A cutting device for chicken processing

Abstract

The application provides a cutting device for chicken processing and relates to the technical field of meat cutting, which comprises a conveying chain and a plurality of mold grooves uniformly and spacedly arranged on the conveying chain. The rotation axis of the driving shaft of the conveying chain is horizontally arranged. The application further comprises a cleaning unit arranged below the conveying chain for spraying and cleaning the mold grooves with openings facing downward. The cleaning unit comprises: a cleaning assembly, which comprises a groove one with openings facing upward, a spray head arranged at the central region of the groove one, and a water leakage pipe arranged at the bottom of the groove one; an air knife, which comprises two air knives arranged at the two ends of the groove one along the conveying direction of the conveying chain. After the airflow passes through the air knife, an air curtain can be formed from top to bottom. An avoidance opening is cut on each of the two side walls one corresponding to the groove one. Through the above arrangement, the residual minced meat in the separation joint of the mold groove can be effectively removed, and the problem of minced meat adhering to the subsequent chicken and affecting the cleanliness is solved.
