[0051] The following will be combined with the drawings in the embodiments of the present application to clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present application, not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present application, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field without creative work are within the scope of protection of this application.

[0053] In addition, some of the above terms may be used to express other meanings in addition to indicating orientation or positional relationship. For example, the term "on" may also be used to express a certain dependency or connection relationship in some cases. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of these terms in this application can be understood according to specific circumstances.

[0054] In addition, the terms "installed", "set", "provided with", "connected", and "connected" should be understood in a broad sense. For example, it can be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral structure; it can be a mechanical connection, or an electrical connection; it can be a direct connection, or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium, or it can be an internal connection between two devices, elements, or components. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in this application can be understood according to specific circumstances.

[0055] In addition, the terms "first", "second", etc. are mainly used to distinguish different devices, elements or components (the specific types and structures may be the same or different), and are not used to indicate or imply the relative importance and quantity of the indicated devices, elements or components. Unless otherwise specified, "plurality" means two or more.

[0056] The technical solution of the present application will be further described below in conjunction with specific embodiments and drawings.

[0057] The present application provides a charging and discharging device 100, see Figure 1 and Figure 2 The charging and discharging device 100 includes: a power supply module 2 and a plurality of charging and discharging units 1, wherein at least two of the plurality of charging and discharging units 1 are stacked to form a first combined charging and discharging module 10, and a gap 101 is provided between the remaining charging and discharging units 1 and the first combined charging and discharging module 10, the power supply module 2 is located in the gap 101 and is respectively electrically connected to any one of the plurality of charging and discharging units 1 to supply power to each charging and discharging unit 1, and the charging and discharging unit 1 is used to perform charging and discharging tests on the components to be tested.

[0058] In the present embodiment, since the power supply module 2 is respectively electrically connected to any one of the multiple charge and discharge units 1 to supply power to each charge and discharge unit 1, multiple charge and discharge units 1 can correspond to the same power supply module 2. In layman's terms, multiple charge and discharge units 1 can share the same power supply module 2, and the same power supply module 2 can simultaneously supply power to multiple charge and discharge units 1. Compared with the method in the related art of equipping each charge and discharge unit 1 with a separate power supply module 2 for supplying power to it, such a configuration can, on the one hand, reduce the number of power supply modules 2, and thus reduce the volume of the charge and discharge device 100, so that the charge and discharge device 100 occupies a smaller area. On the other hand, since the power supply module 2 can be integrated, the structural complexity of the entire charge and discharge device 100 can be reduced, and thus the cost of the entire charge and discharge device 100 can be reduced.

[0059] In addition, since the power supply module 2 is located in the gap 101 formed by the first combined charge and discharge module 10 and the remaining charge and discharge units 1, the first combined charge and discharge module 10 and the remaining charge and discharge units 1 will be roughly arranged around the power supply module 2. Such an arrangement can make the power supply module 2 closer to each charge and discharge unit 1, thereby making the power supply module 2 The wires required for each charge and discharge unit 1 to supply power are shorter, thereby achieving the purpose of saving wires.

[0060] In addition, by stacking at least two of the charge-discharge units 1 , the charge-discharge device 100 can fully utilize the space in the height direction, thereby reducing the footprint of the charge-discharge device 100 .

[0061] Please continue to see Figure 1 and Figure 2 The number of the above-mentioned charge and discharge units 1 can be three. When the number of the charge and discharge units 1 is three, the number of the charge and discharge units 1 in the above-mentioned first combined charge and discharge module 10 will be two, and the number of the above-mentioned remaining charge and discharge units 1 will be one.

[0062] Of course, the number of the charging and discharging units 1 may also be four or five, etc., which is not limited in this embodiment.

[0063] The above-mentioned component to be tested can be a battery. Of course, based on different application scenarios, the above-mentioned component to be tested can also be other possible components, which is not limited in this embodiment. The above-mentioned power supply module 2 can be a power supply box or any structure that can supply power to the charging and discharging unit 1, which is not limited in this embodiment.

