18 In the example, operation button 312 displays a fish icon and the text "Melt Fish Icon". For example... Figure 18 As shown in one example, when a user clicks the operation button 312, the fishing achievement mark 228 is displayed overlaid on the curve 226 of the water depth chart 224. Alternatively, the user can also display the fishing achievement mark 228 by operating (clicking, etc.) the operation button 312 while swinging (shaking) the information processing device 106.

[0149] As described above, since the fishing results information is displayed on the display unit (display unit 168, etc.) by the user operating the operation unit (operation button 312, etc.) set on the information processing device 106, the fishing results mark 228 can be displayed in an operation that is easy for the user to understand.

[0150] As another operational method for displaying the fishing result marker 228, voice recognition can be used, for example. In this case, for example, the voice recognition function (voice recognition function) of the information processing device 106 can be utilized. The user can turn on the voice recognition device of the information processing device 106 and input voice messages such as "caught a fish" through the microphone of the information processing device 106. As a result, for example... Figure 18 As shown in one example, on curve 226 of the water depth chart 224, at this time, the fishing achievement mark 228 is overlaid.

[0151] As described above, since the fishing results information is displayed on the display unit (display unit 168, etc.) through voice recognition, it is convenient for the user to display the fishing results mark 228.

[0152] Furthermore, the fishing result marker 228 can be reproduced (redisplayed) based on past log information. At this point, users can, for example, set the time by manipulating the menus (hour, minute, second) in the "Fish Hits Mark" time display section. And, the operation... Figure 22 The additional button 280 shown activates the log information reproduction function of the information processing device 106. As a result, as... Figure 22 As shown, a water depth chart 224 can be reproduced, displaying fishing results markers 228.

[0153] Furthermore, the fishing achievement marker 228 can be deleted after displaying the water depth chart 224 once. At this point, the user can... Figure 22 Use the delete button 281 shown to perform the operation.

[0154] As described above, since it is possible to reproduce or delete at least one of the fishing results information, it is convenient for users to manage the fishing results information.

[0155] <<Display of Fishing Tackle Usage>> For example, the usage rate of fishing tackle related to the user can be displayed on the display unit 168 of the information processing device 106. Fishing tackle can be a fishing reel. Typically, users own multiple fishing tackle sets, and depending on the target fish species or fishing conditions, they may use these sets separately. Furthermore, users generally expect to know the extent of tackle usage. Therefore, providing users with information on the usage rate of their fishing tackle is effective.

[0156] Figure 24 This shows an example of fishing tackle usage. Figure 24 In this example, the usage rates of six types of fishing tackle A through F are represented by a circular chart. The usage rates of tackle A through F are displayed in a clockwise rotation from highest to lowest usage rate. Although the diagram is omitted, this display of tackle usage rates can be performed within the display unit 168 along with a water depth chart (water depth chart 224, etc.) and other displays.

[0157] The usage rate of fishing tackle is displayed by storing usage information related to multiple fishing reels on the information processing device 106 and displaying the stored information on the display unit 168.

[0158] As described above, by storing information on the usage rates of multiple fishing reels and displaying it on the display unit, information related to the usage rate of fishing tackle can be provided to the user.
