Tubular heating resistor with temperature control function

Abstract

The invention relates to a tube type heating resistor with temperature control, which comprises a combined spiral tube body and a chassis, the combined spiral tube body is arranged on the chassis, the resistor further comprises a plurality of temperature control tubes and a plurality of temperature controllers, the temperature control tubes are arranged on the chassis, the temperature control tubes are contacted with the combined spiral tube body, and the temperature controllers are arranged in the temperature control tubes. The temperature control pipe and the temperature controller are arranged, the temperature control pipe makes contact with the heating pipe body outer ring and the heating pipe body inner ring, it can be guaranteed that the temperature controller makes full contact with the temperature control pipe, and therefore a safety protection device can be triggered in time to cut off a circuit. The tubular spiral structure is adopted, the heating tube body outer ring and the heating tube body inner ring are nested together, the installation size of a product can be reduced, and the installation boundary size is reduced. A plurality of temperature control pipes are adopted, different gears of all heating pipe bodies needing temperature protection can be covered, and the safety during use is improved.
