A tobacco production line

Abstract

This invention discloses a tobacco production line, relating to the field of tobacco production technology. The tobacco production line includes a drying chamber mounted on a base plate, the drying chamber comprising a platform. Two symmetrically arranged support legs are fixedly connected to the top of the base plate, and a conveyor is fixedly connected to the top of each support leg. The conveyor includes a conveyor belt, and multiple stops are fixedly connected to the conveyor belt. This tobacco production line, after securing the tobacco leaves, allows the insertion pins to rotate, preventing them from falling off, resulting in better, more stable, and reliable securing of the tobacco leaves. Simultaneously, it facilitates the feeding and conveying of tobacco leaves, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of tobacco production. Furthermore, during conveying, the rectangular tube and tobacco leaves are reciprocated, facilitating the detection of the tobacco leaf securing status. Loose tobacco leaves can fall off under the shaking action and fall into a collection frame for collection and reuse, avoiding waste.
