The determination method can easily and accurately detect the amount of NCIN-capped RNA and m7G-capped RNA in mRNA of any eukaryote, and the proportion of NCIN-capped RNA and m7G-capped RNA relative to all capped RNA, which helps further research based on the RNA capping condition of the sample.
