Abstract

The application discloses a bioreactor feeding structure, which is characterized in that a feeding hopper is arranged above a feeding port, a blanking port is arranged at the bottom of the feeding hopper, the blanking port is provided with a bottom plate, the bottom plate is used for sealing the blanking port, the feeding port is provided with a valve plate and a switch assembly, the valve plate is detachably connected below the bottom plate through a butt joint assembly, the switch assembly is used for moving the bottom plate and the valve plate to open and close the blanking port and the feeding port, a moving assembly is arranged above the feeding hopper, the moving assembly is arranged in a frame and is used for driving the feeding hopper to move, and the bioreactor is fixedly installed on the frame. The bioreactor feeding structure of the application is cooperated with the moving assembly through the displacement sensor, the feeding hopper can be accurately positioned, the bottom of the feeding hopper can be aligned with the feeding port, the bottom plate and the valve plate can be accurately butt jointed, and the moving assembly and the butt joint assembly are cooperated to realize the synchronous opening and closing of the feeding hopper and the feeding port, so that the feeding efficiency is greatly improved.
