By designing a portable electrochemical sensor for vertical flow nitrite detection based on a self-separating membrane and employing a screen-printed electrode modified with ZnS/VMSF-TMAC, the problems of cumbersome operation and susceptibility to interference in existing nitrite detection technologies have been solved. This enables accurate, rapid, and in-situ detection of nitrite in marine aquaculture environments, with excellent selectivity and stability.
