A low-tar self-heating type biomass low-temperature gasification device and a gasification method

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of gasifier technology, specifically a low-tar self-heating biomass low-temperature gasification device and method; it includes a furnace body and a furnace frame supporting the furnace body; a slag discharge assembly and an air inlet assembly are provided at the bottom of the furnace body; an inner rotating ring is rotatably and sealingly connected to the lower part of the inner wall of the furnace body; an inner sleeve is provided on the inner side of the furnace body and fixedly connected to the inner edge of the inner rotating ring; a spiral plate is provided on the outer surface of the inner sleeve; the outer surface of the spiral plate is in movable and sealed contact with the inner wall of the furnace body; a gap is left between the upper end of the inner sleeve and the top wall of the furnace body; this invention achieves material preheating through the cooperation of the annular cavity, the spiral plate and the inner sleeve, and at the same time utilizes the material layer in the annular cavity and the furnace body to form heat preservation, thereby efficiently recovering the waste heat of the furnace body, reducing system energy consumption, realizing system self-heating, reducing tar generation, and meeting the requirements for low-tar low-temperature gasification.
