An actively vented tissue culture device and method of use

Abstract

The present application belongs to the technical field of plant tissue culture, and particularly relates to an active ventilation tissue culture device and a use method. The tissue culture device comprises: a gas filling pump connected with a controller to control start and stop; a gas washing bottle with sterile water inside; an air inlet pipe of the gas washing bottle connected with the gas filling pump through an air guide pipe, and the other end of the air inlet pipe extends below the liquid level of the sterile water in the bottle; a plurality of tissue culture bottles connected in series by the air guide pipes; a tissue culture bottle at the end of the series connected by the air guide pipe for air exhaust; and air filters arranged on the air guide pipes between the gas washing bottle and the gas filling pump, on the air guide pipes between the tissue culture bottles, and on the air guide pipes for air exhaust. The serially connected passages make the air in the tissue culture bottles flow, reduce the accumulation of chemical substances, regulate and control the coordination between photosynthesis and respiration of the plants, and promote the normal and healthy growth of the plants.
