Abstract

This application relates to the field of production line diagnostics technology, specifically providing a production line diagnostics method, electronic device, and computer-readable storage medium. It aims to address the problems of existing factory production line diagnostics, such as high reliance on diagnostic equipment, high costs and manpower investment, low production line flexibility and automation, and weak quality control closure capabilities. To this end, the production line diagnostics method of this application includes: a diagnostic server acquiring preset production line configuration information transmitted by a front-end device, the preset production line diagnostic configuration information including diagnostic workstation information and preset diagnostic tasks matching the diagnostic workstation information; responding to a diagnostic command, acquiring the identification information and location information of the intelligent device to be diagnosed; matching the location information with the diagnostic workstation information; and when a match is found, sending a control command to the intelligent device based on the identification information and the preset diagnostic task matching the current diagnostic workstation information to trigger the intelligent device to execute the preset diagnostic task.
