Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of dust suppression technology in construction, specifically an electrostatic dust removal device and method for construction. It includes a housing, an air inlet pipe on one side of the housing, and a pair of air outlet pipes on the side of the housing away from the air inlet pipe, on which a fan can be installed. A dust discharge port is connected to the bottom of the housing. A set of barbed wires for releasing negative electrodes is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the housing. A pair of symmetrically arranged positive electrode plates are disposed inside the housing. A motor controls a lead screw to rotate, allowing a slider to move back and forth along the X-axis. This slider moves a rectangular block, and the brush bristles clean the adsorption surface of the positive electrode plates, removing dust and allowing it to be discharged from the dust discharge port. After cleaning, the positive electrode plates maintain their performance, ensuring consistently high dust collection efficiency.
