The first surface of the mounting plate is provided with an integrally-formed array of cooling fins, the array of cooling fins and the first circuit board overlap in space to form an overlapping area, and at least part of the heat generated by the first circuit board is transferred to the array of cooling fins through the overlapping area for heat dissipation. The application optimizes the heat dissipation path, reduces the number and weight of parts, and improves the integration and reliability of the robot by fusing two joint motor assemblies on the same mounting plate.
