Abstract

本发明公开了一种超亲水陶瓷膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a)去除膜表面杂质:对陶瓷膜进行碱洗和酸洗后在空气气氛下烘干;b)制备改性二氧化硅:将二氧化硅溶胶加入硅烷偶联剂中进行改性反应;c)制备超亲水改性液:向步骤b)所得改性二氧化硅中加入交联剂、光引发剂,表面活性剂与有机溶剂进行混合,混合后进行超声分散;d)进行光化学反应:在室温条件下,将步骤(c)中得到的超亲水改性液均匀涂覆在陶瓷膜表面,用氮气对涂敷后的陶瓷膜进行吹扫,随后在紫外光下固化,得到超亲水陶瓷膜。该方法成本较低,制备周期短,制备出的超亲水陶瓷膜具有更加优秀的抗油污、抗蛋白污染能力,耐水流冲击性能,耐酸碱稳定性。