[0064] In some embodiments, see Figure 1 A guide protrusion 13 is provided on one of the top and the bottom of the charge and discharge unit 1 in the first combined charge and discharge module 10, and a guide recess (not shown in the figure) is provided on the other. The guide protrusion 13 of the first charge and discharge unit guides and fits in the guide recess of the second charge and discharge unit, wherein the first charge and discharge unit and the second charge and discharge unit are two adjacent charge and discharge units 1 in the first combined charge and discharge module 10 along the stacking direction.

[0065] By providing a guiding protrusion 13 and a guiding recessed portion on the charging and discharging unit 1, when two charging and discharging units 1 need to be stacked, the guiding cooperation of the guiding protrusion 13 and the guiding recessed portion can, on the one hand, make the stacking accuracy higher, and on the other hand, it can also fix the two charging and discharging units 1 to a certain extent, thereby preventing the charging and discharging units 1 from falling after being stacked.

[0066] The guide protrusion 13 may be a guide plate or a guide column, etc., which is not limited in this embodiment.

[0067] In one possible implementation, the guide recess may be a structure enclosed by the frame 113 of the charge and discharge unit 1, and a plurality of protrusions 13 may correspond to the same guide recess, or, in other possible implementations, the number of guide recesses may be the same as the number of protrusions 13, and a plurality of guide recesses may correspond one to one with a plurality of protrusions 13, which is not limited in this embodiment.

[0068] In some embodiments, see Figure 1 The guide protrusion 13 is arranged at the top of the charge-discharge unit 1, and the guide recess is arranged at the bottom of the charge-discharge unit 1. By arranging the guide protrusion 13 at the top of the charge-discharge unit 1 and the guide recess at the bottom of the charge-discharge unit 1, the bottom of the charge-discharge unit 1 can be made relatively flat, so that the charge-discharge unit 1 can be placed relatively stably when placed on the ground.

[0069] Of course, in other embodiments, the guide protrusion 13 may also be disposed at the bottom of the charge-discharge unit 1 , and the guide recess may also be disposed at the top of the charge-discharge unit 1 , which is not limited in this embodiment.

[0070] In some embodiments, see Figure 2 The top of the charge and discharge unit 1 in the first combined charge and discharge module 10 is provided with a first connecting angle piece 14, and the bottom is provided with a second connecting angle piece (not shown in the figure), and the first connecting angle piece 14 of the first charge and discharge unit is connected to the second connecting angle piece of the second charge and discharge unit, wherein the first charge and discharge unit and the second charge and discharge unit are two adjacent charge and discharge units 1 in the first combined charge and discharge module 10 along the stacking direction and the first charge and discharge unit is located below the second charge and discharge unit.

[0071] By setting a first connecting angle piece 14 on the top of the charging and discharging unit 1 in the first combined charging and discharging module 10 and a second connecting angle piece on the bottom, when two charging and discharging units 1 are stacked, the two charging and discharging units 1 can be connected by the first connecting angle piece 14 and the second connecting angle piece, so that the two charging and discharging units 1 can be stacked more stably.

[0072] Specifically, see Figure 2 The first connecting angle piece 14 and the second connecting angle piece can both be triangular plate structures, and through holes can be set on the first connecting angle piece 14 and the second connecting angle piece. In this way, the purpose of connecting the first connecting angle piece 14 and the second connecting angle piece can be achieved by passing bolts through the through holes, thereby achieving the purpose of connecting the two charging and discharging units 1.

[0073] In some embodiments, when the charge-discharge unit 1 is in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, the first connecting angle pieces 14 may be disposed at the four corners of the top of the charge-discharge unit 1. Correspondingly, the second connecting angle pieces may be disposed at the four corners of the bottom of the charge-discharge unit 1. In this way, when two charge-discharge units 1 are connected by the first connecting angle pieces 14 and the second connecting angle pieces, the connection may be more stable.

[0074] It should be noted that the stacking direction of the at least two charge-discharge units 1 can be multiple. In one possible stacking method, the at least two charge-discharge units 1 can be stacked obliquely upward. Specifically, the stacking direction of the at least two charge-discharge units 1 can have an angle with the vertical direction. In another possible stacking method, see Figure 1 and Figure 2 At least two charging and discharging units 1 are stacked in a vertical direction to form a first combined charging and discharging module 10 .

