High-stability copper-aluminum die-cast water-cooling plate and manufacturing method thereof

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of die-casting water-cooling plates, in particular to a high-stability copper-aluminum die-casting water-cooling plate and a manufacturing method thereof, which comprises the following steps: manufacturing a heat-dissipation copper block; performing aluminum spraying treatment on the bottom of the heat-dissipation copper block to form a transition layer on the bottom of the heat-dissipation copper block and obtain an improved heat-dissipation copper block; installing the improved heat-dissipation copper block into a die-casting mold and fixing the position; injecting molten aluminum liquid into the die-casting mold to fill the transition layer of the improved heat-dissipation copper block and the pores of the die-casting mold, and cooling and forming to obtain a water-cooling plate rough structure; taking out the water-cooling plate rough structure from the die-casting mold, and obtaining the high-stability copper-aluminum die-casting water-cooling plate after inspection and trimming. The aluminum transition layer is sprayed on the joint surface of the heat-dissipation copper block and the aluminum component, so that the interface bonding force, the structural stability and the heat conduction effect of the copper and the aluminum are significantly enhanced.
