Abstract

The application discloses a kind of coal winning machine rocker arm intelligent forced cooling double circulation lubricating device, including two-way gear oil pump, external plate cooler, double circulation forced lubricating oil path and intelligent monitoring system, two-way gear oil pump is used to pump out high temperature gear oil in rocker arm transmission cavity, external plate cooler oil inlet and two-way gear oil pump oil outlet communication, double circulation forced lubricating oil path includes independent external oil circuit and built-in oil circuit, external oil circuit oil inlet end and built-in oil circuit oil inlet end are all with external plate cooler oil outlet communication, external oil circuit oil outlet end and built-in oil circuit oil outlet end are all with lubricating part communication, two-position three-way electromagnetic valve is arranged between external oil circuit and built-in oil circuit, for the automatic switching of two oil circuits, intelligent monitoring system is used to monitor and control the double circulation forced lubricating oil path operating state.The application greatly improves cooling efficiency, avoids the shutdown caused by oil circuit failure, can be adjusted in real time according to lubrication demand, adapts to the complex working conditions of different rockers.
