In the process, the acceleration is not a constant value but is determined according to the relation among the current speed of the aircraft, the target speed instruction and the speed reference instruction, so that the acceleration can be changed in different time periods in the process that the aircraft reaches the target speed; therefore, good maneuverability is achieved under the condition that the current speed just smoothly reaches the target speed and attitude overshoot and oscillation are not generated.
