A fixture for soldering semiconductor devices

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of welding fixtures, and discloses a fixture for semiconductor device welding, which comprises a base, the bottom surface of the base is provided with a receiving cavity, the four corners of the base are provided with fixing holes, the middle part of the upper surface of the base is provided with four moving openings which are communicated with the receiving cavity, one side of the receiving cavity close to the moving openings is connected with a lifting mechanism, the output end of the lifting mechanism is connected with a moving plate which is slidingly connected in the receiving cavity, the four edges of the side of the moving plate close to the moving openings are fixedly connected with supporting blocks, the middle part of the side of the moving plate close to the supporting blocks is connected with a moving mechanism, and the four output ends of the moving mechanism are connected with the four supporting blocks. The fixture for semiconductor device welding can adjust the positions of the moving block and the extension plate through a double-head motor driving screw rod, can be compatible with PCBs with different length-width specifications through cooperation with four side extrusion structures, does not need to separately configure a fixture for each size, and greatly reduces equipment procurement and replacement costs.