[0075] By stacking at least two charge and discharge units 1 in the vertical direction, on the one hand, the stacking of the charge and discharge units 1 can be made more regular, thereby making the appearance of the charge and discharge device 100 more expressive. On the other hand, the possibility of at least two charge and discharge units 1 tilting or collapsing can be avoided or reduced.

[0076] It should also be noted that there are many ways to form the gap 101 between the remaining charge and discharge units 1 and the first combined charge and discharge module 10. In one possible implementation, see Figure 3 , the remaining charge-discharge units 1 and the first combined charge-discharge module 10 have a gap 101 along the vertical direction. In another possible implementation, see Figure 1 The remaining charge and discharge units 1 and the first combined charge and discharge module 10 have a gap 101 along the horizontal direction.

[0077] By providing a gap 101 between the remaining charge and discharge units 1 and the first combined charge and discharge module 10 in the horizontal direction, the remaining charge and discharge units 1 and the first combined charge and discharge module 10 can be arranged side by side in the horizontal direction. In this way, the chassis of the entire charge and discharge device 100 can be made more stable, thereby better preventing the charge and discharge device 100 from tilting or collapsing.

[0078] When the number of the remaining charge-discharge units 1 is multiple, in some embodiments, the multiple charge-discharge units 1 can be laid flat in a horizontal plane. In other embodiments, see Figure 4 The remaining charge and discharge units 1 are stacked in the vertical direction to form a second combined charge and discharge module 20 , and a gap 101 is provided between the second combined charge and discharge module 20 and the first combined charge and discharge module 10 in the horizontal direction.

[0079] By stacking the remaining charge and discharge units 1 in the vertical direction to form the second combined charge and discharge module 20 , the remaining charge and discharge units 1 can also fully utilize the space in the vertical direction, thereby further reducing the floor space of the charge and discharge device 100 .

[0080] In some embodiments, see Figure 4 , the number of the charge and discharge units 1 in the first combined charge and discharge module 10 is equal to the number of the charge and discharge units 1 in the second combined charge and discharge module 20 .

[0081] By making the number of charge and discharge units 1 in the first combined charge and discharge module 10 equal to the number of charge and discharge units 1 in the second combined charge and discharge module 20, on the one hand, the first combined charge and discharge module 10 and the second combined charge and discharge module 20 can be symmetrical with each other in the horizontal direction with respect to the power supply module 2, and thus the structural layout of the entire charge and discharge device 100 can be made more regular and more beautiful. On the other hand, the top surface formed by the top surface of the first combined charge and discharge module 10 and the top surface of the second combined charge and discharge module 20 can be made relatively flat, which is convenient for stacking other structures thereon, so that the charge and discharge device 100 has higher scalability.

[0082] Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the charging and discharging units 1 in the first combined charging and discharging module 10 may not be equal to the number of the charging and discharging units 1 in the second combined charging and discharging module 20, which is not limited in this embodiment.

[0083] In order to prevent the power supply module 2 and the plurality of charging and discharging units 1 from being damaged by moisture, in some embodiments, see Figure 5 and Figure 6 The charging and discharging device 100 further includes: a support member 3 , the electric module 2 and the plurality of charging and discharging units 1 are all arranged on the support member 3 and are all located above the support member 3 in the vertical direction.

[0084] By arranging the electric module 2 and the multiple charge and discharge units 1 on the support 3 and vertically positioning them above the support 3, the support 3 can separate the electric module 2 and the multiple charge and discharge units 1 from the ground. This arrangement can avoid or reduce the possibility of the electric module 2 and the multiple charge and discharge units 1 getting damp, thereby making the electric module 2 and the multiple charge and discharge units 1 more durable.

[0085] The electric module 2 and the plurality of charging and discharging units 1 may be fixed to the upper part of the support member 3 by screws, or by other methods, which is not limited in this embodiment.

