Preparation method and application of Gynostemma pentaphyllum-derived vesicle composition

Abstract

This invention discloses a method for preparing and applying a Gynostemma pentaphyllum-derived vesicle composition. The preparation method includes: crushing and extracting Gynostemma pentaphyllum with alcohol, followed by enzymatic hydrolysis and stabilization treatment with a combination of enzymes to obtain the Gynostemma pentaphyllum-derived vesicle composition. The preparation method of this invention can obtain Gynostemma pentaphyllum-derived vesicles with clear edges and high uniformity. The obtained Gynostemma pentaphyllum-derived vesicle composition has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, hair-darkening, and anti-hair loss effects. It retains its complete vesicle structure even after 90 days of storage at room temperature, exhibiting the advantage of vesicle stability throughout the overall shelf life of the raw material and meeting the requirements of cosmetic raw materials. When applied to formulation systems, it does not show significant viscosity reduction, effectively avoiding formulation instability and deactivation.
