Abstract

The application relates to an indium-zinc-gallium-oxygen-based near-infrared long-afterglow nanomaterial, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: taking indium salt, zinc salt, gallium salt, chromium salt and ytterbium salt according to a stoichiometric ratio, dissolving the salts, adding a precipitant and a surfactant to obtain a precursor mixed solution; performing hydrothermal synthesis on the precursor mixed solution to obtain a precursor powder; and performing calcination on the precursor powder to obtain the near-infrared long-afterglow nanomaterial. The near-infrared long-afterglow nanomaterial is prepared by adopting a hydrothermal method combined with a low-temperature calcination process and by optimizing a doping ion concentration, can emit a near-infrared long-afterglow under the excitation of ultraviolet light 254 nm, has excellent afterglow performance, has a remarkable effect in mouse imaging, and has a wide application prospect in the field of biomedical imaging.