[0086] In some embodiments, see Figure 5 and Figure 6The support member 3 is a support frame. This arrangement can reduce the weight of the entire support member 3 on the one hand, and can also reduce the materials used in manufacturing the support member 3 on the other hand.

[0087] Further, in some embodiments, see Figure 5 and Figure 6 The support frame is provided with an insertion port 31 matching the fork of a forklift. With such a configuration, when the charging and discharging device 100 needs to be transported, the fork of the forklift can be directly inserted into the insertion port 31 for transport, making it convenient to transport the charging and discharging device 100.

[0088] According to the above description, at least two charging and discharging units 1 are stacked to form a first combined charging and discharging module 10. It is understandable that when at least two charging and discharging units 1 are stacked, the overall height of the first combined charging and discharging module 10 will be higher. When the overall height of the first combined charging and discharging module 10 is higher, maintenance of the charging and discharging units 1 in the first combined charging and discharging module 10, especially the topmost charging and discharging unit 1, may require the construction of a ladder. When personnel climb on the ladder to maintain the charging and discharging unit 1, they are prone to fall, etc., which threatens the personal safety of the personnel. In order to avoid or reduce the possibility of personnel falling when maintaining the charging and discharging unit 1, in some embodiments, see Figure 7 and Figure 8 The charging and discharging device 100 further includes: a guardrail 4, and a maintenance passage 41 is formed between the guardrail 4 and the first combined charging and discharging module 10 in a horizontal direction.

[0089] By setting the guardrail 4 and making the guardrail 4 and the first combined charge and discharge module 10 have a maintenance corridor 41 in the horizontal direction, when the charge and discharge unit 1 in the first combined charge and discharge module 10 needs to be maintained, the personnel can stand in the maintenance corridor 41 to maintain the charge and discharge unit 1. In this way, the guardrail 4 can protect the personnel and prevent them from falling, thereby improving the personal safety of the personnel.

[0090] The guardrail 4 may be a plate-like structure or a mesh-like structure, etc., which is not limited in this embodiment.

[0091] In order to enhance the strength of the guardrail 4, in some embodiments, see Figure 7 and Figure 8 A reinforcement member 42 may be connected between the guardrail 4 and the charge-discharge unit 1. By connecting the reinforcement member 42 between the guardrail 4 and the charge-discharge unit 1, the mechanical strength of the guardrail 4 may be increased.

[0092] The reinforcement member 42 may include but is not limited to reinforcement ribs, which is not limited in this embodiment.

[0093] In some embodiments, see Fig. 9 , Fig.10 and Fig.11 The charge and discharge unit 1 includes: a test component 11 and a shell 12, wherein the test component 11 includes a carrier 111, a test head 112 and a frame 113, the shell 12 is arranged on the frame 113 to enclose a mounting cavity 121, the carrier 111 and the test head 112 are both arranged on the frame 113 and are both located in the mounting cavity 121, the test head 112 is electrically connected to the power supply module 2, the carrier 111 is used to carry the component to be tested, and at least one of the test head 112 and the carrier 111 is used to move in a direction close to or away from the other, so that the test head 112 is pressed against the component to be tested to perform a charge and discharge test on the component to be tested or leaves the component to be tested.

[0094] In this embodiment, when performing a charge and discharge test, first, the component to be tested can be placed on the carrier 111, and then at least one of the test head 112 and the carrier 111 can be moved in a direction close to the other, so that the component to be tested is clamped between the test head 112 and the carrier 111, and finally, the charge and discharge test can be performed on the component to be tested through the test head 112. At this point, the purpose of performing a charge and discharge test on the component to be tested is achieved.

[0095] Among them, since the supporting platform 111 and the test head 112 of the test component 11 are both located in the installation cavity 121 enclosed by the outer shell 12, that is, the test component 11 is located in the installation cavity 121 enclosed by the outer shell 12, when the test component 11 is located in the installation cavity 121 enclosed by the outer shell 12, the test component 11 can be placed in a relatively closed environment, and the relatively closed environment can meet conditions such as explosion-proof sealing. In this way, when the component to be tested is clamped between the test head 112 and the supporting platform 111 for charge and discharge test of the component to be tested, the environment in which the component to be tested is located can meet the requirements, thereby making the test effect of the charge and discharge unit 1 better.

