A transparent intumescent fire-retardant coating and a method for preparing the same

Abstract

The application discloses a kind of transparent intumescent fire-retardant coating, by A component and B component are mixed according to 1:1 weight ratio composition, wherein:A component includes: transparent modified synthetic resin 50%-60%, high-efficiency transparent flame retardant 30%-40%, dispersing agent 1%, leveling agent 0.5%-1%, deionized water 8%-8.5%;B component includes: modified transparent curing agent 40%-45%, crosslinking agent 15%-18%, transparency stabilizer 5%-8%, transparent flame retardant 30%-35%.A kind of transparent intumescent fire-retardant coating preparation method is also disclosed.The application solves the industry pain point that the existing transparent fire-retardant coating is poor in water resistance (whitening / foaming / dissolving / brittle), provide transparent fire-retardant coating after water blistering film is complete, fireproof performance does not attenuate.
