Anti-icing and snow-retarding composite material suitable for cold regions, and preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

This invention relates to an anti-icing and snow-suppressing composite material suitable for cold regions, its preparation method, and its application. It aims to solve the technical problems of existing boards in cold regions, such as easy snow accumulation and icing, strong ice adhesion, high low-temperature brittleness, and corrosion, high energy consumption, and material damage associated with traditional snow melting methods. The material of this invention consists of a low-freezing-point composite filler, elastic rubber powder, and a wood-plastic matrix. The low-freezing-point composite filler is obtained by coating phase change microcapsules and porous adsorbent carriers loaded with inorganic salt freezing point inhibitors with an interfacial compatibilizer and then mixing them uniformly. After molding, the material exhibits a notched impact strength of 6.5~8.5 kJ / m² at -30℃, a surface water contact angle of 100°~110°, a static bending strength retention rate of 85%~90% after 30 freeze-thaw cycles, a surface freezing point reduced to -5℃~-12℃, and an ice adhesion strength as low as 120~170 kPa, making it suitable for use in cold regions.
