A flow cytometry electrotransfection device

Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of medical devices, and particularly relates to a flow cytometry electrotransfection device, which comprises a first electrode sheet, a second electrode sheet and an electrotransfection cavity; the electrotransfection cavity is internally provided with an electrotransfection cavity, an annular channel, a flow guide cavity, an inlet hole communicating with the electrotransfection cavity and an outlet hole communicating with the flow guide cavity, and opposite ends of the annular channel are respectively communicated with the electrotransfection cavity and the flow guide cavity; the first electrode sheet and the second electrode sheet are respectively installed on opposite inner side walls of the electrotransfection cavity; the axis of the electrotransfection cavity, the axis of the annular channel and the center line of the inlet hole are coincident. The cell electrotransfection device has the ability to continuously process large-volume cell liquid and has no risk of channel blockage; meanwhile, the uniformity of cell electrotransfection results is ensured, so that the overall transfection efficiency and viability are improved.
