Abstract

本发明公开了一种超亲水陶瓷膜的制备方法，包括以下步骤：a)去除膜表面杂质：对陶瓷膜进行碱洗和酸洗后在空气气氛下烘干；b)制备改性二氧化硅：将二氧化硅溶胶加入硅烷偶联剂中进行改性反应；c)制备超亲水改性液：向步骤b)所得改性二氧化硅中加入交联剂、光引发剂，表面活性剂与有机溶剂进行混合，混合后进行超声分散；d)进行光化学反应：在室温条件下，将步骤(c)中得到的超亲水改性液均匀涂覆在陶瓷膜表面，用氮气对涂敷后的陶瓷膜进行吹扫，随后在紫外光下固化，得到超亲水陶瓷膜。该方法成本较低，制备周期短，制备出的超亲水陶瓷膜具有更加优秀的抗油污、抗蛋白污染能力，耐水流冲击性能，耐酸碱稳定性。
