The discharging valve element comprises a non-metal annular valve disc, a guide column, a supporting plate and a pressing plate, the guide column is arranged in the support, one end of the guide column is slidably sleeved with the support, the other end of the guide column is fixedly sleeved with the supporting plate, the guide column is sleeved with the non-metal annular valve disc, the pressing plate presses the non-metal annular valve disc on the supporting plate, and the guide column is sleeved with the discharging elastic component. The end, away from the supporting plate, of the non-metal annular valve disc can make contact with the discharging end face of the valve seat. According to the horizontal type flat plate combination valve, erosion of the annular inner side wall of the non-metal annular valve disc and the liquid drainage flow channel on the valve seat is avoided, and the service life of the non-metal annular valve disc and the service life of the valve seat are prolonged.
