The method comprises the following steps: obtaining first temperature and humidity data, second temperature and humidity data and outlet water temperature of cooling liquid; determining a dehumidification strategy for the energy storage system based on the first temperature and humidity data, the second temperature and humidity data and the outlet water temperature of the cooling liquid; and controlling operation of the axial flow fan and the dehumidifier based on the dehumidification strategy to dehumidify the energy storage system. The dehumidification method provided in the application can improve the timeliness of eliminating condensation, thereby reducing the occurrence probability of electrical short circuit, corrosion or thermal runaway caused by condensation.