[0096] In addition, since the support platform 111 and the test head 112 are both arranged on the frame 113, and the shell 12 is arranged on the frame 113, in layman's terms, the shell 12 is arranged on the frame 113 of the test component 11, and the shell 12 and the test component 11 share the same frame 113. In the related art, an additional cabinet is usually arranged on the outside of the test component 11. When an additional cabinet is arranged on the outside of the test component 11, the test component 11 and the cabinet in the related art will each have their own frame. Therefore, the charge and discharge unit 1 can save the number of frames 113, so that the structure of the charge and discharge unit 1 is simple, the volume is reduced, the footprint is reduced, and the cost is reduced.

[0097] In addition, since the outer shell 12 is arranged on the frame 113 to enclose the installation cavity 121, the support platform 111 and the test head 112 are both arranged on the frame 113 and are both located in the installation cavity 121, therefore, the outer shell 12 and the test assembly 11 can jointly form a cabinet-like structure. On the one hand, the cabinet structure is convenient for stacking to form a first combined charge and discharge module 10. On the other hand, when the first combined charge and discharge module 10 needs to be transported, the first combined charge and discharge module 10 can also be split into individual charge and discharge units 1 for transportation, which is very flexible.

[0098] The supporting platform 111 may be a frame structure or any other possible structure, which is not limited in this embodiment.

[0099] In some embodiments, see Fig. 9 and Fig.10 A partition 122 is provided in the installation cavity 121 , and the partition 122 divides the installation cavity 121 into a main cavity 1211 and a sub-cavity 1212 . The support platform 111 and the test head 112 are both located in the main cavity 1211 .

[0100] By providing a partition 122 in the installation cavity 121, and making the partition 122 separate the installation cavity 121 into a main cavity 1211 and a sub-cavity 1212, the main cavity 1211 and the sub-cavity 1212 can form relatively independent spaces. With such a configuration, when the carrier 111 and the test head 112 perform charge and discharge tests in the main cavity 1211, they can be free from the influence of the sub-cavity 1212, making the environment of the charge and discharge tests more stable. At the same time, the sub-cavity 1212 can also be free from the influence of the main cavity 1211, making the environment of the sub-cavity 1212 more stable.

[0101] In addition, the installation cavity 121 is divided into a main cavity 1211 and a sub-cavity 1212 by a partition 122. In addition to the main cavity 1211 being able to place the support platform 111 and the test head 112 for charging and discharging testing, the extra sub-cavity 1212 can be reserved for other purposes, thereby making the charging and discharging device 100 more expandable and providing a better user experience.

[0102] In order to make the temperature of the main chamber 1211 meet the requirements, and then make the ambient temperature of the charge and discharge test meet the requirements, so as to achieve better results of the charge and discharge test, in some embodiments, see Fig. 9 and Fig.12 A heat exchange component 5 is disposed on the partition 122 , and the heat exchange component 5 is connected to the main cavity 1211 and the auxiliary cavity 1212 .

[0103] Since the heat exchange component 5 connects the main chamber 1211 and the sub-chamber 1212, the heat exchange component 5 can enable heat exchange between the main chamber 1211 and the sub-chamber 1212, and thus can timely adjust the temperature of the main chamber 1211 so that the temperature of the main chamber 1211 meets the requirements, and then the ambient temperature of the charge and discharge test meets the requirements, thereby achieving a better effect of the charge and discharge test.

[0104] There are many ways to implement the heat exchange component 5. In one possible implementation, see Fig. 9 , Fig.12 and Fig.13 The heat exchange component 5 includes: a heat exchanger 51 and a heat dissipation fan 52, wherein the heat exchanger 51 is arranged on the partition 122 and connects the main cavity 1211 and the auxiliary cavity 1212, and the heat dissipation fan 52 is arranged on the partition 122 and connects the main cavity 1211 and the auxiliary cavity 1212.

