A modified polyamide conductive film and a method for preparing the same

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of conductive films, and particularly discloses a modified polyamide conductive film and a preparation method thereof, wherein the application innovatively adopts an oxygen-modified polyamide resin as a core base material component to optimize the comprehensive physical and chemical properties of the conductive film base material, and the conductive film is prepared from film-forming resin, polymerizable monomers, an initiator, conductive particles, fillers, additives and solvents in a specific proportion, wherein the mass parts and key parameters of the components are limited, the prepared conductive film has greatly improved high-temperature resistance, excellent chemical corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical strength and processing plasticity, and can be adapted to high-temperature processing technology and harsh working conditions such as acid, alkali and organic solvents.
