Abstract

The application discloses a synthesis method of a deuterated aryl compound promoted by a tridentate ligand. An aryl compound shown in formula I is subjected to a deuterium substitution reaction with a deuterium source reagent in an organic solvent reaction medium under catalysis of a complex formed by a palladium catalyst and a tridentate ligand, and a silver salt is used as a reaction aid. The reaction product is separated and purified to obtain a deuterated aryl compound shown in formula II. The tridentate ligand has high reactivity in a Pd-catalyzed HIE reaction and can form a stable catalyst.
