Abstract

本发明公开了水稻橙叶病植原体ROLP外膜蛋白Imp在抗水稻条纹花叶病中的应用。本发明将水稻橙叶病植原体外膜蛋白Imp基因中的功能结构域Impα4基因导入水稻植株中,ROLP的外膜蛋白Imp能够直接结合RSMV的包膜糖蛋白G,并通过其第96–122位氨基酸区域干扰G蛋白与RSMV基质蛋白M之间的关键互作,从而破坏RSMV病毒粒子的正常组装,导致病毒粒子结构变形、稳定性下降,最终显著降低RSMV的侵染能力。
