Abstract

This invention discloses an electroplated aluminum color layer coating composition based on pigment-polyurethane composite resin and its application, belonging to the field of hot stamping materials technology. The composition uses aliphatic waterborne polyurethane as the film-forming matrix, and incorporates a microencapsulated chemical foaming agent with an average particle size of 500nm-2μm and a silica-polyurethane hybrid shell. This is combined with a nano-nucleating agent and an organosilicon foam stabilizer to construct a synergistic system. Through a three-stage gradient heating process, a uniform closed-cell microbubble structure of 100-500nm is formed within a 1-3μm ultrathin color layer. This invention overcomes the technical prejudice that foaming agents are prohibited raw materials for color layers. While maintaining the high gloss of the color layer, it achieves a quantifiable anti-counterfeiting effect with angle-dependent color structure, significantly improving the coating's flexibility and adhesion. It is fully compatible with existing electroplated aluminum production lines and can be widely used in high-end packaging and anti-counterfeiting decoration fields.
