Glass substrate, method for manufacturing glass substrate, and packaging structure

Abstract

The application provides a glass substrate, a manufacturing method of the glass substrate and a packaging structure. By doping fluorescent doping materials in only the sublayer in the through hole of the glass substrate, it is determined whether the seed layer is continuous by exciting the fluorescent doping materials to emit light and performing optical image data detection after the seed layer is prepared. Compared with the scheme of the prior art which needs to perform slice inspection, the scheme provided by the embodiment can non-destructively and efficiently check the continuity of the seed layer, thereby guaranteeing the integrity of the detected glass substrate, reducing the generation cost and improving the production efficiency.
