Early warning device for peritoneal dialysis patients with peritonitis based on microfluidic technology

Abstract

The present application relates to the field of medical devices, and discloses a peritoneal dialysis patient peritonitis early warning device based on microfluidic technology, comprising a peritoneal dialysis external catheter and a microfluidic detection module; the peritoneal dialysis external catheter comprises a main passage for dialysis liquid infusion or dialysis waste liquid drainage, and a detection branch selectively communicated with the main passage; a flow path switching structure is arranged on the peritoneal dialysis external catheter, and the flow path switching structure is used for switching between a normal state and a detection state. In the present application, the detection branch selectively communicated with the main passage is arranged on the peritoneal dialysis external catheter, and the flow path switching structure is used for switching between the normal state and the detection state, so that the dialysis waste liquid can enter the microfluidic detection module for detection while maintaining the drainage of the main passage, in-situ detection is realized without changing the basic operation process of peritoneal dialysis, and good clinical process compatibility is achieved.
