Deodorization, carbon reduction, and efficiency enhancement systems for wastewater treatment facilities and their applications

Abstract

This application provides an odor control, carbon reduction, and efficiency enhancement system and its application for wastewater treatment facilities, belonging to the field of wastewater treatment technology. The system includes a greenhouse built above the biological treatment tank of the wastewater treatment facility; environmental control equipment installed inside the greenhouse to regulate temperature and humidity; solar panels mounted above the greenhouse to power the environmental control equipment; and an ecological floating bed placed within the water body of the biological treatment tank. The ecological floating bed includes a floating bed carrier, aquatic plants planted on the floating bed carrier, and biological filler suspended below the floating bed carrier. The aquatic plants are suitable for absorbing and purifying odorous gases and greenhouse gases escaping from the biological treatment tank. A microbial film is formed on the surface of the biological filler and / or the roots of the aquatic plants. Microorganisms remove pollutants from the biological treatment tank through their own metabolism, and the plant roots are used to absorb and remove pollutants.
