A method for preparing electrode paste using carbon return material

Abstract

The present application belongs to the technical field of electrode paste preparation, and particularly relates to a method for preparing electrode paste by using carbon return material. The carbon return material is used as aggregate, and residual molecular level impurity ions are deeply adsorbed by modified diatomite. The micro-nano particles of the modified diatomite can fill the pores of the aggregate to improve the compactness of the green body. The saturated modified diatomite can be recycled by heat regeneration, so as to realize the resource utilization of the adsorbent. The KH-550 supported by white carbon black is used as an interface modifier. The KH-550 is uniformly dispersed on the surface of the white carbon black by high-speed shearing. The hydrolysis of the KH-550 is generated by heat activation, so as to form a Si-O-C covalent bond network by condensation of the silicon hydroxyl group and the surface active functional groups of the aggregate and the modified diatomite. The interface bonding force between the aggregate and the binder is strengthened, the mechanical properties and high-temperature stability of the electrode paste are improved, the high-value resource utilization of the carbon return material is realized, and the environmental protection and economic benefits are considered.
