Abstract

The application discloses a swing angle milling head thermal error regulation and control device and method based on thermal equilibrium state discrimination, and relates to the technical field of precision numerical control machine tools.The application maps multi-source thermal characteristics and thermal deformation characteristics into discriminable thermal state quantities, and takes the state quantities as the basis for thermal error generation mechanism identification and control strategy selection.Firstly, a swing angle milling head adaptive machining method based on thermal error generation mechanism control is provided;key thermal characteristic values are compared with critical thermal threshold values;and state indexes output based on the thermal error generation mechanism.The application breaks through the limitation of traditional control relying only on temperature values, distinguishes compensable linear errors and uncontrollable nonlinear errors by identifying the thermal error generation mechanism, realizes treatment according to the disease, and avoids false alarms or omissions caused by fixed threshold values.
