本发明公开了一种屈服强度≥235MPa高耐候钢,化学成分按重量百分比计为:C:0.05~0.10wt%、Si:0.3~0.6wt%、Mn:<0.12wt%、P:0.035~0.095wt%、S<0.025wt%、Cu:0.1~0.5wt%、Cr:1.0~2.0wt%,其余为Fe及不可避免的杂质;制造方法包括钢坯加热工序、轧制工序、风冷工序;其中,轧制工序确保入精轧温度为950±10℃,入减定径温度940±10℃,吐丝温度930±10℃;风冷工序采用斯太尔摩工艺控制冷却,保温盖、风机全关,确保出保温盖温度>600℃;本发明采取全新的超级耐腐蚀成分体系,配合控轧控冷技术方案,在满足耐腐蚀性能的基础上形成利于拉拔、冷加工的微观组织,有望改变现有拉丝材用钢现状,实现下游加工流程的简化(免涂镀)和应用端的免维护,降低下游用户全流程采购成本。
