By using a compound microbial agent of Bacillus berreatus FB10 with Candida utilis and Aspergillus niger, the problem of low resource utilization rate of kitchen waste was solved, and the waste was efficiently converted into high-quality protein feed, achieving significant improvements in protein yield and nutritional indicators.
