Heat exchange system and air conditioner

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of air conditioning technology and discloses a heat exchange system and an air conditioner. The heat exchange system includes a first throttling element having two ports, which are respectively connected to a first pipe and a second pipe. Refrigerant flows within the first and second pipes, and at least a portion of the first pipe and at least a portion of the second pipe together constitute a heat exchange region. In the heat exchange region, the refrigerant in the first pipe exchanges heat with the refrigerant in the second pipe. By enabling heat exchange between the refrigerant in the first and second pipes within the heat exchange region, the low-temperature refrigerant at the outlet of the first throttling element can exchange heat with the high-temperature refrigerant at the inlet of the first throttling element, thereby reducing the refrigerant temperature at the inlet of the first throttling element and thus reducing turbulence noise during the throttling process of the first throttling element.
