Abstract

This invention belongs to the technical field of special glass manufacturing equipment, and relates to a platinum channel heating tube structure and its installation method. The structure includes a platinum heating tube body, a bottom refractory drag brick, a filling layer, a vertical support assembly, and an axial limiting assembly. The vertical support assembly is located at the bottom of the climbing section of the platinum heating tube body and includes several zirconium support blocks. The axial limiting assembly includes several platinum limiting discs welded to the outer wall of the platinum heating tube body. This invention improves the stress distribution of the tube body from the root of the stress, reduces the risk of material degradation and structural failure under high-temperature conditions, and does not damage the original sealing and heat insulation performance of the filling layer or the supporting foundation of the bottom refractory drag brick. While ensuring the stability of the glass melt delivery process, it significantly reduces platinum tube breakage, leakage, and other malfunctions, extends the continuous operation cycle of the equipment, and reduces production and maintenance costs and precious metal material consumption.
