A biomass blending combustion based boiler furnace temperature coordinated regulation system

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of biomass boiler technology, specifically to a boiler furnace temperature co-regulation system based on biomass co-firing. The system includes a tube panel, a coolant delivery pipe, and a zone temperature detection unit. The tube panel comprises several pipe rows and flat steel bars surrounding the furnace. The coolant delivery pipe is equipped with a first branch pipe, a second branch pipe, and a first electrically controlled valve. The delivery end of the tube panel is connected to the first branch pipe of the coolant delivery pipe, and the second branch pipe is connected to a straight pipe. The straight pipe is equipped with several connecting pipes, a coolant direct conveyor, and a second electrically controlled valve. The zone temperature detection unit includes several temperature sensors. This technical solution achieves flexible switching of the coolant delivery path and targeted cooling of localized high-temperature areas in the furnace through precise signal linkage between the temperature sensors of the zone temperature detection unit and the coolant direct conveyors on both sides of the pipe rows.