[0105] Since the heat dissipation fan 52 is arranged on the partition 122 and connects the main chamber 1211 and the sub-chamber 1212, and since the heat exchanger 51 is arranged on the partition 122 and connects the main chamber 1211 and the sub-chamber 1212, under the driving action of the heat dissipation fan 52, the air in the main chamber 1211 can flow into the sub-chamber 1212 through the heat exchanger 51. In the process of the air flowing into the sub-chamber 1212 through the heat exchanger 51, the heat exchanger 51 can heat or cool the air. After the air is heated or cooled, the heat dissipation fan 52 can drive the heated or cooled air back into the main chamber 1211 to adjust the temperature of the main chamber 1211, so as to achieve the purpose of making the temperature of the main chamber 1211 meet the requirements, and further achieve the purpose of making the ambient temperature of the charge and discharge test meet the requirements.

[0106] Since the technology of heat exchange through the heat exchanger 51 and the heat dissipation fan 52 is mature, the reliability of the operation of the heat exchange component 5 can be guaranteed.

[0107] Further, in order to more accurately adjust the temperature of the main chamber 1211, in some embodiments, see Fig.12 and Fig.13 The heat exchange component 5 also includes a temperature detection module 53, which is used to detect the temperature in the main cavity 1211. In this way, when the temperature detection module 53 detects that the temperature in the main cavity 1211 does not meet the requirements, the power of the cooling fan 52 can be adjusted in time, thereby achieving the purpose of accurately adjusting the temperature of the main cavity 1211.

[0108] The temperature detection module 53 may be a temperature detection sensor, etc. It only needs to be able to detect the temperature in the main cavity 1211 . The present embodiment does not limit the temperature detection module 53 .

[0109] In general, the main function of the heat exchanger 51 is to cool the air passing through it, that is, the main function of the heat exchanger 51 is to refrigerate the air passing through it. It can be understood that the air with a lower temperature has a higher density, and the air with a higher temperature has a lower density. Therefore, in order to facilitate timely delivery of the air cooled by the heat exchanger 51 to the main chamber 1211 for cooling the main chamber 1211, in some embodiments, see Fig.12 The heat dissipation fan 52 is located below the heat exchanger 51 in the vertical direction.

[0110] By locating the cooling fan 52 vertically below the heat exchanger 51, the air cooled by the heat exchanger 51 can automatically reach the cooling fan 52 under the action of gravity. After the cooled air reaches the cooling fan 52, the cooling fan 52 can drive the cooled air into the main cavity 1211, thereby achieving the purpose of quickly cooling the main cavity 1211.

[0111] The present application also provides a combined charging and discharging system 200, see Fig.14 The combined charging and discharging system 200 includes a plurality of charging and discharging devices 100, and the plurality of charging and discharging devices 100 are stacked.

[0112] Among them, the structure of the charging and discharging device 100 can be the same as the structure of the charging and discharging device 100 described in any of the above embodiments, and can bring the same or similar beneficial effects. For details, please refer to the description of the charging and discharging device 100 in the above embodiments, and this embodiment is not limited to this.

[0113] In this embodiment, since a plurality of charging and discharging devices 100 are stacked, on the one hand, the number of charging and discharging units 1 can be increased, so that the combined charging and discharging system 200 can simultaneously perform charging and discharging tests on more components to be tested, thereby making the combined charging and discharging system 200 more efficient in testing. On the other hand, the combined charging and discharging system 200 can fully utilize the space in the height direction, so that the combined charging and discharging system 200 occupies a smaller area.

[0114] In addition, since the charging and discharging device 100 has the advantages of saving wires and occupying a small area, when the charging and discharging device 100 is applied to the combined charging and discharging system 200, the combined charging and discharging system 200 can save wires and further reduce the area occupied.

[0115] Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present application, rather than to limit it. Although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the aforementioned embodiments, those skilled in the art should understand that they can still modify the technical solutions described in the aforementioned embodiments, or replace some or all of the technical features therein with equivalents. However, these modifications or replacements do not cause the essence of the corresponding technical solutions to deviate from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application.
