Abstract

Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a register access method and device, electronic equipment, storage medium and program product. The method comprises: dividing the internal address space of M chip units into direct address access space and indirect address access space respectively; constructing a mapping register group, the mapping register group comprising M direct address mapping register groups and a plurality of indirect address mapping register groups, the i-th direct address mapping register group being used for mapping an address in the direct address access space of the i-th chip unit, the indirect address mapping register group comprising a data register and an address register, the address register being used for writing a target address of a target register in the indirect address access space of a target chip unit, the data register being configured as a target value of the target register, and the target register being accessed through the mapping register group in response to an access operation on the target register. The method can balance the performance and security of internal address space access.
